I would like to express my experience on how much damage has occurred since I bought my ‘Toyota rugged X’ which has an estimated value of over 80,000. From the day I went to pick up the ‘brand new car’ I found the sunglass console to be broken before I had touched or driven the car. I expressed my concern and the damaged goods and they took 3 months to replace it and gave me no indication on where the console was manufactured from. In addition, the first few days of driving this car, my attention was drawn to an unusual, loud sound coming from the engine. I proceeded to contact and speak to their manager named Matthew from the service department. I provided video audio evidence of this unusual loud sound and sent it to him. Matthew then progressed to explain that the unusual sound was coming from the exhaust pipe and that it would supposedly go away after I had reached around 4000 km. I trusted his expert information and proceeded to drive my car with the continuation of the unusual sound. After passing around 10,000 km I could further hear this unusual sound and took the car to Toyota service at Gregory hills. Matthew from the service department then told me they would have to keep my car under service for one day to complete testing. After the testing they had come to the conclusion that there was no unusual sound that came to their attention. I then proceeded to call Mohammad Khan the operations manager from Gregory hills Toyota service, he offered to buy the car from me as a 10,000 km driven car. I became extremely frustrated with this offer as the car has been faulty since day 1 of owning this car. I have lost time and money from this car and all the multiple trips to the car service. I have completely lost the trust from the employees at Toyota service as they have not tried to fix the situation or offer any compensation. After expressing my concern and disagreement to this offer he then transferred the car to the service department at Campbelltown. Clinton Toyota Campbell town then did further testing on the car and came to the conclusion that there had been an unusual sound identical to the video evidence i had submitted; However they could not locate where this sound was coming from. Toyota technicians were in contact and suggested replacing the turbo. Campbell town Toyota then proceeded to change and replace the turbo and said there were no more unusual sounds coming from the car. I then picked up the car and proceeded to drive home. On the way home I continuously kept hearing the same unusual sound coming from the car. I then became infuriated with the lack of care Toyota was providing me. I sent an email to Mohammad Khan the operations manager at Gregory hills Toyota service and advised him with three options. 1, for me to return the car back and gain a full refund for the cost of the car. 2, replace me with a brand new model and the same accessories I had previously purchased with the original car free of charge. Or 3, replace it with the same car model and same accessories free of charge. He responded by saying I had to wait 5 days for a response. On the 1/3/2023, 5 days after my email, I received an email from Marsdens Law group specifically from Bharath. This letter consisted of information and the decline regarding my three requested options. They have noted that “TMCA assessed the vehicle and confirmed that the vehicle is NOT defective.” This has been proven to be inaccurate as Campbelltown Toyota tested the vehicle and found there was in fact an unusual sound which further resulted in Toyota technicians requesting to replace the turbo. This further showcases their neglect in providing information on the change of the turbo. After I had read this email, I became frustrated as the information stated was in fact FALSE and not all the details regarding the cars service history was included. For Marsden Law group to create a false narrative on behalf of the faulty car I have purchased is simply absurd and completely unprofessional.

I purchased a new Toyota Kluger from Clintons Toyota in Campbelltown around 3 months ago. As far as the car goes I can not be happier. But more importantly as I have never purchased a new car before I was very nervous considering the amount of money I was about to spend. You always hear the bad things about car dealerships but no one ever takes the time to speak about their good experiences. As far as customer service and honesty goes, 10 stars is not enough. I originally dealt with the sales manager, Andrew Care who ordered the car for me and gave me a good price, but once Andrew was transferred to the Gregory Hills sister dealership, the Campbelltown New Vehicles Sales Assistant Manager, Stefanija Zelikovic (Stephanie) took over as my new point of contact. I was never lied to. She was always upfront with me about pricing or any issue I needed help with. She contacted me once as month and updated me as to the progress of my order, and when it came closer to picking up the car I was contacted weekly. Nothing was too hard. Stephanie was proactive in anticipating any questions or help that I might need and continuously put my mind at ease. She made me feel like I was dealing with a friend. Eventually the date came where I received my car, and instead of this day being a stressful event, it felt like I was receiving a Christmas present (thanks Simone and Stephanie). Again they were upfront and honest about everything when handing the car over which made transferring the money for the car completely stress free. I had an issue with the battery a week after receiving my car (basically I left the lights on and drained the battery, my bad lol). Stephanie sent someone out to me straight away and fixed my problem. Stephanie then called me the next day to check on me and the car. Honestly, just super great customer service. Here I am 3 months later sitting at the Campbelltown dealership lounge waiting for the car to receive its first service, Stephanie walks up to me to not just say hello, but to my surprise after 3 months still remembered my name. Even though Stephanie works in the sales department, she again took the initiative to step in and help me with some servicing related stuff that had nothing to do with her department. And this is when I decided to write this review while I wait. Stephanie, if you are reading this, a thousand thanks for all your help. You have made this whole experience nothing more then an absolute pleasure. To anyone else reading this review, if you are looking for a dealership that will treat you well, not rip you off, are honest with you all the way through, but more importantly wont throw you to the side once they get paid, I can not recommend Clintons Toyota in Campbelltown enough (please ask for Stephanie, you can’t go wrong). I have not dealt with their Gregory Hills sister dealership yet, but considering Andrew is now the sales manager there, I have no doubt they excel just as much as their Campbelltown branch does. I hope this review helps anyone contemplating buying a new car. Good luck.

