. Every experience I have had with the front desk has been unpleasant. My GP had booked my appointment, and I had just started school, so in September I called in to confirm the date and time of my appointment as I get my schedule a week before school starts. She proceeded to be rude and condescending on the phone saying "YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND FORGOT?" to which i said..NO, my GP made the appointment a month ago, and I am calling to be sure of the time and date AS i just got my school schedule. Once that was dealt with, I called to book my surgery, surgery date was handled by another lady. She gave me a tentative booking, and asked i call back to confirm. I did, same lady picked up and confirmed that it is now an official booking. I called a third time because she advised sometimes the time changes, but the date stays. Confirmed AGAIN now with the cold condescending front desk lady. Then the day before my surgery I call in because i was not told where to show up, and if i needed to be fasted or any sort. THE cold and condescending lady picks up, freaks out "YOU DIDNT GET A PACKAGE?" i said no, i have called three times previously and the day of my booking and NOT once was there a mention of a package. She then implies it was my fault, because all patients get packages and I booked over the phone. Then she proceeds to blame me saying I did not tell them I didn't receive a package. Wait... let me understand correctly THE PATIENT should know there is a package? from where? MS. CLEO the psychic? Secondly she implied i forgot to pick mine up ALTHOUGH SHE WAS JUST MAKING ONE, when i said i didn't have one. IF i had forgotten, wouldn't they have called me to let me know i still have to pick it up? or say...THERE'S ONE HERE FOR YOU, and you haven't picked it up? NOPE. But it was my fault... I didn't let them know i didn't have a package. How does this have to do with Dr. Nazarali? Well Doctors are professionals and any one under your name should uphold your reputation. If you have a front desk that can't handle accepting their faults and not apologizing and BLAMING the patient...tell me how you create a welcome place of healing? ESP when your appointments (the actual opportunity to get healed) are handled by the front desk?

I have had a very positive and pleasant experience with both Serena and Dr. Nazarali. Serena has sent my information as I had requested very promptly within minutes of me asking. Serena was very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed. Dr. Nazarali also was very nice and thorough. I had a phone conversation with him and he was actually early calling me which was amazing. When are doctors ever early? I am glad I had this wonderful experience first hand and that I didnt listen to the nasty reviews to discourage me. I am very happy with both of them. Again Dr. Nazarali was extremely thorough with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Nazarali's office Lynn Droy

The worst experience I have ever had with any receptionist I have encounter. She was extremely rude and did not make any effort to help. She basically answered our question in a single word reply to get us out of there ASAP. The store front did not list any business hours or contact information. When I did find the phone number the voicemail did not work. I would not walk near this place had my family doctor referred me here. Not sure how this place is still under business, I would give negative star if I could. Good luck.

This doctor ruined my live for many years with his botched surgery, even after follow up visits he refused to find a fix. I am 5 days in after sinus surgery with a new doctor to have all the work that he did fixed and my life has changed so much!!! My ear is now unplugged and I can breath out of my right sinus for the first time I so many years. Dr. Nazarali should not practice any more and his secretary needs to quit and go to classes to learn how to talk to people like people.

I can't contact his office. He doesn't do surgeries anymore so I needed another referral to a surgeon. I hadn't receive a call from the surgeon yet. Office number goes on voicemail which says the voicemails are not monitored. Sent them an email and the auto response says un-monitored as well. How am I suppose to contact them? Not fair that some doctors get paid through OHIP to visit us but when it comes to pay for a secretory, they cheap out.

I haven’t even gone there yet and I would never want to go to this place. They’ve hired the worst receptionist!! She told me her name is Serena. She was not only rude to me but also very disrespectful. The only thing i did was i missed my call and didn’t know i had to call back within 24 hours. And to my surprise, most bad reviews are about the receptionists. It’s time you guys hire someone professional who knows how to talk to people.

The doctor is the best but but the 2 old lady the receptionist are the worst they have manners they don't even know how to talk with the patients they are very rude don't know how and why the doctor has kept them maybe because of the doctor is very good that's why he kept them other wise they have to be at their home and get their pension they are seniors has not to work anywhere

The receptionist is not only rude and unprofessional, but also lies directly to your face. She told me she emailed me when she never did, I had a phone consult before my appointment which I missed because she didn't send me a confirmation or any reminders. She dose not know how to do her job. If your doctor has referred you here I recommend you get moved to someone else.

The doctor is courteous, intelligent, polite, and very accommodating. I don’t know why the other reviews have said ridiculous things. The receptionist calls early….so what? The service, the knowledge, and the expertise are of the highest calibre. The doctor helped at a time of need and with amazing results. Thank-You.

Very bad reception specially the old lady very very very bad After 6 months waiting I was late 15 minutes due to traffic Dr accept to see me but the old lady talk to him privately after that he refuse to see me I was in very bad shape I do not understand witch powers the old lady have on him

Big NO NO. I had a very bad experience with him. He did a nose surgery of my son couple of year ago. I have no idea what he did with the surgery because with in 4 days the problem returned. When I asked what happened, he replied some doctor BS. I am very disappointed.

Worst service ever I took my newborn child. Doctor refuse to see sick newborn baby just because of a health card issue that could be rectified easily demanded money or else wouldn’t see him Plus the staff was very incompetent and rude I don’t recommend It .

After several visits to this clinic I observed and recommend hearing impaired patients as it is the awesome place for treatment. All staff is cooperative specially Dr. NAZARALI for his professionalism in this field and dealing nicely with his patients.

Absolute trash service. Could not accommadate proper timing for screening calls. Says they will call after 330 but call before. Then they say they have to cancel because I did not attend the phone early on time. Never again.

I've been going to Dr. Nazarali for many years. New place, free parking and lot of parking. Better & nicer location, easy access. I never had any issues with the receptionist. Dr. Nazarali is a very caring doctor. Thank you.
