I wanted to take a minute to let you know what a wonderful employee you have in Jessica. I had a need for a document from a case you handled about 6 years ago that was not in my file. Jessica was extremely friendly and 100% client service oriented during our multiple discussions. She ended up having to request it from the Court and then follow up with them. She proactively kept me in the loop the entire time as she was aware that I had some urgency. It is not often that you come across someone these days who has a true knack for client service. Jessica absolutely does. She made me feel as though I was the only client she was working for, which, as you know, is very important in your business. The administrative staff in an organization are the heart of it, and you have a winner in her. Please give her a raise and tons of recognition because she is special.

Darrin, Rachel and their colleagues took great care of me during a difficult time in my life.