Having dealt with Clinton’s Toyota Gregory Hills previously for prior car purchases for myself and other family members I was more than happy with their service. Unfortunately I headed to Campbelltown to purchase a CH-R they apparently had in stock. Everything went well and was happy to purchase vehicle I was told was available in the showroom before my test drive. When I said I wanted to go ahead the vehicle was suddenly unavailable and it would be a few months wait for another. No big issue I understood that vehicles were hard to find so I had no issue with the salesman at this point. Unfortunately I needed a car sooner as I had just sold my car which I explained to the salesperson. As I go to leave he suddenly asked me to wait and he’d speak with his “stock controller”. After waiting I was told they could get a vehicle from another dealer. I was happy with this and I again explained that I needed a car ASAP and all I asked was he be honest with the ETA. After signing up leaving a deposit I was told he would call early the following week to confirm. I was called Monday to confirm they still hadn’t located a vehicle. I was then called the following day by the finance manger to say they again still hadn’t located a vehicle. I called on Thursday to find out any information and was told the salesperson was not on but the female spoke to the sales manager and I was told car had still not been located. I cancelled the order. I was the called a number of hours later from a customer service rep who wanted to ask about how I found the service. I explained the above and she replied “did the salesperson inform you about fixed priced serving” 2 hours later I receive a call from the sales manager who had obviously been updated about what I said to the customer service rep. He stayed the vehicle still had not been located. I again said I was not interested and I had secured another vehicle. He abruptly ended the conversation after I asked how I would get my deposit back. I was told to email the salesperson my bank details. Literally 3 minutes later he called back and a car had been located! I again said that wasn’t good enough and I had purchased another vehicle. He then started telling me he would have to see if he could “cancel the truck” I’m assuming it was the truck booked within the three minutes since we last spoke?? I’ve emailed the salesperson and finance manager twice since and still no reply about the refund of my deposit? I just want to be clear that my issue isn’t with the vehicle not being available I understand that but the dealer just needs to be honest with customers. UPDATE: After continual unanswered emails i was contacted the day after leaving the above review to obtain my bank details (sent numerous times before). Still took another 6 days to receive the refund. If you want to buy a Toyota with no slick talking and zero dramas head to Ferguson’s! I received my brand new car before Clinton’s could work out how to process a refund for a sale of a car they never had

