Delivered me the wrong groceries to my mandatory hotel quarantine. Support is only via text message, store does not answer the phone. After 2 days I only have coles online credit for the missing groceries, no refund and no credits for having to pay another delivery fee. I still had to meet minimum $50 for the order of what they didnt deliver, so there mistake ended up costing me an extra $36 and I still dont have the groceries. When something goes wrong you cant call them, cant have them call you, cant email them, so it's very difficult to deal with support when something is stuffed up. I went to order from Woolworths (hoping I could get a refund from Coles) and discovered they had better prices on most of the items I was missing and a same day delivery option. Feel like I've been scammed, all I wanted was some fresh milk and an ankle brace

wanted to withdraw 400 at the counter but was turned down. was told but the staff at the costumer service that he only got 150. So, I told the staff.. 150 is better than nothing, so I’ll take it.. he then told me to withdraw in the nearby atm machine instead. what a waste of time. he opened the cash machine earlier and even showed me the cash was more than 400 in cash but he wasn’t happy. he could have said that he ain’t happy to dispense any cash at that point and just show me the nearest atm instead of saying.. he can only give 150 but decided not to give anything.

I have been shopping here ever since it opened. Great range of fresh produce. Free parking if you spend over $30. The deli has shrunk over the years but you can still get roast chicken and hot food. The specials are the same as the suburban Coles(unlike its competitor WW nearby where some prices are marked up and specials are more expensive than the suburban stores). Love the weigh your own snack dispensers. The fridges all have doors so cold products are kept at the right temperature. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This morning I went to Coles supermarket Pyrmontto to buy smoked Prosciutto and their staff in the Deli department no one wore a mask. When the Deli staff prepared to slice my Prosciutto and I said "you are handling ready to eat food should wear a face mask" then a female staff member told me it was not mandatory in Coles and I needed to complain to the store manager. I wonder if Coles has a rule for health,  hygiene & cleaning of handles ready to eat food products or if it's not.

This is my favorite place in Pyrmont. I love the range of ice-cream here, there is a wide range of groceries, Deli, Frozen. There are offers on some items most of the times. Staff is so polite and friendly. Some isles are unorganized and cardboard pieces can be seen lying around, but i can work with that. i love the roasted chicken in Deli section. I wish they bring back the instant microwave Coles Indian Dal Tadka. Plssssssss. It is so tasty

It's a really useful grocery in the heart of Pyrmont, right near the Star. I recommend stopping by this particular Coles if you want to save money and grab a bite to eat, instead of having to pay higher prices for takeaway food. My only complaint is that the self-checkout lines can be a bit chaotic, and there's usually only one person at the till if you can't be bothered with the self-checkout line.

  • Inna Jankovic

Terrible service and quality of food. Found a leach in pampernickle bread considering that I was going to give it to my two year old in addition to me being pregnant. just can't imagine how sick we could get, bought chocolate that was light brown with patches as if it has been temperature abused. I will be taking this further

Its a small coles, with limited variety of products. Generally well stocked for the range they do hold. If you are there early in the morning, expect a bit of a wait. The self serve arent open early in the morn (dont understand why) and you have like 1 or 2 people serving, and often customers with full trolleys being served.

Fresh Vegetables are of extremely poor quality, the ginger is $40/ kilos and extremely old and shriveled. Meat section is very poorly prepared, beef and lamb almost always side by side and not considerate for the Hindu Indian community, pork and chicken side by side not considerate for Muslim community.

Always liked this Coles as a local, staff were friendly because you got to know them, everything was always easy to find and parking available underground. Liquorland just outside and also some cafes and a flight centre. Great for locals and tourists staying in the Pyrmont and Darling Harbour area.

  • Thomas Wong

Great that it is convenient, offering supermarket prices in an up market location. However, prices are higher compared to other Coles or Woolies. Especially specials that give less discount compared to other stores. Edited to remove comment that I couldn't find Uncle Toby's bars. They are there :)

  • Josh Makarenko

Not the biggest Coles shop, so lots of items that are in my local Coles you can't find here. They've got all the essentials, but always heaps busy with People shopping on route home after leaving the city. Try to avoid between 5-7pm weekdays or you'll be body checking crowds.

