I went in for a full head colour. I saw Ebony. While the colour itself looked beautiful, when I got home, my son pointed out to me that I had a HUGE blotch of colour (RED AND COPPER) on my left temple near my eye that ran all the way to my cheekbone in a crescent shape. I hadn't noticed it at the salon as it was covered by my somewhat longish hair. I also had a distinct line of colour along my hairline above my forehead that I also did not notice until I got home as I had my glasses off at the salon as per the stylists request. So I tried washing my cheek/temple but it would NOT come off, despite scrubbing it to the point of skin irritation. So I called the salon to tell them what happened and all I was told was "it will come off EVENTUALLY". Eventually? What does that even mean? Days? Weeks? Months? I wasn't happy with that response! Then the person on the phone (I think she said her name was Sophie) put me on hold to go find out what to do about it. Then she came back and said "my colleague says she has had success with Dawn liquid soap". Good for her! I don't use Dawn and shouldn't have to go out and buy it! Then when I told her I had already tried MY liquid soap, she put me on hold again and this time she came back and said to try "whitening toothpaste and baking soda". I told her that I would not and should not have to do this if Ebony had done it right to begin with! Then I told her that it seemed like she didn't care and wasn't taking my concern seriously. So she said at that point "sorry this happened to you ". That was it! No offer of a slight discount or a refund, or anything. Yet they have posted all over the salon, little notes saying "if we make a mistake we will make it right". (I am paraphrasing). If that is their idea of customer service then I am taking my business elsewhere.

I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Yesterday, after 5:00pm I called this place and asked, like a lunatic, if they could do a whole head of highlights for me that evening. They, I suspect knowing full well it would take longer, said yes. I got lucky and had Tayler as my stylist and she just nailed it. I brought her two relatively different photos and asked for something in the spectrum between them. Like a monster. Anyway, she managed to absolutely nail it. She stayed late for me, made excellent company the whole time, and I will probably still continue to see her here until I die or something worse happens, like Tayler switching to a different line of work or something. Full marks. 10/10. 100%.

I'm sure some of even most people can agree that seeing a new hair dresser can be scary right? If you feel the same way I HIGHLY recommend this salon. When you walk into the doors it literally feels and looks like a spa. They offer you beverages such as hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate and or water. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm. I recommend ya'll see Taylor. She is AMAZING at what she does and takes her time to make sure her costumers are satisfied before they leave.

I can't remember off the top of my head who did my hair for my wedding (June 10th), but she did a fantastic job of translating what I showed her in pictures into reality, and incorporating all of the accessories I brought with me as well. She also did a great job of securing it all, as after a windy day outside for the ceremony and pictures, my hair still looked really good (if a tad windblown) by the time the reception started in the evening.

I am so sorry it took me almost 2 weeks to write the review, got so busy with kids so here I am writing now. I had a very long and damaged hairs, I looked around so many saloons in my area, but my heart went with Cutting loose. and I am glad I went to cutting loose. I absolutely love my new hair style. My whole family has been coming here to see Davolyn and Tammie for AT LEAST ten years! We all have very different hair and styling preferences and they rock it all. Leading up to my sister's wedding all the guys came to get fresh cuts, and morning of the girls came to get their hair done. The team went absolutely above and beyond for us! Great experiences every time.

She always makes me feel beautiful after my appointment. The atmosphere and the people make the time there fun and enjoyable. They are always friendly and smiling.

Acceptable haircut kinda rushed and not what I asked for but far too expensive, a men's haircut shouldn't cost more than $30 not including tip and I payed close to $60.