Hi, Had a very bad experience today dealing with an arrogant sales person (no names) at Clintons Toyota at Gregory Hills 27 Jan 22. Visited dealership on Tuesday 25 Jan 22 & today 27 Jan 22. Secured a deal for a Corolla by paying a deposit on Tuesday and promised the vehicle will be available early Feb 22. Visited today for a test drive and further negotiation when the sale person advised that he couldn't move on price any further. I asked to see his manager, where he advised he was the assistant store manager. He kept saying he didn't want to argue on price when I explained to him I was merely negotiating. Agreed to move with the original purchase price they had offered when he later advises the vehicle is no longer available as it had been sold to someone else. His excuse was to point the blame to their vehicle inventory system saying since the deal was done after 5pm the system had not update the inventory list and it takes 24 hours for their system to update. I couldn't understand why are they selling cars and taking deposits to secure vehicles and not delivering (perhaps don't sell cars at all since they have no idea what stock they have at hand). The sales person later offered to find another vehicle to arrive later in Feb and offered to reduce the price for a few hundred dollars for the inconvenience. At this stage I asked why would you reduce the price now when you couldn’t do it in the first instance. He insisted I had to enter into another agreement before he would even start looking for another vehicle. This was the final turning point when I decided to end the deal and asked for my refund. I asked for the store manager to provide feedback on my experience where he advised that the stock controller was to blame as the system wasn't updated and he didn't know what conversation took place on Tuesday as he wasn't around in his defence. You can see a pattern of blaming the system and now the inventory stock controller. Please be careful when transacting with Clinton Toyota as there are no Guarantees they will ever deliver as they say even when you pay a deposit to secure the vehicle. Suggestions: Firstly, train sales person in business ethics, secondly, don’t sell cars until you stock controller has update the inventory system, thirdly, change to a new inventory system that can support your sales team and customers and lastly, don't take deposits if you cannot secure or deliver the vehicle. I recently had the misfortune of choosing Clinton Toyota for my car service, and I must say, it was an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience. Firstly, I booked an appointment for a routine service on December 1, 2023, expecting to pay around $280, which is a reasonable cost for such services. However, after just two hours, I received a shocking text message detailing a plethora of urgent and recommended repairs, with a jaw-dropping total of $2,412. This exorbitant amount left me baffled and questioning the integrity of Clinton Toyota's service. Feeling skeptical, I called Clinton Toyota to discuss the outrageous triage document. To my dismay, they confirmed that I could skip the recommended repairs and still get my service book stamped. I opted to proceed with only the urgent issues, anticipating a total cost of $400 – the service plus the necessary repairs. To my astonishment, when I arrived to pick up my car the next day, the invoice was a staggering $824 more than the agreed-upon amount. This lack of transparency was appalling, as there was no prior notification or consent regarding the detailed service that was carried out without my approval. Attempting to address this issue, I spoke to Malanie, the team leader, who promised that a colleague would contact me by the end of the following day. True to her word, I did receive a call, but the representative admitted fault on their end, acknowledging the lack of transparency and failure to provide a cost estimate. I requested a refund of $424, the excess amount they charged me. In a feeble attempt to remedy the situation, the representative offered a free service for my 90,000km maintenance. However, I insisted on a monetary refund, emphasizing that such unprofessional conduct would result in a negative review and the loss of a customer. He assured me that he would consult his boss and provide a response the next day, but unsurprisingly, I never received that call. In conclusion, my experience with Clinton Toyota's service was nothing short of a nightmare. From the shockingly high initial quote to the lack of transparency and unfulfilled promises of resolution, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before entrusting their vehicles to this establishment. My trust in Clinton Toyota has been shattered, and I regret choosing them for my car service.

Each time I have taken my car into Clintons at Lasso Road Gregory Hills there has been a problem with the service offered. I initially took the car in to them on 11/17 for 40k service, then gave them another chance on 2/18. Whilst I don’t recall the details I was dissatisfied with the attention to detail and failing to perform requested tasks. I then became aware of their small service centre in Camden with Glen an the team. I was more than happy with the exceptional service and so continued there for 7 services and additional work until they were closed by management and so returned to Gregory Hills where the original poor and incomplete performance occurred. Yesterday my car was in for a 200K service. It was delayed by a month due to lack of loan car availability. On arrival the loan car was not available and Inhad to wait 60 minutes while one was organised. I had requested at the time of booking the service that the double sided silicon gel in the rain sensor be replaced as it had previously been identified as the cause of the auto-wiper problem. I also requested the fog light globes be replaced. I provided two incorrect ( as it turned out) globes for the job. I received two phone calls during the day to upsell additional service items including diesel injection clean, to which I agreed but at no time was told that the provided globes were incorrect. On collecting the vehicle the globes had not been replaced nor had the silicon pad in the rain sensor ( it would have to be ordered). The car’s engine performance post service was significantly lessened with a very poor acceleration from at 80 km/ hour . I00% of the time there are issues. Including the vehicle being locked in the yard after it had been arranged that it be left out in Lasso Road for me to pick up after hours. The people in the service desk appear to try but the organisational performance is appalling

