had such a horrible experience at this store. the manager rudely accused my friends and myself of stealing. as we were heading off to the changing rooms to try some clothes on the manager very aggressively stopped us and yelled at us "don't think that I'm stupid, I know what you're all doing, I know you're trying to steal". she was saying how apparently we were trying to sneak certain clothes in the changing rooms. after she was looked very carefully and invasively through our bags, we left the store (after being banned for 'stealing') and she still then got a security to follow us to the food court so he too could have a very a thorough look through our bags. after explaining everything to the security guard he then apologised and explained how that manager is always accusing of everyone stealing. not acceptable at all, the service is absolutely terrible, we were treated like trash despite not doing anything wrong. the way they handle situations is disgraceful.

Last Sunday at 10:30am I walk in with my partner and for some strange reason Nikki (working at the time) was just so dam rude for no reason what so ever!. It’s as if I killed her in a past life or something ‍♂️ All the other conversations with customers were ‘hi how are you?’ At the counter and ‘do you have x?’ … ‘no unfortunately not, we did but blah blah’. I ask, ‘do you have kids belts?’ And I get a ‘nah’ WOW! And at the counter complete silence until my partner says ‘yeah, we’re good thanks’. And then she says ‘hi how are you?’ Sigh. It was just so strange I had to get on and write this! A slight attitude adjustment for ALL CUSTOMERS not just some, would go a long way dear Nikki.

Customer service is tragic, completely rude to my 14 year old daughter today after she had tried on some shorts, Your Job is to be polite to customers no matter the age you don't act like my daughter is inconveniencing you by having to put the shorts back on the rack after my daughter tried them on. It's amazing that at 14 years of age my daughter has better customer service skills then you working at her own job.

Very busy shop with huge selection of very reasonably priced clothing. Good selection of exercise gear. Staff can be a little hard to track down at times but helpful when you do. There are two Cotton ons in Penrith plaza. The larger one upstairs is the one I am referring to. The smaller one downstairs has limited stock due to it's size.

We asked if we would get a top of the mannequin as there was no sizes in the colour we wanted on the rack and she made us try another colour on before getting the top of the rack incase it didn’t fit. She was so rude and unprofessional.. if we didn’t need the top for a dress up, I wouldn’t of brought it.

Surprisingly wide range of clothes for men as well as women. Husband managed to find cargo pants he has been after for ages, cotton-on was the last place we would have thought to look at. Went in for teen girl clothes, both teen and hubby very pleased with their items. Service freindly but not pushy.

Lots of staff but also lots of chatting amongst themselves. Hard to get some service. Watched 3 staff members approach the service counter while waiting to pay. None served a customer when only cash register open was dealing with a lengthy transaction.

Best prices, fashion, variety and staff. Always plenty of sizes available and the sizing is the most true I can find. I can purchase without even trying on because I can trust in their sizing,never been let down

Favorite clothing place to shop at! Recently got bikinis and they are great material for an amazing price!! I shop here for all my clothes! The range of active and beachy is just my taste!!

Really nice collection. Cotton on has got a full face lift. The clothes are good quality now and very hip choices. I really enjoy shopping here. Very size inclusive.

So much to look at! Lots of variety of clothes for men and women. Very cute bags, shoes and accessories! Fitting rooms! Gymwear, sleepwear and everything in between!

Very impressed with the service of a lovely lady named 'Chiny,' who was extremely kind and helpful towards my 13 year old daughter. She was a credit to the store.

Has a great variety of good quality clothing, there are a few deals here and there but for most of the time expect to pay full price for quite expensive clothing.
