So far we’ve received a lot of help from this consulate. We normally drive over to their office but today I called their office first before driving there. Sadly no one answered so I went on their website and seen the phone number for the consulate in Canberra. I called the office in Canberra and was able to get help with my enquiry. I learned that the other offices had no one there because of covid. I was grateful to learn this and I was grateful that my questions/enquires were answered over the phone. I’ve contacted other embassies/consulates of OTHER countries and the person answering phone calls can only advise you to book an appointment (the appointments always cost money). Anyways, I’m grateful I don’t have to pay money for my enquires nor do I have to book an appointment.

If only I could give half a star for this business... Their website says that they're open, but when I get there there's a notice saying that the whole office is closed until tomorrow. Very unprofessional indeed.

Professional and respectful manner. Messages were passed and referred to the intended personnel. Emails were promptly replied to by PLS Liaison Officer.

Despite covid. It only took two weeks to process and approve my application. They were very helpful and prompt at answering all my emails. Thank you:)

I have tried calling the consulate for the past 2 days and the phone keeps ringing out...? Can I expect a reply if I email my forms through??

Does not deserve a ⭐️! They never answer the phone, I don’t think anyone works there! Expect this from Samoans though very sad

I don’t know how they even do business they never pick up the damn phone!!! If I could give a quarter of a star I would!!