I didn't have a good experience. I was considering trading in a vehicle for a 2nd hand car. I changed my mind, however, and I felt berated by the salesperson when i said I did not want to go ahead with the purchase. The conversation should have ended with me saying I changed my mind. I explained that the car required mechanical work when I initially took it for a test drive as it veered sharply to the left. I was surprised they let me test drive it in that state to begin with. Furthermore, while explaining that my wife and toddler were in the car waiting on a hot morning, the salesperson said they'd hate to drive to my house to see a new car there. I can only assume this was a threat. Moreover, I said I decided I did not want to trade in my car and instead keep it. I further explained that I felt I was low-balled and that my vehicle was significantly undervalued and that the cars they were selling weren't exactly walking out the door. The salesperson told me they were doing me a solid by giving me back my $1000 deposit. If I do decide to sell my car, it is absolutely no business of anyone's other than me, or my family to know. This would have to be one of the most bizarre customer service experiences I've ever had. I think I'd go elsewhere in the future.

Bought a second hand Prado from this dealership. Dealt with Mark. Vehicle was advertised as full service history, Toyota certified etc. Upon getting home with the vehicle it was realised that the 80,000km service which was due wasn't done at all and a "quick oil and filter change" was all that had been performed. Essentially the service history was incomplete and hence voiding the warranty they were supplying being Toyota certified. On top of this it was the worst customer service we have received at a Toyota dealership. After advising them that we lived 4 hours away not only were we told that the car must be serviced at their dealership to maintain its warranty but they requested the car be returned to their dealership to rectify the servicing issue. We also viewed the car on a Wednesday, paid for it Thursday and were returning for it on the Monday with a firmly booked in time of 1pm. Arrived at 1.30 to be told they just had to finish the paperwork and run through some things taking over an hour when they were told we were not local and trying to get home. Would not recommend this dealership. Won't return calls or emails once they have your money. Would not use again

Unfortunately i bought my first car from Clinton’s, as you do you go to the yard and fall in love with that one car you want the keys too and begin the paper trail. The team was great when I first purchased the vehicle, but within the first week when I started noticing issues I was disregarded on multiple occasions even though I was an already existing customer. My car had minor/major Issues that should have been found on a full vehicle inspection (which Toyota claims they do to all they’re vehicles). I was back and forth to a point where I’d been through 4 loan cars in the first 6 months and even refused on one occasion to bring it in just because I knew I was gonna be without my car for weeks on end or have it returned to me just for me to discover an issue and bring it back. No sense of urgency, when getting your vehicle serviced or repaired due to faults they’ve missed they expect you to have booked 4 weeks in advance to be able to borrow a loan car (cause you can really predict a mechanical issue 4 weeks in advance). WONT EVER PURCHASE FROM CLINTONS/PETER WARREN AGAIN. NEXT CAR WILL BE A KIA!

Car was booked in for a airbag recall - was told I can be provided with a courtesy car by multiple advisors, Was further advised I would be called back by the service manager within the end of the day to discuss. 5PM comes, no call back - I contact the service department and they transfer me over to a line that's disconnected.... Next morning a tow truck arrives to collect my vehicle, upon collection I contact the service team as I need a loan vehicle whilst my vehicle is fixed. Advised I would get a return call from the service manager within 10 mins. 6 Hours later received a call to advise me my car won't be ready until Monday afternoon. Asked again for a hire vehicle as I require one - I was then told there was no availability for a hire vehicle even at the time of my booking .... Fair enough my car is a old heap but its still a car which gets me around from A to B and was needed. Thank you Toyota for the inconvenience will be forwarding this onto many different avenues :) Stay clear

From the friendly faces at the front door that greet you on arrival, to the sales and finance teams... an all round 10 out of 10. In the used car market, rarely you will come across an experience that exceeds expectations. But this is exactly what I found at Clinton’s Toyota, Pre-Owned Gregory Hills. The sales executive, Mark Ascenza, was exceptional. He was patient and willing to explain the reasons for buying a car pre-owned car from Clinton’s. Not only did Mark offer me a 3 month warranty, but extended the confidence they have in their product with a free 3 year warranty plus a low price guarantee on service. The car was in near perfect condition, clean and well presented. Adding to this experience, the sales manager, Ciro, was professional, he finalised a great deal for me and went an extra mile or two with personal service and attention. My only regret was I didn’t visit this place earlier in my search for the right car. Thank you all at Clinton’s, Gregory Hills!

