Mixed feelings on this review. Absolutely loved all previous experiences. The facilities are new and very luxurious. Today was a very awful experience. They have clearly booked way above the capacity. There was about 4-5 people in the change area which made it very hard for me to change or dry my hair. The sitting area after the treatment was again full and I was relegated to the hard lounges next to the spa which was very uncomfortable to sit on to have a cup of tea. The therapist for my facial was very rough at times particular when cleaning my face with the towels. The treatment also felt rushed. I left in a hurry as there was just no space. Feedback is to really consider customers experience over revenue as I will have to seriously consider whether to return.

I have tried The MUSCLE DE-STRESS PODI program last week and I have to say that it was nothing like what I have expected but so much more! Sawako explained the treatment making sure to personalize the Ayurveda oils based on my body needs and get me choose the aroma elixir for my massage. The Podi, sachet containing dried herb designed to detoxify, release stress and muscle tension where dipped in warm oil and used to massage and pound my whole body. The final Marma Massage felt like a big warm hug, I really left Blissful and extremely relaxed!! Not to mention the complementary 6 star IMMACULATE facility including Infrared Sauna, steam room and Vitality pool, a must during the winter month to keep up the immune system!! Definitely will be back for more!!

Andrew’s caring personality and attentive approach to massage therapy begins with consultation in order to assist in adapting sessions to the clients individual needs. Any health concerns such as prior injuries, trauma or sensitivities are catered for in the treatment. His passionate, experienced holistic approach to massage therapy was translated in the techniques used to relax and remove tension from the body and mind. The post treatment relaxation room with refreshing beverages and healthy snacks, allows you to unwind and leave the venue in total zen.

Crown Spa provides a luxurious spa and massage experience that is well worth the premium price. The aqua retreat is a standout feature, offering separate gender areas with a spa, sauna, and steam room. It's recommended to arrive an hour before your massage to fully enjoy this oasis. We had an amazing massage from Buppha and Ratsamee, who truly deserve recognition for their exceptional skills. Booking with them is highly recommended. Additionally, the complimentary four-hour valet parking is a nice perk. Overall, the experience was incredibly relaxing, with clean and comfortable facilities. Definitely recommend Crown Spa to others.

If you want an amazing spa experience come here! The Crown Spa offers luxurious facials, massages, pampering and relaxing experiences. They use La Prairie products for the facials and they are oh so decadent! They also offer a state of the art relaxation room inclusive of an infrared sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and a turbo jet shower. The ammenities are fantastic with this tranquil area split into male and female only areas that allow you to relax without your partner annoying you too much! I highly recommend this spa! Only recommendation is that you need to book in advanced!

The best therapists and spa experience in Sydney. The price reflects the experience and expertise of the staff. Couples room was bloody beautiful and romantic. Staff made every opportunity to make us feel comfortable and welcome. There is an area where you wait for your therapist and it is so peaceful and relaxing with complimentary tea and snacks. Sunee and Waraporn were professional and knowledgeable, and I seriously appreciate their skills. Considering the experience and facilities available, I’d say go for it!

The spa looks beautiful but thats where it ends. Hubby and I went for a treatment and after the treatment we got to chill out in seperate rooms. I was in a room with women standing over me waiting for me to move so they could sit. The facial I had was terrible all the moves on my face where rushed and uncomfortable I have been a beautician for years and I know a bad facial. My husband massage came with nosie of lots of women's talking.not worth the high price at all.

We went there for our anniversary and we booked a private couple suit in which you have mesmerizing harbor view. You can feel the luxurious from the beginning. If you booked specific treatments you will have an access to the aquatic center and complementary 4 hours parking. There is no doubt for me that I want to be their loyal customer as long as they keep their quality. I am very happy that we have this place in Sydney.

Beautiful design by BLAINEY North. That’s the best thing. The message was ok not the best I’ve had. The locker area is a bit small. And I heard some hammering at the end of my massage. Overall its okay but for the money you are paying you can do better. The service is okay, they can do better as well. Lockers get stuck and make an annoying noise. I might be being too harsh but I do except top service for the $$.

Amazing experience!! Gorgeous facilities, relaxing experience and great service. Facilities were clean and tidy and staff were friendly and accommodating. Free 4 hour valet parking made the experience even better. A fantastic couples massages performed by Parin and Polly in a very nice couples room. They were professional, super friendly and gave a very good massage.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed, the staff were all friendly it was very well run. The only small negative was the robes are not plus size friendly. To increase relaxation and comfort for bigger guests it would be beneficial to have some Robes accessible to cater for your plus size guests.

A solid 4 - 4.5 star. Love the entire experience as you could use their facilities before and after the spa treatment. The facilities are very well maintained and clean with lots of ammenities available (Dyson hair dryer, bottled water, clean towels always getting refilled immediately, shower room always getting cleaned immediately).

I have to say this was the worst experience ever. To start, they brought me a cup of tea, but the tea cup had someone’s lipstick on it. The room was freezing. The treatment also felt rushed and rough. When we tried to give our feedback to the manager she was very rude and dismissive of our valid concerns. Won’t go back again.

An incredible experience. Everything from the changing rooms to the showers to the MASSIVE jacuzzi, heated massage beds and the incredible masseuse (I think her name was Sawako - sorry if I have misspelled it!) - comparable to the best spas in the WORLD not just in Sydney. Highly recommended.

Visited Crown Spa with a few colleagues, had the best Spa experience. The Aqua Retreat facility was amazing and with complimentary valet parking up to 4 hours. Highly recommended. It would have been even better if we can stay longer in the retreat, say 90 mins instead of only 60. Will be back

I had an amazing experience at Crown Casino's spa with Parin as my massage therapist. His professionalism, skill, and respect created a heavenly atmosphere. I even fell asleep during the session. Highly recommend Parin for an excellent and rejuvenating massage.

The most high-end, beautiful and luxurious spa in Sydney with free 4 hour valet parking with every 1hr treatment. It’s an incredible experience to have ‘me time’ or indulge with a friend. The therapists are amazing, impeccable service and stunning decor.

Most amazing spa experience we have ever had, and we have tried all the 5 star hotel spass in Sydney and many overseas or interstate. The place was lux, the massage by the Japanese ladies amazing. Will definitely be back.

So nice. So peaceful. Spend 1 hr before treatment in the aqua area. Got the remedial (but felt more like a relaxation treatment) but did not complain because it was v good. Highly recommend!

Spectacular. State of the art facilities. Our favourite part of the room was the bathroom with the electronics and heated toilet seats. Great service, really was a weekend of lux living.
