I got there and there’s 4 women to 2 workers going so clearly over booked, I kindly ask if they’d like me to come back, they insist I stay so 20 mins after my appointment, I got seen. I didn’t realise at the time because I was just trying to be nice but the girl who did my toes (not only hurt me and made me bleed, I’m usually ticklish I might add) but she said she had hay fever, which I can see now, as sick as I have become quickly after I’ve seen her , I’m going to say was untrue. She was sick and no face mask worn and now I can’t work and am also sick. Plus I paid for the pleasure. Sorry but this isn’t good enough. My life, bills and livelihood is now at risk as I work in person with people myself. In a world post Covid this isn’t acceptable.

I come here all the time and it has been great 90% of the time it's just whenever I have something on and I book an appointment they get busy. Not their fault but I didn't enjoy waiting for 4 hours for a set of nails that seem to be round instead of stiletto (asked for stiletto) and different lengths (clearly rushed). I couldn't bring myself to say anything bc I haven't had this bad of an experience here before, they've always been great. But was still late for work even booking an appointment at 1 and work at 5:30. People coming in with no booking and leaving way before me which just made it much more irritating to be patient. Overall great place to get your nails done but not good if u have something on that day/night.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure - the lady placed the UV machine on my leg instead of on the table beside and I got nail polish on my brand new linen pants as I had to place my wet nails through this. When I tried to point it out (It was Christmas red on green pants!) they just kept saying it would wash off, I asked what should I do if it didn't wash out and could we arrange to perhaps agree to a credit for the mani/pedi seeing as they had likely ruined my $120 pants but they still made me pay $90. Needless to say it didn't come out of the pants - as if shellac would!! Poor customer service - just brushed off my concerns with zero care for damaging my clothes in an entirely avoidable process.

These ladies know how to get the job done efficiently and very effectively. I went in for a new set of acrylics which turned out PERFECT compared to many other locations I’ve been where they may not have tidied the cuticles or left parts rough and messy. Here, they left my hands and nails looking absolutely gorgeous. Even on my infill times, still helped me find the best and most flattering shade and were honest and helpful. Very friendly staff and very hygiene focused and contemporary clean feel. I had no nerves of any sort and anytime. I would absolutely recommend and have continued to go here presently.

Nail artistry is great but the customer service is shocking. Waiting over half a day to get nails done while other walk in customers get served ahead of me when I have an appointment is not acceptable. And the last straw was booking an appointment and then being told that Hannah was not in and I couldn’t get my nails done! What is the purpose of making appointments if they cannot be honoured in a timely fashion or at all. Such a disappointment. Completely dissatisfied. Happy to go local but not when I get treated with such disrespect.

Thank you to Hana and the team at Divine nails! Each time i've left the salon I absolutely love my nails. I get a gel manicure, and they really take the time to shape and polish your nails well, using good quality nail polish. Great customer service, with professional, skilled and friendly staff :)

Today was my first visit to this salon, it won't be my last. The staff are delightful and the salon is very clean, bright and relaxing. I was extremely happy with my nails and can't wait to go again and try out some new colours. Will absolutely be recommending to all my friends.

Lovely staff and the service was great.. I love the fact that they line the foot basins with plastic and remove after every customer, reducing the risk of fungal infections.. It has been three weeks since I had my nails done and they are still in pretty good shape..

This is the best nail salon in the mountains. My nails have never looked so good. I always want to get something fun and different with colour and design and I am never disappointed. Salon is clean and sterile I will not be going anywhere else:)

Honestly amazing job!! I had Cathy and she did an acrylic set with shellac for me. She paid so much attention to detail when it came to shaping the arcrylic that they ended up looking like my real nails!! definitely highly reccomend this place!

The owner savagely " ripped " the foam that separated my toes and was painful . When I politely mentioned this to her - no sorry just a smile. I was considering booking a manicure next week but will never return to this business !!

Love Divine Nails & Beauty. The ladies put in a lot of effort to make sure you feel pampered. They have protective screens and good procedures in place in response to COVID-19. Good to see! Will be back again soon!

The team at Divine Nails are fabulous! Unlike other salons, there is no waiting around while multiple others are served and the quality of the services is excellent. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

It's okay... Not too happy with dipping into powders that have been dipped in by hundreds of fingers ...the pouring method would be safer Will rush if in a hurry, which for me meant a just okay job

Got beautiful gel nails here last week. Staff are lovely and fixed one for free when I broke it! Also had a pedicure with Marisa that was lovely. Highly recommend
