Wow what a contrast between the ever pleasant and professional Dr Chandra, and the utterly Rude and disrespectful receptionist, The receptionist treated me with contempt and was clearly angry that she had to work. Why she is not shown the door is baffling, perhaps Dr Chandra doesn't read these reviews??

Dr Chandra Dave doesn't care for his patients seen him twice for a report to get a torn meniscus repair back in November and February this year when asking for the report just get Lisa laughing at the delay so had a complaint to hccc NSW you all should do that it's easy and free just google hccc NSW.

I had a TKR about 5 weeks ago and I'm very happy with how everything is going. Extension is 5% and flexion is about 110%-115% Dr Chandra Dave is incredibly competent at what he does. Thank you Dr Chandra, and I'll be working hard to improve on those numbers. Cheers mate.

Don’t waste your time going to this guy, was referred from public hospital spent $250 and he did absolutely nothing and palmed us back off to the hospital. This should of at least been bulk billed seeing as he did nothing for us.

Very rude receptionist (stephaine )she made my mum wait from 9.am till 12.45pm. And lied about the fax machine wasn't working, no customer service at all. No manners or apologies worse place ever.

Unfortunately the receptionist doesn't match with those professional doctors. Receptionist very rude and grumpy!! I highly recommend to change them with more professional receptionist

Had and appointment for 10:10am and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 11:38am, for him to speak to my father for 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Dr Chandra Dav'e is a great man and a brilliant orthopaedic surgeon however i believe the customer service needs to be improved with the receptionist.