On Saturday I took my mum into Clinton's Toyota Gregory Hills looking for a used car, being in her early seventies she was understandably nervous until we met Mark Ascenza, the Assistant sales Manager in Used Vehicle sales, Mark was Amazing he treated my mum like his own, I know what your thinking he's a sales man that's his job! But not for a second did I feel that, at no point did we feel pressured into anything, My mum was so relaxed with Mark & because of that she found a car that she really love's, Mark Ascenza went above & Beyond too make my mum feel relaxed & I know in my heart that it's his genuine personality & honest nature that made my mum & i trust him & he didn't let us down.thank you so very much Mark you made the experience of buying a car an absolute pleasure. In 2019 December, Paid a deposit for a 2020 Camry, it arrived three months later. Before it arrived- about one month before, I asked about cancelling this and buying a new Prado instead. I had realised the Camry was not big enough to suit my needs. I was informed it was “too late” and it was “not possible”. Not wanting to lose my deposit and pay any fees, I reluctantly went through with the Camry. The Camry arrived, the salesman that sold me the car wasn’t present and the Camry didn’t have the weathershields I requested, this was quickly rectified however by another employee. It wasn’t what I wanted, unfortunately I still have it but the service team have consistently provided a great experience, the lady who assisted me with the extras was of great help hence why I’ve given my experience a 3. In hindsight, perhaps if I had gone to a different salesman in the same building, the outcome would be very different.

I went to a couple of dealers before this . But Clintons really impressed. They did not want to over charge and were happy to negotiate even with limited stock. I actually spoke to Amy from Lexus and she sold me a RX350 for a great deal. She was very professional and went out of her way to get the sale. No pressure tactics no BS just a good , reliable sales person. She even offered to stay after hours to help with the paper work. You just cant get customer service this good anywhere else. If you are in the market for a new Lexus I would strongly recommend going down there to Speak to Amy and the team . Haven't been this impressed for a very long time. She also makes a good coffee as well. Thanks again for the help and ill see you at the end of the year to buy my second Lexus.

Quite possibly the best customer service I've experienced from a dealership. I was amazed by Suman Dhaliwal's professionalism and today he finally handed me the keys to my 2022 RAV4 which I ordered way back in July 2021. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and communicated with me during the lockdowns which was a very difficult time for everyone. Hands down the best experience. I will most definitely return in the future for another vehicle purchase. I would also love to give a shoutout to Chris the Business Manager who helped me through the Finance process - given my unforeseen circumstances. 10/10. Highly recommend Clinton's Toyota Gregory Hills I implore everyone who reads this to rock up and speak to guys there, you'll be taken care of. - Will

The sales manager needs to learn to speak to customers. He told me to do my shopping before coming to buy the car. Why you have sales person there if i have to do my shopping. Thanks to sales lady, she was nice and good and we were at final stage to buy the car but just the way the manager came has made us to change our mind and cancel. Also should have checked the reviews before going to this place. "Manager, read and understand this" Good customer service means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It's essential to be able to handle issues for customersand to do your best to ensure they are satisfied. Providing good serviceis one of the most important things that can differentiate your business from its competitors

The worst deal of my life with this dealer. I signed a contract with this dealer for a new car, a Toyota Prado, and paid a thousand dollars and signed the contract. According to the contract, the dealer had to give me the car within the first week of April.after a week The dealer sales staff his name is Joe said to me sorry some other dealer already sold that car sorry to say that we didn't know because of the problem with our computer system. The system may crash for a while but how can the system go wrong for a week? How can a mattress that I have signed an agreement sell to others? I sold the car I was driving after getting a new car. I am deeply concerned and am seeking legal help for this dealer's irresponsible behavior.

Very bad and unprofessional experience so far. I had an accident and Camden Crash did a great job to fix my car. Then they sent Clinton’s for calibration. During the calibration process the service mechanics has done something wrong and as a result the back sensor is not working now. The service manager is not giving any correct information. I have been calling him 4/5 times a day to get a reply but still no answer. Camden Crash has been trying to get hold of the manager and still no answer. There is no proper communication from the service team and it seems no one knows anything about the vehicle…I am planning to complain against them… This has been 2 months already. I would not recommend anyone to use their service team…

My car got recalled due to a fuel leak in the engine compartment that may result in an engine bay fire. I booked it in for them to check and in two days had received 5 phone calls and 2 texts “confirming my appointment”. (Sorry, but if I said yes the first time I would tell you if something had changed!) I took it in to get it looked at. 20 minutes later I get a phone call that my cars been looked at and “it’s all fine, come pick it up”. I go to pick it up to then get told “oh no you have to bring it back, it’s not good. But because of covid I don’t know when we can fix it.” So I’ve had this safety related recall.. yet you don’t know when I can get it fixed. I’ve had nothing but problems from Clinton’s Toyota Campbelltown.

