Dymon Storage Prince of Wales sets a high bar for others to jump over. Since 2017, we have utilized their services each year to store my son's belongings during his time away from Carleton University. The knowledgeable and dedicated team members always helped us select the perfect unit and made it very easy to set up our rental. The facility is super clean, bright and well stocked with supplies and equipment to enable moving in and moving out. Temperature control and background music are a pleasant added benefit. Whenever we had a question, a team member was there to provide insight and expert advice. Most recently, we enjoyed a great customer experience with Bruce, Peter and Josh. Over the years, we also received exceptional service from others including Kyle, Carrie and Jessica, plus several others whenever we called in with questions. Our time with Dymon Storage has come to an end as my son has graduated and is no longer in Ottawa. However, we will remain huge fans of Dymon Storage and are happy to recommend their services to others. We are grateful for the amazing team at the Prince of Wales location and salute Mr. Glen Luckman for creating and growing a world class company focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience! We are renting two units from Dymon at P.O.W., and utilized their truck and driver, plus movers to help load and unload our items. We used the drivers a second time and both times the service was professional and amazing. Mike, one of the movers now has a song stuck in my head from the move. "She's a Little Bit Phycho" has a new mental image of Mike singing lol. We also had over 100 boxes picked up by another team for shredding, and they also were great. The customer service is amazing from the staff that book to the people that provide the service. A special note for Jamie, who coordinated everything from the leases to the shredding and the moving. Very impressive service from all of the team!

The free moving provided by the company is the last thing you should take. The driver was irresponsible , damaging my appliance on commute. The claim was rejected saying i never loaded the truck properly although i used all the straps that were provided with the truck. The moving team will never take responsibility for any accidents and the claim processing is a pain . They keeps you waiting for weeks before you get a reply. The front desk and service was great , my only complaints are about the moving team and people hanging up their phone if we don't agree to whatever they say. I never had any bad experience from movers. This is the first time something got damaged while moving.

The client experience at this location is absolutely outstanding! Kristen and Teagan answered all of our moving related questions with patience and exceptional customer service. Upon further inspection of their retail section (which was immaculate and highly organized), we were lucky to find storage options that we never even knew existed at very reasonable prices. We will certainly recommend this location to anyone else who has storage needs in the Hunt Club area. Thank you so much again for being amazing at what you do :) 10/5 stars

From move-in to move-out, the customer service I experienced at this facility was above and beyond. Each staff member was friendly and helpful; I was in desperate need of a storage container and they went out of their way to help me get one in time. Transporting my furniture in and out was easy and stress-free. The facility itself is spotless and wonderfully contained. A big THANK YOU to Ian, who was amazing to work with! He really helped us out during our move-out. I would recommend this facility to anyone! Thank you for everything!

Used their services for a few months and have to say the service is top notch. Clean units, friendly staff, safe, accessible, carts to help move loads. The only reason I hold a star back is that it is rather pricy. Our 100 sq ft unit was over $200 a month. On a per sq ft basis, I've paid less in rent and was able to live there. Can't live in a storage unit lol. If you have valuables you can't or don't want to keep at home and have the money though, I would recommend using dymon facilities over more basic storage providers.

Had never experienced such poor service with Dymon until storing with this location. The doors were rarely locked, allowing access to anyone, raising obvious concern for my belongings. Lack of communication, poor management that created a hostile, unwelcoming environment, and rarely was there ever an employee at the reception desk. I waited over ten minutes for service one day while listening to the employee purchase concert tickets over the phone. Don’t recommend this company, especially this location! Best of luck.

I really wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful staff at Dymon Storage off Prince of Wales. Madison and Wesley were extremely kind and helpful. Not only to me but also the other customers that came in while I was waiting for my credit card to work. They were very patient and made me feel comfortable when it could have been awkward. It was enjoyable. Thank you both for your assistance, much appreciated!! I will certainly recommend Dymon Storage to anyone that asks.

Used their moving service. The rate is better and their min hours is lower than most services in Ottawa. The two guys were great. Very fast, very careful, and very friendly. They even showed up early and were still done ahead of schedule. Facility is clean and bright. Ended up getting my movers for free as part of a promotion. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. It’s been a great experience. A little pricer than U-Haul storage, yes, but well worth it.

I never write reviews but I had to for the amazing service I received at the hands of Teagan. She is the most amazing employee and seriously deserves a raise. She made me feel very comfortable and taken care of as a customer, she explained everything to me really well and was super helpful on my moving day. Very personable and very patient. Honestly and truly, she’s an excellent employee and dymon storage is lucky to have her.

I've been at this location four times (renting the board meeting room), each time I was greeted and served by a different staff. Every time their customer service was exceptional. They went way above and beyond to ensure that our visit was perfect. Special thanks to Rami, Teagan, and Kristin who helped us (each on a different time) last time on a short notice with excellent service.

External storage is awsome! It is at great location so you can visit. Surrounding of storage area is always clean! When you go to storage early in the morning, you can see big turkey lurking around which makes your day :). However, I feel rushed due to narrow passage around the building which is shared by big moving trucks(You can't open your side doors too long).

He is always very helpful, professional and goes out of his way to ensure all your expectations are met. I would recommend Dymon to all. Dymon has the storage industry shaking in their boots. This company and its staff have this thing nailed down. The facility is clean, comfortable, easy to access, and affordably priced. Their staff (talk to Kyle Liston...he rocks) are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else to store my belongings.

Very negative experience dealing with these people. The South Keys location at Bank Street is much better. I cancelled a locker but they kept charging me for 3 extra months. Has to argue with defensive employees to get it cancelled. Manager Rami is one of the worst I've seen, acts as if he’s doing you a big favour.

This company is happy enabling your dependance on them, offering a truck to help you transport your belongings to there facilities and pay them monthly, BUT when it's time to remove your belongings this company is not so accommodating " No truck on leaving there storage facility.

I recently dealt with the Dymon Storage on Hunt Club Rd., and had a great experience with them. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Tanis was exceptional in her customer service. I will be using them in the future for any shredding needs. Give them a try!

Expensive and the price goes up every year, dinged me a 50$ for returning the key a day late and a 200$ fee to remove any stuff left in the locker (which seemed fair). They sell a ton of moving supplies what are overpriced but it is very convenient

Just arrived at this location to get some stuff out of storage to find employees inside and customers not following the mandatory mask rule. Not easy to access when people are not following the law. Not impressed.
