Don’t go this place if you can. They don’t care about your experience, and don’t even pretend to be. They just want to grab your money then kick you out of the door. I had two Visit to this place. First time I bought a Marlon 5. Second time, fix the leaking valve. For both time, when walk in, no one greeting or asking if I need any help. Sure, no big deal. Then when I ask for a purchase, they start to response with fake smile and minor attention. Their answers are either one word or one sentence, their eyes keep looking to elsewhere, and they can’t be more ignorant with their attitude. I feel like I am here to beg for something, not shop for something. The worst part is, when I took my bike in for leaking fix. The young workers were nice enough to share that they might not be able to fix it if the defect caused by my own usage. Fine, then I told them, I only ride it a couple of times and it shows unusual leaking from the beginning. I don’t think the management trust me a bit. They don’t want to cover it with their money although it is obviously a factory defect. After some communication, they finally agreed to fix it under warranty. Oh wait, there is more frustrating part come along. When young folks fix my bike, the management lady came and check on the work. I tried to be friendly and start a dialogue by mentioning the leaking was identified caused by the valve. You know what she responds? Nothing, she does not turn her head, she did not say anything, just simply ignored me lol what a weird person. Try to avoid this shop, go to other shop with normal people that knows how to respect customers.

Well I happened to be cycling in the area and thought to myself, wonder if I can go in and get some fenders for my bike. Bike stores everywhere are very busy, stock is low and lockdowns have fueled wait times. Last year was brutal for service everywhere. But I was able to walk in, was greeted by pleasant staff. I believe it was Joe that helped me pick out a set of fenders, and allowed me to put them on in the shop. Joe gave me a hand at putting it on and I couldn't be happier. How can I not rate that 5 stars. I also noticed the same courtesy given to every customer from every staff member. What more does anyone want? And I loved the dog. ❤️ Definitely will be back. UPDATE Definitely 5 stars for their service. I stopped in again today and inquired about getting an extension on my valve stem. It was shorter than the original and a bit of a pain to clamp onto for air. So my hats off to Connor who helped me out with this. 100% recommend Cycle Path. Worth the trip.

I have been bringing my bikes to Cyclepath for a few years now, and recently bought in my new bike that needed a little love after some travel, and before my next travel. Cameron was the technician who worked on Bruce ("You don't want to see me when I'm angry!"). Some bike shops act like you are sinning against the cycle gods if you bring in a bike you bought elsewhere, but the Oakville Cyclepath is always forgiving on that front. Cameron quickly assessed the situation, and gave me a realistic estimate of both the time and cost to repair the bike. He called me with updates and to ask questions, and did the needed work under his time estimate. Don't let his quiet demeanour fool you: He is a consummate professional, and a great tech. The store also has most of the stuff I need, or they will order it if they don't have it in, and they have a really awesome shop dog. What more could you ask?

This place has the most amazing, friendly knowledgeable and customer service oriented team. My family gifted me a bike from this shop, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful providing great advic and options. I myself returned with the bike for some adjustments and additional purchases of gear, despite having a high volume of customers ar the time every person I interacted with took the time to help me, answer all my questions and help me even when the shop was past the closing time. I cannot say enough THANK YOU for how nice and helpful this team of people were and how good it feels to attend and buy from a store with this quality of individuals and service. I am partial to LIV brand of bikes--bought an E-Bike here yesterday as it was the only place I could find one in my size (mediums weren't even available on line!) Also my 3rd bike purchased here. Evan was awesome in letting me try out the bike, putting in a shorter seat post & having the bike ready for taking home, in a timely manner. He answered all of my many questions without hesitation. Very knowledgeable. This will most likely be my last bike purchase as I have 3 now but for any accessories/tune ups on my bikes, I will be back to Cycle Path. Service is second to none and that has been the way since I bought my first bike there several years ago. Highly recommend Cycle Path for all your bike needs.

Have been a long-time customer/supporter of cyclepath having grown up in the area. Recently, I tried to return bar tape I had special ordered and was told that I would have to pay a “restocking fee” because the tape was a colour that would not sell (white). During the interaction I was told that I should have know that I didn’t want the bar tape before I ordered it and that it was my responsibility that I was not told about this stipulation about special orders when I placed it. I also waited almost a month for my order when I was told it would be in later that week. Overall this is a good bike shop for cannondale bikes but I had this terrible interaction with someone who I believe is an owner.

Great shop with lots to offer and very helpful to new people into the sport. On the other hand, I am a former employee. Working there was great for a while and the owners (John and Joe) are great people to work with. The service manger Jeffrey is a decent mechanic but when it comes to managing his employees is where it all falls apart. Poor planning and scheduling, no training and essentially being a hypocrite. Many former employees said the same. For example I was blamed for his own mistakes and terminating you of service for a unlawful reason and not informing you if it (making you waste time chasing them down). All aside except JEFFREY, it is a great shop to purchase all your goods.

