I have been a customer for many years with this company. Sadly I will not be buying from them again. Their delivery service is horrible. My items one of which is still sitting in the initial processing state. Your customer service team cannot figure out was going on. My other item the driver says he could not find the address. Which is stupid as it is on one of the busiest main roads in Sydney where there are many places near by. No notification sent to me either. I had to chase this up. I spent a lot of money hoping to get my items for xmas. I have. corresponded via email and via fb messanger and I get the standard reply. We are looking into it and will contact you when we have information. I rang your customer service area yesterday and got told their computer system was down. They would follow up and get back to me. Know one has. I will be making a formal complaint. I will never be shopping online or inshore again. Very disapointed. I can't get a refund either due to delay in delivery. Very very disappointed.

Absolutley appalling customer service, i purchased an item online with afterpay. Didn’t look anything like the photo online, i go to exchange it for something i saw online. I showed email transaction, afterpay transaction. Red head in there wouldn’t accept my return at all, tags still on, i tried it on looked like a rag you use to wash your car with. Tried to get something nice as all my purchases are from city chic, thousands of dollars worth. City chic can kiss my money and me as a customer goodbye. Penrith staff look like they need to be on medication to smile and be nice. They are an example of retail shop that does not care about their customers just their money they hand over the counter.

The staff are pushy and have terrible attitudes. I wouldn’t ordinarily leave a review but it needs to be put forward that these staff members either needed re-training or need to be replaced, they’re making the company look bad and personally I have no desire to shop at this company as a whole anymore. Myself if many others. Also the store lacks quality and variety, it’s difficult to find anything in there. I found Amy particularly unpleasant to deal with. She’s rude and an absolute liar to protect herself even if there’s facts to prove her wrong. Such an unpleasant person to deal with, based on her alone I won’t give the company a cent of my money again. I don’t recommend this store at all.

Last week when I was shopping the team was doing a fab job at checking everyone in, checking vax statuses and keeping the appropriate number limits in the store. It's not an easy thing and its a lot more work for the team but I really appreciated their efforts I was a lot more comfortable shopping and bought more than intended. The team at penrith are doing a great job in a difficult time

Although it is pricey the quality and options they have are a 10/10 would recommend every to try it!!! Ruth helped me out today and she was absolutely lovely she helped me in the right direction and was honest with me. She was very welcoming and I would go back just for her customer service. Clothes are very well made with good quality fabric and detailed designs. Always comfortable and flattering for larger women. Only downside is the price being a bit more expensive but the clothing is worth every penny. The staff are also super nice and friendly.

Such a lovely experience, didn’t catch the ladies name unfortunately but she was so helpful and informative! She listened to what I was after and showed me all the options as well as cute alternatives that suited my style! Thanks so much for your help!

Rude staff not willing to help and were making fun of me cause I wanted a really big size for my gf and the manager didn't even help or say anything to the staff after I had told her what happened, I wouldn't do business here, stay away!!!

The young girls today were fantastic. Iv lost alot of weight and still myself how massively big. They actually helped my confidence and made me try on smaller sizes and were honest with thier feedback. They were really sweet and friendly

My daughter and I always have a great time browsing and buying, but would be good if they had more sizes in things (XS is always hardest to find when we go shopping), but otherwise, friendly and chatty, which we love! :-) :-) :-) :-)

Every time I come into this place I'm always welcomed by their friendly helpful staff, They have always made me feel comfortable, and have given me great advice. Also a great variety of clothes, that actually fit bigger women

Awful service sadly but the clothes are good value. Gave me a hard time for returning an item which looked different in person to online. Shame they removed my original review which is poor form.

Wouldn't let my partner in with a vaccine print out from his doctor, nowhere else has had an issue with it and not everyone has access to the online version, seems extremely stuck up.

Love the clothes but it seems like every week something new is out and such a small store can't carry the entire range. I'd rather at least see things and get able to try on
