Used the Wash and Fold service. The clothes came out clean and folded, which I appreciated. However, 2 major gripes: the attendant hours posted on the website, on the door, and by the clothes drop chute. They’re wrong. If you’re going to adjust the attendant hours due to COVID, fine. But it’s kind of important for those picking up their clothes to know. (The hours on weekends are now 12-1:30, and weekends are 11-2, from what I could glean). The posted hours for weekdays show 9-5, it looks like the weekend hours were corrected on the hours signs in the store. The other gripe is that we dropped it off Saturday AM for next day service. Was it ready for Sunday at 1PM for us to pick up when we came back? It was not. We were told we could come back in 1.5 hours, but that didn’t work with our schedules. So I came back Monday at 10:40 and was surprised when the attendant wasn’t yet there. Luckily my clothes were ready to be picked up when the attendant arrived at 11. Also note for Wash and Fold: cash only. This is also different from the website.

Washer broke, new one is on back order so coming here while I wait. Decently clean. Not a fan of how clothes smell out of the dryer but to be honest when I lived in Toronto in my 20s and was a regular laundry mat user the smell was the same. Nothing beats your own at home. Like this place, but not a fan of the loitering of homeless and drug users (there's a shelter down the street). I was there one day when two people came in to use drugs in the bathroom. It was really obvious. I've had to bring my toddler with me and it gives me the creeps and made me uncomfortable. I get that it's 24 hours and has a snack machine and access all day so I understand the appeal. Don't want to judge, but there's no one around sometimes to monitor. The facilities themselves are good. Music is always great.

tl;dr First and last time customer. Dirty and old machines. Expensive. Go somewhere else. Review: The establishment looks run down from the outside and was dirty inside (see photos). The machines are old and while I have no data to back this claim the dryers that I used on ‘high temp’ did not seem to get very hot. I spoke to the attendant as I was having trouble getting the dryers to accept coins from the change machine. Her was comment was that they are a bit fussy at times. She also commented that it was hard to keep the place clean as it is open 24 hours. That is a cop out. I have been to several 24 hour laundromats and they are spotless. I found the dryers expensive. 3 minutes for 25 cents. Other laundromats with newer machines offer 5 minutes for 25 cents for the same size dryers.

NO A/C also.I have been going there for the last 6 months and today a lady (i think the owner) didn't let me use the bathroom before I wash my clothes this is ridiculous I spent hundreds of dollars there already. Her excuse was I was not a costumer well lady you made sure I'm not a costumer any more. I'm now going to Brant cleaners in Burlington. It's cheaper but the machines are a little older. But the owner is super nice. I rarely write bad reviews but this requires one. Pls avoide that place and go down the street or in Burlington. Have a good day and God bless.

If I can give no star I would. This was the worst experience I had in terms of customer service. I had dropped of my clothes for washing and drying. I got a call from a lady who was so rude and disrespectful, not at all helpful. She called me and wanted to come at sharp given time in mid day at work. I requested few minutes to confirm if I can come the same day or next day as I had to check if I can leave from work. She was not even ready to give me few minutes to confirm. Wouldn’t recommend the drop off service at all.

This place is EXTREMELY convenient with the 24hr option, one of the only ones I've found in fact, and a coin machine and atm on site. The owners do their best to keep everything clean and sanitized, every time I've gone between 10pm-5am the facilities are cleanly. Once in 3 years a washing machine ate my money but the next time I went they had the whole machine replaced and I probably could have contacted them for a refund if I had really wanted it. They also offer dry cleaning from 9am-2pm and drop off services 24hrs.

Super overpriced. I just moved to Oakville, temporarily from Brampton, and the price for the time and size of the washers is a complete rip-off. In Brampton, you can wash in a medium washer for $4.75 for 28 minutes. Here, it's $6.25 for only 18 minutes. And the place looks trashy/dirty inside. I've yet to dry but we shall see the quality of the dryers and update my review. Wow....just wow. 25 cents for 2 minutes to dry. This place is a complete rip-off. Avoid!!! No music, no TV, just overpriced and dirty.

I had a large comforter to wash that wouldn’t fit into my washer/dryer at home. I made my first trip to this laundromat on Wednesday December 16th. It was very clean and well-maintained. The lighting appears to be motion-detected which saves on energy ,which is always a good thing. One person came in to hang-out, and keep warm. They were quiet, kept their mask on and kept to themselves, so there were no problems. The prices are reasonable. I would use this facility again.

I went today to get some blankets and clothes washed. Something happened with the washer when it suddenly stopped. I asked for help to the lady in charged and she was very rude, talking to me and telling me that it was my fault, that I had done it on purpose to break the machine. This was very unprofessional from a Customer Service perspective. Please, talk to your employee in today's morning shift. We as customers do not accept this kind of behaviour. Thank you!