Took my vintage Raleigh SGP in for diagnostics and tune up to this 1st time visit to Cyclepath Oakville. Travis' expertise, professionalism and exceptional customer service was very much appreciated and has made me a dedicated customer. Their service allowed me to continue my training without missing a cycle. Hooked up on my Trainer the Raleigh performed amazing, allowing me to achieve excellent data values. Thanks Travis and Cyclepath Oakville. Training throughout this winter season with my Raleigh SGP will benefit me the pleasure of purchasing a NEW road bike this Spring from your facility. Great experience at Cycle Path Oakville. I have been waiting all year for a new bike due to all the shortages and demand. I thought I would try again this fall and they had stock of the Trek Marlin 6. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I had two little guys with me and they were great with them as well. I took the bike for a spin out in the parking lot and they kept an eye on the kids. Very happy with the shop and experience. Been to quite a few shops over the years and there was zero pretentious attitude here that you run into in some shops. Will recommend and go back anytime I need a bike shop.

We've been customers of Cyclepath Oakville for over 20 years, over multiple transfers in/out of the GTA and we have bought multiple bikes there, most recently a Liv Rove bike, a new fork for my bike, spokes, and brake pads. Bought my 1st bike at cyclepath oakville 6 years ago and my 6th bike just today (for my son) and I’m a repeat customer due to their superior customer service both when buying and maintaining bikes. This is a crew who obviously enjoy, and know, what they’re what they’re doing and it shows as they explain in details what to look for in a bike, what the options are and how to ride and use a bike. The staff and service was great. From the first phone conversation with the very knowledgeable staff (Jeff and Mattie) I felt like I was being looked after like I was a relative. I felt comfortable trying out multiple sizes of a bike I was interested in and the staff didn’t rush or push me to make a decision. They went as far as changing my pedals back and forth multiple time without hesitation. During a weird and uncomfortable time, I felt as if the environment at Cyclepath was safe and comfortable. I honestly love this bike store. I went in to look for a casual cruiser for my partner and I never felt pressured. Everyone in the store was just extremely helpful. I also love this store because my partner had bought me a bike last year and it wasn’t right for me, so we took it back. They were great about the exchange and allowed me to switch bikes even though the one I ultimately chose was slightly less expensive. They also let me ride around the parking lot to test out different bikes. It’s such a good place. And Cairo the dog is adorable and friendly.

I bought my first new road bike and I couldn't be happier. I really know very little about bikes as I've been riding a 40+ year old 12 speed that I've owned since I was a teen. The service from Joe was great and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I've only had my new Giant Contend AR 3 for 4 days so I've been riding indoors on a bike trainer as I've never ridden with cycling shoes/cleats and I wanted to get comfortable with that first. I can't wait to ride out doors. I most definitely recommend this place for your cycling needs.

Hands down the best bike store in southern Ontario. The commitment the employees have for their clients is amazing. Evan and Natalie are rock stars at the front. Whilst the mechanics, although overly needy with food choices are always there to give you the best advice and fix whats needed. Jeff and Travis have helped me through many sticky situations and watching Cam emerge as a great, although quiet leader has been quite remarkable. Cam might not be the cleanest brake bleeder of the team, but he gets the job done and done right, right but messy ;)

I took my sons racing bike to Cycle Path today and they were very busy both in sales and service. I was having trouble airing the tires with the pump I had. The service tech looked after me right alway and answered several questions … NO CHARGE. I then looked for a pump, tire tube and accessory bag. A very knowledgable lady with blonde hair took the order and then insisted on installing my purchase on the bike… NO CHARGE. These are super people and highly recommended.

Years ago when we started biking we went to this location and received great service. This time we went to start our 4 year old on a new bike so we can all bike together and the service was fantastic. The selection was great and they had everything we needed to get started. They were also incredibly patient with all of our questions, did a full check on the bike we were buying and helped me out with some parts I was missing for my own bike. 10/10 recommend!

Great recommendations on indoor trainers. And plenty in stock! Shop has a laid back, highly competent feel. Staff are very customer focused. They ask questions about how you're going to use the trainer and they listen and provide their view of the products. I have been a customer of this CyclePath Oakville for over 20 years. There are a lot of good reviews for Cyclepath Oakville. I can't disagree. They are great! Bought 3 new bikes recently for the family. This was during the pandemic. They do a great job keeping business going in a safe manner during these lock down restrictions. They answer the phone. They call you back if they're busy and they provide great advice. We are very happy with our new bikes and are now enjoying riding more than ever!

In looking to buy two bikes I spoke with the several bike stores before calling Cyclepath Oakville. I was impressed by the conversation so decided to visit the store. Once I got there I found an extensive inventory of bikes and accessories and the staff were both knowledgable and extremely helpful. I purchased the bikes and they installed all of the accessories I purchased before I left the store. Highly recommended.

The staff are top excellent, as they are very helpful and listen to your inquiries. I've been going there for years. I've always found that they take my concerns seriously and bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. Moreover, they have a real concern with quality. I've also found that their pricing is much more competitive than bike shops in Toronto. They are worth the drive to Oakville!

My experience was good. I ordered a bike online and it was available pretty quickly. When I picked it up, I was able to have a rear rack, kickstand, and fenders installed in about a half hour. I noticed that they applied tape to the frame where they were installed to prevent scratches, which I appreciated.

Bought my wife a Liv bike and the service was top notch. Answered all of our questions and concerns. She receives 4 free tune ups on her bike so I’m going to bring my bike here for tune ups along with hers. Really happy with the service. You have a new loyal customer all the way from London.
