Super rude staff! Three times I have mentioned that they did not offer a car wash (there are posters all over saying that if they don’t ask you for a car wash that you get one free) and all three times they lie to your face and say that they did ask you, trying to gaslight you while laughing. First time I thought it was a one off and contacted the manager who apologized and said that was terrible and gave me the wash but it definitely wasn’t a one-off. One of them times a gentleman behind me stood up and said I heard every word you didn’t ask so give her the car wash and only then did he hand over a wash ticket. Went to do the wash and it was a used ticket he had handed me. Digesting horrible service. Absolutely appalled

I went to get in a packet of cigarettes, ask the clerk and showed my ID(my temporary drivers license)- I was refused because apparently it did not have my photo on it. Even though it is issued by the Ontario government and has the words “photo not required with this ID” printed on it. The clerks were really unhelpful and I got the feeling that they were refusing my request just for the heck of it. I expected better from a circle K, at least train the clerks in basic laws and regulations. Verification of ID is one thing, denying people stuff by using that as an excuse is something completely different. I won’t buy anything from this location again.

This Circle K Esso location is on Burhamthorpe Road just south of Hwy 403 at Mavis Road southeast corner. There are 10 fuel fill up stations with 4 fuel grade choices plus 2 diesels fill up stations at the pump nearest to Mavis Road. Pumps are quickly activated. It’s a very busy location with lots of customers venturing in and out throughout the day so keep alert. There a Tim Hortons outlet onsite with a drive-thru service. I came here to pay for my fuel inside. The counter employee was courteous and efficient. A car wash, snacks, drinks, an ATM machine, a lotto station, and a restroom are found at this location.

At nine pm, I went to buy a lottery ticket. I was rejected because the shop clerk wanted me show my ID. Then he didn't believe that my driver's license was mine. my photo is on the license, but he does not look it at all. His attitude is very rude. I donot konw why. It was the worst experience I've ever had

I was trying to buy gift cards because Canada computer wasn’t accepting cash so the guy up front told me I need id to buy them which is not true because the gas station across the street sold it to me. Without an Id

Person at cash seemed go have misunderstood the coupons when i was using the free ones and not bogo ones from circle k wins. Once we had that sorted it was fine and I was able to redeem 3 items.

Southeast corner of Mavis and Burnhamthorpe Road West, spacious and plenty of gas bays with a well supply Circle K convenience. Has a drive through for Tim's and a car wash.

They sell Expired Milk..Today is 22nd November 2019..and they are selling 15th November 2019 Milk..So just check before you buy anything from here.

Great location and store, complete with a Timmies and Esso gas station in it. Circle K/gas bar staff are always very friendly and approachable

Pay at counter. Fuel up and go to the counter to pay for a random car. In rush hour, with a big line, and people which cut the line.
