One of worse clubs in Delhi. The staff is pathetic so much so that I wish I could give 0 star. The club is nice but the people working here are not welcoming. Zero etiquettes and no sense of hospitality. Firstly we were asked to pay 4k per couple over the phone and when we reached the lady said it’s 5k per couple (when we are paying 4k we can pay 5k too) but the way lady at the entrance spoke to us was extremely unprofessional. Later when we entered the dance floor of the club there was no place to sit and all the table were reserved. Manager and other staff was rude and mentioned “ Looks like you are visiting a club for the first time” My question to the management is where is your hospitality and culture to even speak to someone like this. Most probably we have seen way better clubs and way better staff that here keeping in mind our background. After continuous request and paying 10k cover charge we got a two seater table for 4 people which was pathetic. Some serious level of training is required on how to behave and treat people and how to retain your clients. Also not to forget, so many not one table or two tables but at least 10 tables with 5-6 children (under age) drinking alcohol and smoking god knows what all. Pathetic place to be in. Highly not recommended. Staff is allowing kids to enter this place and keeping all the table reserved for children.

Hear me out if you are looking for genuine reviews. They have there own people, bouncers all local boys who will enter your table and will do whatever they want to and they are knowns of the owner so nobody will do anything about them. Booze is expensive. If you want to go clubbing delhi has a LOTTTTT more better options than BW, it was an absolute waste of money. They will never give you pictures. They have there own few people who are there everyday and they get free entry and booze. One bottle coated us around 35k-40k. Pathetic experience. Delhi = Night life, clubbing, dancing, Alcohol... ClubBW is just waste. You may enjoy the dj but overall you will not feel safe. Thank me later.

Today I went to the night club BW with my friends and then I saw their horrible thing The lady manager she was Beating the girl and the was drunk And the other girls she was saying that she’s drunk please leave her I did not beat her But all the guards they are just looking and them and they also throw their wallet and there was insulting them. Maybe the fourth girl also not right but it’s not supposed to do like that. Is a humble request please don’t do this again because this is not right to behave with a drunk people you should understand what you are doing we know BW it’s a very nice Club I don’t want to say anything about the Club but the lady bouncer she is not good at all And she’s not supposed to behave like that.

I was a foreigner guest in Suryaa Hotel on Saturday night I went down to see what's going on in the club, they charged me 4000, ( not a fix price though anything they feel like they will charge you) I thought must be something special when I went inside I couldn't believe my eyes I couldn't believe that this is what they call a high profile club, 95% of the crowd who was full of call girls and their agents. From manager to the bouncers everybody wad so rude and disrespectful. To all the girls and guys from respected families please think before you go to this place. What they post on their social media is not what is inside. Thank You

Unprofessional and uneducated staff. Providing incorrect and irrelevant information and trying to use intimidation tactics which only works within their area. No empathy whatsoever. I still don't understand how they can act like professionals when they clearly aren't ones. If you make a dog wear a kurta it will not be an ethnic dog but a dog wearing a kurta. Similarly their bouncers wear coats but you can still see their poor upbringing and lack of education as soon as they open their mouths. Woof!! I wish their parents could afford school. Disappointed in those protein boxes now!

If you are planning to go clubbing it is open maybe till 11 a.m.... Good crowd age bracket would be 24-30.... You would feel safe as there are enough bouncers employed... The staff is friendly. Female get coupons for 2 free drinks. Couple entry is free..... The area is pretty nice but is designed in a way that it is difficult to dance without stopping and giving space to others to move here and there.

The lady bouncer was hitting on a girl n the girl was totally drunk they should understand if people are drunk they don't mean to hurt them but no they were humiliating to that drunk girl n i was not happy because there could be me n won't tolerate this behaviour of the staff or maneger... Please I'm requesting u all don't go to this club worse staff member....

I Had a fantastic time at this club! The food was delicious, the crowd was lively and friendly, the service was excellent, and the security team was approachable and helpful. Overall, a top-notch experience worth revisiting.

One of the most worst experiences and the pathetic club I have been to. The lady at the checking was so arrogant and also went violent after I refuse to throw the chewing gum. Smoking cigrates is allowed inside and in the washroom, however, chewing gum is not, hilarious ! They do not even know the meaning of hospitality, such disappointing staff they have ! I feel sad that these kind of people are ruining the image of hospitality sector.

I have had a pathetic experience with BW new friends colony. The satff is very irrespective and doesn't treat the customers respectfully. I would not recommend people to visit here. There are better places and clubs to enjoy. Don't compromise with your self respect. We were friends ready to pay money as well but the manger was like pay 1 lakh for a table and then you can enter. Dude seriously???

Don't waste your time and money here!! The experience here is a joke. The staff are rude, obnoxious, and extremely unhelpful. Customer experience clearly isn't a priority here despite the hefty entry fee. No idea why it gets hyped up so much...go someplace else and have a good time.

The staff is extremely rude here. The staff manager needs to consider to change the employees over here. Never experienced this kind of service anywhere literally. There is too much crowd here, more than their capacity. We could not stand at one place because of the pushing of the crowd. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.

Worst club ever no class at all. The staff is ill-mannered, the bouncers are abusive, management all are ignorant and disrespectful. Neither the owner or manager care about anything or anyone. Better go to kitty su or some other club with some class this definitely is a cheap one.

Nice environment, friendly bouncer. Ladies just get used to being groped for security check. Same anywhere in Delhi Clubs after the bombings. Probably a city with the tightest security for hotels, malls & entertainment center. Cool LED lighted menu, like the interior design.

One of the best night club to go in Delhi NCR. Located in Hotel Surya Jam packed always on weekends It's better to have names on the guestlist for smooth entry. Great ambiance inside Spacious. Party ends in morning 7 AM so no hurry party as much you want to do.
