Dr. Khoi has been my family doctor since I was born. I’ve never had any issues with him. However my experience with the receptionist today was horrible that I had to write this review. This morning I spoke to the doctor to just get a refill. However, later in the afternoon I discovered something that was concerning so I called back. The lady spoke to me rudely asking why I didn’t mention it to him earlier. I responded with “how could if I just discovered it now?”. Then she told me to drink water. If you’re not a doctor, don’t tell a patient what to do. Also, water would have done nothing in this scenario. She also said that by speaking to the doctor again it would be another entry under my health card. So what? If I went to a walk-in, they would require my health card anyways. I was getting very upset during the call that I just wanted to tell her forget about it and go to a walk-in clinic. The receptionist is the first point of contact so she should be patient friendly, empathetic, and professional. She is the opposite. Brushing people off, being rude, and diagnosing patients are things no receptionist should be doing. She also speaks like this when my family members call in too. She appears so miserable and doesn’t even smile. If you don’t enjoy your job by answering calls then you shouldn’t be working here. The way she speaks to my family and I makes us feel less inclined to call in to see the doctor.

This is the worst place to go to if you need any sort of medical help. The staffs are horrible including the doctors themselves. The receptionist is very rude, in person and on call. I've tried calling her to ask a couple simple questions, she quickly hurried me, never answered my questions and even hung up on me. The doctors there are also very unprofessional and seem like they don't care about their patients at all. As a patient of their's, I was insulted by them and never received any useful information that could help me. I see all these comments about how they are the "best doctor" in Mississauga, and I honestly think that they are writing their own reviews since in no way are they even close to being qualified in the medical field at all. I also knew past patients that went here who also frequently complained this place. I have been their patient for over 18 years and finally decided to switch to a new family doctor and it was the best decision I have ever done. The way they treat their patient is horrible, their staffs are unprofessional and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

The lady who answer the phone this morning was so rude. She was not helpful at all. She put me on hold while I am trying to ask a question. Then when I am trying to book the appointment with a doctor, she said that they can't do it for me and hung up on me immediately. I could not imagine how on earth the worst service in this place like that. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should learn how to treat the patients in the right way before they run the clinic. Horrible experience ever!

Cô thư ký ( the receiptionist) không chú ý lắng nghe câu nói của bệnh nhân, khi người ta có bệnh thì giọng nói không được rõ ràng như lúc bình thường , phải hiểu là bệnh nhân cũng là khách hàng của bác sĩ. Hôm thứ sáu ngày 19 tháng 8 năm 2022 , tôi gọi điện thoại từ 9 giờ sáng cho tới hơn 10 giờ 30 mới được cô thư ký trả lời, giọng nói gắt gỏng khó ưa. Tôi nghĩ cô nên thay đổi cách làm việc hoặc văn phòng bác sĩ nên thay cô thư ký khác cho tốt hơn.

A very insensitive and rude doctor when it comes to mental health. I suffered from a traumatic head injury but still wanted to finish school, yet he basically told me that I shouldn't be in school if I couldn't handle a full course load or needed to use the school's accessibility services. Just like another review on here, I also left crying.

I got my blood collected a few weeks ago and I noticed the lady in the lab room did not use gloves nor sanitize her hands prior and after collecting my blood!!! I do not have any diseases, however I am shocked that a health care worker in Canada is not even concerned for her own health!!! Very shocking and disgusting

the worst doctor clinic ever would not recommend. Secretary is disgustingly rude and always shoves everyone away. She acts like she is superior to everyone and is not helpful at all. The doctor is always pushing and rushing patients as well. This clinic is extremely unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE

We would like to thank Dr. Hoanh Khoi Nguyen and his Office Admin staff for their immediate attention to our family member. The sincerity of Ms. Anh and her genuine voice helped to relieve the challenge we faced. Her care and compassion is a shining example for everyone who works in medical office.

I wish the old lady receptionist would concern about what the comments and rating are for her office. I have no complaints about the doctors here. Dr. Khoi had a very good plan for treatment of my gall blader. The voicemail is often full I think the staff doesn 't care about this.

it is unfortunately that the admin lady ruins the face of this clinic, she is rude and not very friendly at all. Every time you call, it seems like you are inconveniencing her. I would not recommend this clinic to friends or family.

Dr. Khoi was great! He was very intensive to my care and health needs. Office is very on time. No need to wait 2 hrs lol.

Receptionist is extremely difficult to understand and deal with. Clinic is generally run backwardly.

Better to go in person to get faster service.