  • Kevin Fleming

I do prefer Woolworths over Coles and this store is one of the reasons why. The excessive use of self-serve checkouts combined with staff who would rather be somewhere else and the limited selection of things I'm looking for always result in disappointment when I visit here.

  • Annabelle Sheldon

Just found this hidden gem near work and im so glad i did because now i can do my grocery shopping straight after work. Stocked with everything you need, this is one of the best Coles i've been to for a while. It's Christmas time so there is no shortage of Christmas treats.

  • Alexandra Juan

always out of stock of necessary things. No strawberry syrup but has 8 chocolate syrups. No baking supplies. no food colouring. No other meat choices mostly lamb. A lot of expiration dates are near or old stock. The merchandising team needs to review this store. It’s awful.

  • David Pinto

A large supermarket which will provide you with all your daily requirements. They all provide marked down food items at certain times of the day for grocerries and non veg items. If you are looking for discount on some of your favourite crisps, you might find it there. :)

  • Che Cosa

Purchase 2 cooked chicken schnitzels from hot food. Both boxed. Looked fine from the top, but when opened at home.....the bottoms were completely burnt and inedible. What a scam. Rather than throwing these out, they still sold disgusting food. Manager should be fired.

  • Briggs Jourdan

Convenient location in the heart of Pyrmont right next to The Star entry, the supermarket has pretty much everything you need for high-density living. Still doesn't seem as busy as other Coles in many different areas but there's many checkouts for easy come, easy go.

  • Rob Anderson

Their stationary section seems relatively smaller then similar sized supermarkets. I went there hoping to buy a cheap mouse. They didn't have that but had other less common things like gamer headphones. Otherwise the convenience of the location is good.

  • Mark Piekarz

The improvements in this supermarket after renovation have made shopping here a considerably smoother and more enjoyable experience. Great deli and bakery sections, and a well revamped fresh food section. It is poorly re-stocked at times, however.

  • D A L E

Good supermarket. Fruit & Vegetables can sometimes be a bit old - but renovated about 12 months ago to improve the fresh food (eg bread/meat). Busy on Saturday mornings. Parking underground in public carpark. Close to Darling Harbour and The Star

  • Gareth Holton

Please tell the hot food staff to turn down the oven settings!! Almost every chicken item is over cooked or burnt to a crisp. The attached photo is off a full priced chicken parmigiana. The cheese is incinerated. You can't sell this. Do better.

  • Dianna Featherston

A still fairly inner city location in historical Pyrmont. A short walk from the Harbourside part of Darling Harbour. The usual Coles offerings which are pretty good, including wider aisles and apparently more variety than its busier CBD store.

  • HAYLEY CARR

While most staff are really good (particularly the middle-aged white guy), the store manager (I think he is the manager, an older Chinese man) is rude and lied about not having toilet paper. Otherwise good range, location and opening hours :)

  • Jared Comerford

Multiple times they deliver solo 0 sugar even though I request refunds rather than 0 sugar if out of normal. O now have 5 bottles of solo 0 sugar sitting in my kitchen becayse I cant even give the away to friends for free as no one wants them

  • Hayley Dean

It's ok. Despite the large volume of residential places around the Pyrmont area, this Coles really seems to be designed to cater for the corporate offices. It has nearly everything you need but just not a large variety of it esp baby items.

  • Chris Abbott

Decent sized Coles that has pretty much everything on offer. Was pretty busy when I was around as they have a good sized area covered. Fruit and vegetables were on par with most Coles or Woolies Supermarkets. #LetsGuide #supermarket #Sydney

  • Kaya Campbell

Ordered 2x click and collects for platters on 2 consecutive days. No dramas with first one. 2nd one payment issue and was cancelled straight away (same day as pick up), could not try payment again or over phone as it was cancelled, could

  • david mitchell

Coles Pyrmont handled a click and collect order really well - they adjusted pricing down for meat portions and packed colds separate from dry groceries. They also arranged our parking voucher for the carpark that is below. Will be back!

