I had a very bad experience with Mostafa. I was moving 15min away from a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor to a 2 story house so the amount of items couldn't of made that much of a difference. Then he'll take 20min to get to ground floor and back (also should note the apartment had a elevator) so I thought to help bringing the boxes to ground floor so they could walk it literally 5 metres away. I could see them on the truck from the elevator so he left me with one of his trollies while he used the other trolley. The guy with him would take the sofa cushion and my daughters teddy's. The whole time he was saying because your partner packed everything in boxes and wrapped the TV and white goods it'll be so much faster and cheaper. Then we get to the new place his offsider is eating maccas in the truck now no one wants to move so we all start to help move everythinga inside. Then he charged me a $100 fee because I had an item weighing 150kg and said that was my discount he'd usually charge more. He started at 10:30am and finished at 3:30pm but charged me 5½ hours I guess he added his lunch break so the total was $1,035 for Mt druitt to Werrington. should of just not helped at all paying that much but if i hadnt of then he wouldve taken 7hrs easy. THEN after all that he's got the audacity to ask me, my partner and younger sister to all jump on Google and leave him a 5 star review while he types his name in and you're suppose to fill in the blank. He LITERALLY hovers over you and watches what you write. Now think about it, almost 300 reviews ALL 5 stars ALL starting with "mostafa" ALL of them?? With ratings like that he's earned himself his 3rd Michelin star but seriously I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will NEVER support this business again.

BE WARNED. I moved literally around the corner. You can almost see my old house from the new one. First, they were 35min late. I had everything ready to go. They went out of their way to waste and use up more time just to pack the truck. Once they did, they told me to go ahead of them. I told them to follow me into the driveway and pointed out it was around the corner. They obviously hadn't looked up the address before, because they weren't happy with how close it was. So they says they'd take a 10min break. I waited 40min before they showed up again. Then they VERY slowly unloaded the truck and wasted more time. Once done, they wasted another 20min in their truck before coming inside and sitting on either side of me. Hovering over me and entirely too close. I'm a single mum. It was deeply uncomfortable and intimidating. They tried to charge me for all the times they weren't working. I flat out refused. They tried to charge me from 10am. Again, I refused. I refused to pay them for time they hadn't even arrived yet. Mostafa wouldn't stop arguing with me. Shayan stepped in and persuaded him to let it go. Then, they tried to charge me for extras. This included the house having stairs, attaching the washing machine to pipes, putting the mattress on the bed base etc. I refused on the basis that they never discussed extras and I had their quote in writing. They still overcharged me and absolutely took their time to charge you more. After all of that, Mostafa took my phone out of my hand and wrote himself a 5 star review and posted it. I waited weeks to delete it because these men had my address. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Mostafa and shayan were hardworking. No damage during the move though it took a long time and we helped to try and get it done quickly as it was getting late. Started at 9.30am and left halfway through the job to complete another job from the day before that hadn’t been completed. Didn’t come back until 7pm (even though it was only supposed to be 2hrs) which meant we didn’t finish moving until nearly 10pm. Also charged extra for certain items even though was told that they didn’t when first quoted and didn’t mention the additional charge of $300 until after the move was completed. Definitely not a discount removalist.

I went to help my brother move a couple of smaller items to his new place by car, so I had no interaction with mostafa. However when everything was done and dusted he insisted I leave him a 5 star rating as well just to deceive future potential customers. Also I noticed his "discount" wasn't really a discount and he was overcharging my brother by telling him that he's willing to skim a few dollars off the top of that fabricated number he just plucked from the air, just to guilt trip us after into leaving a 5 star rating because he "helped" with the final price.

We lived on a busy street in Mount Druitt and I noticed he would leave our furniture out on the sidewalk unattended for certain periods of time. Upon moving in to our new home we have unpacked everything and realised we have 2 or 3 boxes/ items missing. For having to pay over a grand, for a 2 bedroom apartment move, that should have never happened. Wouldn’t recommend this removilist company. My review is edited because my original review of 5 stars was only given because mostafa was watching me do it and told me to give a good review.

Used them for my move to new house in Marsden Park. Very happy with their service. Was prompt on the time that was agreed. Was contactable and always messaged back of where they are and when they are going to be at my place. It was very hot day but got the job done without any complains. Was upfront with amount of stuff we had and how they plan to move it. Even helped with setting up the washing machine even though was not part of their job. Would definitely recommend them.

Sam and Shayan where absolute legends! Great banter, very professional, honest, hard working and knowledgeable. When things went wrong down the chain as they always do with moving and friends who where going to help us pulled out, the guys stepped up and did us a massive solid and grabbed everything, expertly packing and strapping everything in their truck. They are absolute legends and I 100% will book them any time I need moving done.