Many machines including very large ones, and all appeared to be in good working order. Change machine and ATM inside as well as a snack vending machine. Open 24h so very convenient. I was there around 1am and I'm not sure of there was an attendant on site, or just some random guy sleeping on one of the chairs as he wasn't doing any laundry. I recommend some uniform of sorts if he was an attendant to make he seem less creepy and more official.

This place should be your only choice for washing your laundry. Always clean, staff and owners are friendly, security cameras, no spots for people to hide and surprise you and no problems with the washers or dryers. Some lady claimed, in her review, that there are bugs. I haven't seen any bugs and the majority of the time I do my washing late at night or early in the morning. And I have been using this place for over 2 years!

Arrived at 10 PM on a Saturday. The laundromat had 3 other customers so wash and dry machines were available. The facilities were CLEAN! Varying sizes of machines were available. The wash machines take powder and liquid detergent so you can bring your own. There is a vending machine for detergent and fabric sheets as well. The change machine takes bills up to $20. The wifi was good as well. What else can I say?

I'm  not sure how this place has anything higher  than a 2 rating. This place is absolute garbage. It's great that it's  open 24 hours however, it's filthy, the change machine eats your money, many of the machines  are out of service,  it's over-priced,  and oh, did I mention D I R T Y? This place is poorly managed. I'm surprised it is still open for business.

I drove from Hamilton to feel safe doing my laundry at 3am ...I loved the super sized washer and dryers for my pillows and comforters...I only wish they would of had a cheap broom in the corner so customers can clean up after themselves I didn't like leaving behind sand from the beach on the floor for the next customer to see ... LOVES 24 HOURS

Been coming here for 3 years and I've recommed this place to a friend and she now also uses the machines regularly. Washers are large and reasonably priced, starting at $7 for the largest size following with varying sizes and pricing . Dryers are large and dry your clothes thoroughly. 25 cents with give you 3 minutes

Clean Cycle Coin Laundry is a really great laundry facility. The washing and drying machines are well maintained and always kept super clean so it is a pleasure doing laundry there. Also the staff are friendly and very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this laundry facility.

Amazing place to get laundry done fast. I read reviews were people have left negative comments and reviews. Place is clean daily.. machines do wash and dry faster then normal machines. Attendees are helpful and friendly. Do not be fooled by the negative remarks. As this is a amazing place.

Only reason I give 4 ⭐ is because the coin slots on some of the machines either don't let the coin fall so you have to fight to get it back, & /or few times it just ate the $ and didn't add to the time. Once you figure out which ones it's a great 24 laundromat.

I am new to this area, I went to this place and it was a awful experience. This place is disgusting, dirty, machines are oxide and many out of order, garbage around. I finally found a very decent and clean place down the same road. I Do not recommend it.

When their machine takes your money, you're instructed by a sign to fill out a slip and they'll get back to you. But they don't get back to you, they just keep your money. I recommend going to a different laundromat, as I will be doing from now, on.

24 hours works for me. Best laundry place in Oakville so far. I like that they have strict regulations about pets. I had suffered a severe bad allergy from other laundry place because of that reason. Been coming for awhile and I have no issue.

Definitely a dirty feeling and odd smell when you walk in. Hardly felt that the laundry was clean after washing due to the dirty feeling of the laundry mat itself. There is rust on the inside of the door of the double loaders.

Prices a bit steep, in my opinion, but super handy to have industrial sized machines available. Well kept, tidy, lots of options for snacks while you wait, and detergent etc. ATM on sight as well as a change machine.

It's great in theory, for $8 you can fit probably 2 1/2 regular loads in the washers.. the dryers took about $10 - $13 to dry each load... especially if you have blankets.. mine were still wet when I got home

The place as new owners , who have refreshened the laundromat and have provided their staff with the proper materials to keep the place clean & bright❤️ The attendants are very helpful and polite …

Very clean and machines are heavy duty which gives good results. My money got stuck in one of the machines and the owner came promptly on site to refund. A little pricey but overly good service.

The floor was dirty, the tables were dirty, the garage was full, the dryers don't work, there was left over laundry inside the machines and on the floor. The place was discussing!!!

Very convenient super nice machines, change machine provided , open 24/7 had to use while my water was shut down, machines were high quality dryers very heavy duty and fast drying

Rubbish. Didn’t even bother to answer a question I sent to them. Floor was not very clean. Never using this place again!

I went to have a dog's bed cleaned and they were really helpful, good service and attitude.
