I called diligent locksmith on Friday July 15. I talked to Daniel the locksmith on the phone and discussed options to fix my car ignition. I advised I was going to try to fix myself and would get back to him later on in the day if I didn't succeed. I called him again at 7pm July 15th and he agreed to meet at my residence on the 16th mid morning. For unforseen circumstances the 16th didn't work out. I was able ahold on Daniel. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he would work it out to come the 17th. Daniel came around 715pm on the 17th and was able to fix the issue with my ignition. The fix may or may not be long term but it was a solution to get us up and moving again. He is a solo guy that runs his own business which is awesome for him. I hope him the best in his future and hope he's there for me again when I need a locksmith.

Very friendly guy, provides you with the best price but **call him directly**. (don't go on google and look up locksmiths because you will be miss quoted). I lost my keys and he came over made new keys in a matter of 20 minutes. Very upfront about his business, one of the few in the industry who care about customer satisfaction.
