My stay was excellent. I stayed at Dabi Hotel with my wife and two small children and it supplied our needs at that time. The manager and his assistance were very helpful and also the shuttle driver. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My family and I had a situation develop while we were there and the manager Mr. Wakgari Chanalow and his assistants including the shuttle driver were very helpful and understanding. I came in April alone and stayed at the Hilton, but with the family there this was a great place.

The best part probably were the amazing staff who were always willing to help in and out of the Hotel/Apartments. It's definitely a place (maybe the only place) I will stay again in Addis.

Our stay was good (me, my husband and 4 year old daughter). The room was really spacious with great view (we stayed on 11th floor) , the staff really welcoming and helpful with everything. The breakfast is good. Just if they start restaurant services (as they have a setting on top floor) will definately be a plus! That is the reason for one star less.

The rooms and service was great the rooms were clean and big the receptionist was very nice and helpful only complaint is that refrigerator is very tiny and there is no microwave which is very hard with kids

The place is spacious and the cleaner does a good job. They just need to change their beds, too old and uncomfortable. They also need to fix their geyser because there was no hot water :(
