I can’t speak to anything inside the store because we arrived at 10:35 AM and the store was closed. We called the phone number and I guess the owner answered and was still at home. He said they will open in 15 mins even though Google says they open every day at 10:30 AM. So we waited around till 11:10 AM, and tried again. It was still closed. We called again and he said he was first 3 minutes away, then 10 minutes away. It was very confusing. I think it’s important for a business to adhere appropriately to its business hours. People drive from different parts of the city and take time out of their day to try and support a local business only to be disappointed. I had a baby with me and it was just overall super inconvenient to say the least. If you’re thinking of visiting the store, I strongly recommend calling first to see if they’re actually open and in the store already. I wouldn’t simply trust the hours of operation listed online.

WORST jewelry place in Ottawa. The owner /salesperson is extremely rude. I wanted to exchange a gift I received, he kept on giving false promises that he will order the one I need. 4 months forward all I got is lies, AND on top of that the last time I visited he had the audacity to comment in front of another customer that I was waiting for him to finish up with her "oh if you are not buying its okay you can wait". I just left the store and I will NEVER want to deal with someone that lacks sales manner and respect! Save your money and go buy gold somewhere more professional. ( So now the owner replies, and apparently they can't read English well. Dear owner if you read properly you would have understood that you were giving false promises about a color I needed and you kept on saying you will order it ) which price I negotiated if it is a gift I received not bought?

Really really poor service, he is rude, every time I asked him about some items he says it’s coming next week and when I go there after a week. There is nothing. He is just BIG Fat LAYER, save ur time, money and energy go to different jewellers there is 2 other Arabic Gold store on bank street. I never felt so disrespected and disrespected in my life. He has old or sold from other gold. I won’t recommended to anyone. Lol u are so rude, I never used face powder and what this subject has to do with mine, on your profile. Also u always have old Gold every time I came! And I do have money. How racked are u to replay in Arabic not even English. Good luck on ur poor chat service

Very bad customer service. I ordered a necklace (Arabic name) and in the day I should pick it up. They told me it's not ready and gave me higher price claiming the gold price has increased. I believe they did that because I mentioned I need it as a birthday gift and the thought I don't have enough time to go to another place. I don't recommend this place

Salesperson is very talkative and doesn't honour his word. He does not have a lot of choices and would promise more is coming, but it never comes—unless it's from Amazon, as one customer said. What's worse is that the last time I was there, he made fun of a customer that just left!! How disrespectful Not a go-to jeweler!

I have to be honest he does have a wide variety of very nice gold. But he has no patience and does not give you time to pick, nor does he leave the piece to stabilise on the scale. He sold us a piece claiming it was 21k, we got home and it is stamped 18k, so be extra careful if you plan to visit.

I got a birthday present for my wife from here last week, It was my first visit to this place After many of my friends recommend The owner was very friendly and welcoming, The price is good and the collection is amazing Highly recommended

We had a wonderful experience here! The owner was very helpful and patient with us, and let us try on a lot of the jewellery without rushing us. Great selection as well, I would definitely recommend checking it out.

The worst jewelry shop I’ve ever seen, the salesman is misleading clients by giving wrong gold prices compare to Canada Gold websites! he was trying to sell an old, used items as a new one!!!

I can't believe how this shop have a great jewelery collection. I could find nice stylish Jeweler to wear or to give as gift. The best shop in the country. Highly recommended to visit
