My daughter and I received our flyer in the mail and I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Dhillon as we are new in town and we needed a new dentist for her and the rest of our family. I needed a special clinic for my daughter who suffers from gag reflux and TMJ which results in anxiety for her whenever she visits a dentist. I chose Dr. Dhillon after my initial consultation for his knowledge and understanding of my daughter's anxiety and he was very confident and assured us that he works with this kind of stuff all the time. My daughter received excellent care as Dr. Dhillon was patient and relieved her anxieties by making sure he took his time and explained the process to my teenage daughter and did not rush through the appointment nor did he leave it to his assistant,,,,he was there every step of the way and his demeanor was calm. He is excellent at what he does and his personality is just an extra bonus. I highly recommend Dr. Dhillon and his team for their professionalism and outstanding work! We are due for another appointment for invisalign treatment for teeth straightening next month! Thank you so much Dr. Dhillon and team!

I saw Dr. Dhillon for cavities and a Crown. My previous dentist told me I had to get a whole lot more work done and Dr. Dhillon took care of my needs without trying to get more business out of me. I had waited a long time to get some dental work done, and Dr. Dhillon's office was clean, the hours was soooooo accommodating (I didn't have to miss any work), and Dr. Dhillon was very professional and courteous, professional, and very very very knowledgeable. He even referred me to another dentist to take of some work that would less invasive with equipment that dentist had. He was looking out for me and what would benefit me, as a patient the most. The staff at the office are amazing. The dental assistant was absolutely sweet, put me at east (as did the doctor) and was absolutely charming. This office was fantastic, modern and professional, I even got to watch TV during my root canal. I've recommended it to my coworkers, family and friends and to anyone out there reading this!

Very friendly and accommodating, but from the moment you walk in they are trying to sell you invisalign products!! I saw three different staff members and received a series of unecessary treatments including an x-ray, which totalled $390 (because i don't have insurance (i'm a new resident here). I asked for a teeth clean, which is done by a hygenist, it should not be nearly that expensive. The actual service i requested only lasted 20minutes, but i walked out of there nearly $400 poorer. I understand that all medical products are made by companies, but the relationship this practice has with Invisalign is highly questionable. They proudly display a "Gold member" plaque with Invisalign behind the front desk. Moral Hazard anyone? I will say that all the staff were incredibly friendly, and the actual service was professional. However, the pushing of invisalign was very unprofessional, and that friendliness had the air of insincerity and manipulation.

Edit to add that I appreciate Dr. Dillon reaching out to me and striving to make positive changes that address my concerns. They acted like they had never even seen a baby before. The assistant kept touching my toddler's hair for no reason, they told us they were ready and then had me sit with her in a chair for 5 minutes (an eternity for a toddler), and the dentist came in and talked to her like she was an adult, didn't take off his equipment to introduce himself (which was scaring her). Then he went straight to trying to shoved his fingers in her moputh without letting her get comfortable first. The assistant tried to bribe my 14 month old with a non-age appropriate toy, and they rushed the whole appointment without even examining her. It's a good thing I'm insured, I can't imagine paying for the lack of service. Good adult dentist, not a good pediatric dentist. Take your little ones somewhere where they have actually seen a toddler before.

I recently got a veneer and I have to say, I was quite nervous about the process. However, Dr. Dhillon made it incredibly simple and easy for me. Surprisingly, I didn't experience any pain at all, and the tooth matches my natural teeth identically. My husband decided to get Invisalign, and his experience has been equally fantastic. The staff at this clinic are exceptional at explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring your comfort. We truly appreciate the outstanding experience we've had here. It's evident that they genuinely listen to their clients. Dr. Dhillon is absolutely great! Their efficiency and expertise made my dental visit feel like a breeze. Additionally, their office is impressively clean and well-maintained. It's a top-notch experience from start to finish!

I had to schedule three appointments for different treatments, two out of the three times they called me to cancel very last minute (once when I was on my way to the appointment). I had to wait 3-4 weeks for a rescheduled appointment each time. The dentist I saw each time was rude and condescending to her assistants which made the appointment very uncomfortable. My first appointment was for a cleaning, which was the first I'd had in a few years because of a lapse in dental insurance. Both receptionists gave me a hard time for going so long between cleanings and didn't let up even though I was clearly uncomfortable. They might've been trying to be funny, but it didn't land. I plan on going elsewhere in the future.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Invisalign at this dental office. The dentist team went above and beyond to guide me through the process and made sure everything was on track. They even did a rescan when my teeth needed it, showing a commitment to getting the best results. I’m thrilled with the outcome. Invisalign turned out to be a far better choice for me than traditional braces, and it took less time than expected. Initially, I was told braces would take two years, but Invisalign worked its magic in just 12 months. Doctor Dhillon was accommodating , kind, and informative, making me feel more comfortable in a dentist’s chair than ever before. I used to be absolutely petrified to the point of sedation. And now, due some of the kindest, loveliest professionals I have ever come across I love going to see the superstars at DoK. Raj is an absolute master at the front desk, Sharifa the queen of polishing, and Dr. Saroy’s knowledge and passion shines through in each interaction. I am certain if given the opportunity they can and will do the same for you!

Please get second opinion before let this businessman touch you. I got second opinion from my brother in law who is dentist in Washington. He referred me to his friend in Vancouver for third opinion. They are amazed, shocked and surprised by love of Dr Dhillon for money and the sad fact that he would sacrifice patient's health and abuse trust to make money. I see some very shady reviews written by some anonymous people but the truth is Dr Dhillon and his staff care about nothing but money. And it's very obvious. Get second opinion before letting him touch you.

I have always been very scared of going to the dentist, so when I ended up with an emergency extraction, I finally had to go in. From the reception, the hygienist and the dentist....every person at this office went above and beyond to get me in for the appointment and ensured my comfort and calmed me down. I was looking for a new dental clinic and, luckily, I found this clinic along Kingsway which is not that far from my place. The receptionist, Bhav, is very prompt and responsive with my queries. She is also very welcoming in-person. Dr. Harpreet Dhillon is also very friendly and gentle. He took his time with no rush and professionally explained to me everything that I needed to know. He also gave me couple of advise and options. Overall, the experience is great and, I highly recommend this clinic.

Worst dentist ever. Misaligned my bite and did very aggressive work. I refuse to go back and risk further damage from the dentist who also shaved the back of my front teeth near my gums and some of my gums very unprofessional and shoddy work. work was quick and on to the next patient. Front desk is very professional and lovely. Dentist sucks avoid this dentist.

Dr. Dhillon and his team were quick to respond when I called saying my crown had fallen out. He gave me several options to choose from as I told him I was nearing retirement and may have less or no coverage as I get older. He explained the pros and cons of the options and what i could do to maintain healthy molars for a longer time period.

Everything was quite amazing the women that did my cleaning and X-rays was very informative and polite , the only thing that was unpleasant was the assistant as I was having my filling done putting the suction tube a little to far in the back of my throat was uncomfortable and was making it difficult to keep my mouth open