Toyota knew their was an issue with the camber on the Hiace causing premature tyre wear on edge of front passenger. I took it back and asked them to do the bolt upgrade that is available as my friend with the same van did at his Toyota department. Gregory hills Toyota said they won’t cover it because it’s over 20 thousand kms. Well that’s how long it took for me to confirm the premature wear. My concern is; If their is a problem why didn’t they do a recall.Instead of wait for people to notice and then tell them it’s too late. I told them I want them to speak to manufacturer about covering it. Gregory hills Left multiple messages following up on claim. No reply. Recently got a call from manager giving me no outcome.

I buy new toyota last week and noticed this week the back seat was loose. Went Campbelltown toyota to fix it. They told me that it tooks 10 to 15 min to fix it. But after 1 and half hour they told me I have to book another day and it took one day to fix it. The lady named Lisa was very unprofessional towards us, talking very rudely. She told us that someone changed the battery on the car that's why the seat is like this. We just saying that we bought this car not even 1 week and who will changed battery but she replied us like do not talk to me like this. Later another guy, looks like mechanic came and explain very clearly. This is my first time with Clinton's toyota Campbelltown and a very very bad experience.

Salesmen and managers are very manipulative and employ sleazy tactics. I ordered a car with a $1000 deposit without being given a price. As soon as the car arrived I was given a price and a time to test drive it. After the test drive I told them I wasn’t happy with the car in relation to the much higher expected price. Both the salesman and manager tried to manipulate me into believing that I had breached the contract and that I had to pay a cancellation fee or purchase the car even though the deposit was refundable subject to a test drive. After an uncomfortable argument with the manager I was able get my deposit back. I will be going elsewhere in the future and would recommend others to do the same.

I bought my camry hybrid 2018 from gregory hill. I got capped price servicing which is good enough for used car . had a raining weekend and i realized there is water in my P/S headlight . i was worried and rang clinton toyota helpline and told them about my headlight . they just booked me in for inspection at Campbelltown after inspection they informed me nothing to worried about headlight have manufacturing issue so it'll be covered by warranty . they booked me in again and replace my headlight free of cost . they make warranty claim so easy for me i had to do nothing apart from signature , really appriciate your help highly recommended !!! you guys are doing good job cheers !

Maddie had a technician come and check the battery life and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Maddie booked the car in for me on the spot and placed me in a loan car while the replacement battery was sourced and installed. Absolutely furious with this dealership. I ordered a Toyota Corolla Cross. A while back I was contacted and asked to come in and pay in full for the vehicle as it would be ready next week. I did that for them. The delivery date has now been changed 4 times! The car was supposed to be handed over to me tomorrow. Now they tell me there is software problems with the vehicle needs to be updated and it will be another 2 weeks before they can hand over the car. Who knows if it will change again. I have lost all confidence in this dealership. My advice is don't do business with this dealership.

I bought a Nissan Xtrail recently and was served by Mark in Gregory hills pre-owned department. The customer service is very good. The car's delivery was delayed, but there were supply chain related issues and Mark didn't want to compromise the quality of the service. Car has had some minor issues (just a small chip in the windscreen and mild noise coming from the back door) but that has been largely fixed by the service department, who have also delivered good customer service. Overall, a good experience with Clintons Toyota Gregory hills so far!

The worst place to service your car in Sydney. After spending $1000 on a major service and waiting a whole day for it to be ready, there was a small warranty item needing repair. Another service needed. It was a small job, and I requested it be done quickly, given I spent a whole day there two week earlier. After dropping the car off at 9am it still wasn't done at 2pm. The service reception said it was scheduled for 4pm. The Service Manager - that is our system. Don't waste your time here, incredibly poor customer experience.

