I am from the Caribbean and I was really suffering with the condition of my teeth. I had little hopes that I would be able to save whatever was left of my teeth until I met Dr. Carlos and his wonderful wife who ended my misery. I recently had the pleasure of visiting them and I must say that it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. Dr. Carlos himself was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was always patient and attentive, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The treatment I received was top-notch, making sure I was not feeling any pain during the whole process. I could feel the results even after just a few visits. Dr. Carlos was always gentle and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. His attention to detail was evident in the final outcome, which exceeded my expectations. He is a complete artist. I would highly recommend Dr. Carlos to anyone looking for an experienced and caring orthodontist. Dr. Carlos Pelaez En mi primera visita dental a las oficinas del Dr. Carlos Pelaez, Odontologia Estetica Avanzada, no solo me encontré con un gran equipo de alto conocimiento, calidad y experiencias, pero también una gran familia. Tanto el Dr. Carlos y Jorge, la cirujana Carolina y asistente Karen, realizan sus labores como los grande artistas que son. Siempre le he temido a las visitas dentales y después de la primera visita yo quedé tan contento y ansioso de que llegaran las otra tres. Todo el proceso se lo explican y así mismo lo realizaban. En dos visita el único dolor sentido fue la última de 4 inyecciones. Salía bien feliz, satisfecho y conociendo del labor que realizaban. Mis experiencias en los Estados Unidos no fueron las más placenteras, sin embargo estoy intensamente complacido con la calidad del trabajo realizado en un corto tiempo y las atenciones recibidas. Estoy contando con ansias los días para regresar a terminar mi tratamiento.

First I stumbled upon Carlos Clinic just by luck when I was walking around trying to find someone who could make me a veneer in one of my front teeth. Luckily I walked in to Carlos office and understood quickly that he was the man for the job. With absolute precision, without giving up, he made me the perfect tooth in just a couple of days. In Sweden I would have been waiting weeks for the new veneer to be made, it would have cost me a fortune and I wouldn’t have been able to be a part of the process. Carlos explained and showed me every step of the work in his flawless english. I was amazed over how the dental-team worked together through the whole procedure to make it perfect. Actually I was just looking for fixing one tooth but after the experience with the clinic, I definitely will go there again. The team, the low price, and the great localisation...it’s just great!!

Actualmente vivo fuera de Colombia y hace poco estuve en Medellín por negocios. Desafortunadamente una muela se me quebró y como mi esposa me había hablado de Diseño de Somrisa ya que había estado allí también en una oportunidad, pues fui allá y esto tengo para decir: brillan por su amabilidad, profesionalismo y rapidez en hacer todo. I was in Medellin and needed a routine teeth cleaning. I called Carlos and he was able to fit me in to the exact time slot that I had open. I arrived early and while I was waiting for the dentist, Carlos, who owns the clinic, brought me back to his lab to show me his "art". If I ever need to have a crown or a tooth replacement, I'll go back to see Carlos. The dentist and tooth cleaning was very similar to what I would have experienced in the US except that the dentist cleaned my teeth instead of a hygienist.

Conozco a Carlos Pelaez desde hace mucho tiempo, ya que le recomende a un tio mio que vino de España donde tenia la necesidad de una rehabilitacion dental debido a que habia sufrido la caida de varios dientes durante su permanencia en el exterior. Este tratamiento es demasiado costoso y no estaba a su alcance economico. Carlos de forma muy amable logro que mi tio tuviera su sonrisa otra vez y con un presupuesto acomodado a su necesidad. I am from New Jersey and I was a bit scared to try a dentist here in Medellin I needed a lot of work done..I got eight new crowns on top and I got my bottoms bleached they look absolutely perfect I waited almost a year to leave my review to be sure there were held up and I had no pain months after the procedure... so now it's been a year and everything is completely fine no issues at all their prices are excellent and I highly recommend them..

When I came to Medellín I had no idea I'd fix teeth just a few days after. My friend needed a new veneer and I went to the clinic with her. Spoke to Carlos and decided to finally fix my front teeth I've been thinking of doing something about for ages. Super friendly staff and great price. Good contact and I will definitely come back for more work to my teeth even though I live in Sweden. Couldn't be more pleased.

I lived in Medellin for almost two years and I always did my dental check ups at Diseño De Sonrisa Medellín . I loved the personal touch of the staff especially the owner Carlos is very friendly and speaks good English. He always made me feel at home in his office. One of the things he did was replacing a crown. I liked the result, very professional. I miss Medellin for many reasons, one of them is my dentist :)

The quality and service are amazing. I have know the manager and his wife for so long and their work is impeccable and pretty fast, not like a regular dentistry where u need more than 3 weeks to get something done. The dentistry and the lab are one next to other which makes everything easier. Highly recommended.