  • Emilia Bresciani

I've lived in Pyrmont for over ten years now and I know just about everyone who works at Coles. Not only are they friendly and helpful but most of them have been there forever. And in a neighbourhood in the middle of the city, that's

  • Abe Killian

Small selection for such a large store. Very busy after work hours, but mostly registers and self service are well staffed. Quite a large produce section, but expect shelves to not always be stocked and a smaller range of products.

  • Robert Schreiber

Absolutely horrified, 3pm Saturday 8th of May. Mandatory mask wearing in Sydney for all public indoor venues. 60% of shoppers not wearing masks. This supper,Aretha claims safe shopping but does not enforce the wearing of masks.

  • A H

It would be better if have more choices of products. Some working staff are friendly, others only focus on their own tasks without awaring of customers around them. hope can have longer opening hour, 10pm is a bit too early.

  • Shane

Not nearly enough checkouts open....made to use self serve like you have a choice... Early mornings & late evenings forget it! COLES lookinng after their profits & ratings by reducing staff & experience. Good on ya Coles!

  • Warren Martin

This store is across the road from Star City Casino. Looks very basic like a car park out front, with inside improving slightly. It was a good sized store and is the only major grocery store around this area.

  • Maya Arbach

This is a decent grocery store. I wish they were open a bit later though. They are a good selection of products and are stocked up most of the time. Their staff is very friendly too. Overall would recommend

  • Jake S

The prices are always higher than shown on the shelf. When I asked for a price check it takes forever. But they never change the price on the Bar code so the next person gets caught...check the prices!

  • Sonakshi Arora

Convenient, has a vast variety and decent staff too. Sometimes, not the most friendly but decent - hence the 4 stars. Also, the staff did not know about the flybuys redemption which was a bit annoying.

  • Henry Look

Convince located on bicycle commuting route, as a full fetch Coles not some express or metro format which sometimes with reduced option and/or discount. More bike parking outside would be ideal.

  • gary john-baptiste

Decent supermarket. Warning : don't use the convenience stores. They don't show a price for many of your goods so it's roulette on what you pay - stick to places like Coles or similar …

  • Miska Mcglynn

A smaller of the chain but great range great prices could have a better produce section but I'm.still giving it 5 stars because of the helpful staff and I can find more obscure foods here

  • Dacian Reece-Stremțan

My youngest loves their current promotion of getting miniatures item available or Cole for every $30 spent there. The groceries are of good quality, clean premises, and friendly staff.

  • Steve Vee

Don’t place items after you’ve checked out so that when you go back to buy them, staff want to make you pay for stuff you’ve already paid for! Stupid layout and poor staff training.

  • Arthur Arthur

It’s a nice coles in pyrmont with a large range of products. Staff is nice and it’s not always overcrowded. It’s my fav supermarket in pyrmont so I highly recommend to go there

  • mel jardine

Really good selection for a small store, well laid out and the staff are always lovely. Shop would benefit from an upgrade though as it is starting to look a bit dated.

  • Shane Doyle

It's the best city Coles in Sydney, the staff are always helpful, and the store has all kinds of great items and the best range of hot ready to go meals, not just chicken.

  • Chris Jones

I am a proffesional, hardworking, single parent and in between juggling my 2 kids and running my own lucrative business i FIND IT HARD TO FIND A GOOD TIME TO SHOP.

  • Dean Winiata

This branch of the Coles supermarket chain I cannot say enough good things about, old school friendly and helpful service just a lovely team day and arvo shifts.

  • Chris Sanders

Great supermarket. Got everything we needed and more. Plus the prices were reasonable considering the location

  • Veronica SHIN

It is more likely slightly bigger than matro. Not full options found but still okay. Fast check out at least.