The staff here were great. They were approachable, accommodating and helpful. I brought my Yaris here yesterday (when it was intermittently raining). A lady and a guy both came out to check my car's issue (car was parked in the open parking lot). The issue was fixed temporarily but they did not leave me (even if the rain started to pour again) until they were sure that I am happy with the fix and they recommended me to an auto electrician to go to when the same issue reoccurs as they don't provide the auto electrical service.

so far a terrible experience. Ive tried calling Toyota Campbelltown on behalf of the business i work for to get two vehiclles from our fleet booked in for a safety recall & cant get through to a customer service agent. for three days ive been trying to call & left voice messages but still no response. If it wasnt for the boss telling me to book the utes in at this address, i would have given up already. If this is the beginning of the service, I hate to see the rest............maybe tomorrow someone might answer!

Rubbish after sale service,i bought a new sr5 and had a major issue with the interior shaking and seat rattling after 100kmh on the freeway since i bought it, also picked the ute up with 26 psi in tyres. ive asked them to fix it on many occasions and i just keep on getting the run around.i wish i had never come to this place to buy a car worst experience. When i picked up my ute they also had a head on collision right next to my car,after i told them your mechanics are driving cars to fast in your car park.

Everything is good except for the access. Although the shop is the most visible element when you get to Oran Park / Gregory Hills junction, you would struggle to get inside the shop. The access is in Lasso road which is difficult to get to without using your map. It gets even worse for a walker as you would expect at least a tiny walkway entry from Gregory Hill drive or Camden Valley way for by-passer customers rather than making them walk all the way through to reach to behind of the shop via Lasso road.

my car's been with them for 2 weeks now as a 'steering error' indicator's on. they initially offered us a loan car if we needed it but now theyre saying they need to know first whats wrong with the car before they can arrange for a car loan. until now they havent checked my car yet and they keep suggesting that we could bring the car home and use it while waiting for it to be checked eventhough i keep telling them im not comfortable and dont feel safe because my workplace is really far. what a joke.

This was his first time buying a brand new vehicle and he never felt any pressure from Suman to make a decision. Really disappointed. Booked service on-line and asked if shuttle bus went to my work. No reply until day before service where service was confirmed by SMS. So I rang service office to check and was told "yes, no problem" Rocked up early and took time off work to drop off car only to be told "shuttle bus doesnt go past your work". If a reply is below from them saying "contact service desk", I did send an email with no reply. Toyota make good vehicles. This dealership service department is slack

I went to look at Corolla hatch and before I knew it, the salesperson was getting me finance and 3.5 hrs later I was signing contracts. No one gave me time to think or decide if it was the right car for me! The service was friendly as I was going to be a customer but changed as soon as I decided to cancel my order. No one responded to me when i called numerous time send texts, emails. I will never buy a car from this place! I work in customer service and this is absolutely appalling service!

I have now been to Clinton's Toyota a number of times to do routine services for my car and can I just say, the young gentlemen at the front desk (that have been there every time I take my car in) are absolute gems. Had another service last week and one of them served me (sorry for forgetting your name!) Not only did he check to see if i had a lift home, he took my car in and also had them wash it for me! If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. Keep it up!

Nice place, servicing on the car was good, but unfortunately the customer service was abit slow. Booked through the app when i get there booking went missing even tho i had a confirmation sent to me lucky enough they still serviced my car. But unfortunately the estimated pick up time got pushed back more and more on the day to than only be told the wheel alignment was out of service when i picked up my car.

I went to their Lexus department on a Sunday and the trading hours on the gate said they were open. They did not open. I rang customer service and they told me they were open too. When I checked their website it said they were closed. Customers were waiting at the gate not knowing what was going on. I left and went to another dealer. They should update all of their info regarding trading hours

Quoted $1090 to replace rocker cover gaskets on a 2018 Kluger by Clinton's Toyota Campbelltown. Tried on 3 occasions to contact the service mangager who couldn't even return a phone call . Poor service from himself . In the end Toyota are overpricing the work and the average person wouldn't know . Car still in shop after 8 days with Toyota not returning calls now .

Dropped car off for a service and A/C repair, i got the call to say car is ready. I went in and paid then tried to leave my car would not start was told somebody left the ignition on and battery is dead. So they jump started it and did a battery test was told it needs a recharge and to drive around for 30 minutes after sitting there for 40 minutes. Ridiculous
