The theatre itself is great but the manager definitely needs to be FIRED. Rudest person i’ve ever met at the movies. He does not know how to talk to customers whatsoever. While paying, i asked for hot popcorn and i said I am okay to wait for the next batch. He gave me popcorn from previous batch n when questioned, he assured me they were hot and i could check. I touched 2 popcorns in front of him and said no they’re not hot, he then said oh well, now you’ve touched them so we can’t return…… Fresh batch of popcorn was popping as we speak so i said listen, you can throw the top layer of popcorn and just give me lesser popcorn next time, i really don’t mind… i just need hot popcorn. He kept insisting they were hot, i said bro, you touch them yourself… he said m not gonna do that but if you wanna come to the back room with me i can show you the cameras of when the last batch of popcorn popped………. LIKE WTH? Am i here to watch a movie n enjoy my snacks or solve a popcorn investigation??? There was another girl working there and she was watching all this and she was as confused and surprised by the managers behaviour… i asked her if she could just give me my popcorn so i can leave, but she said she’s sorry coz he’s sadly her manager so she cant do much…. The manager kept saying i could eat the popcorn served or leave the place He said i am only making it worse for myself by asking for a new batch?? Another worker joined him and they told me to leave the building… COZ I ASKED FOR FRESH POPCORN! THAT I PAID FOR!!!!!!! I told them they don’t own the building, they just work there and i’ve paid for the services so i’ll be enjoying my movie. They said ‘you can’t disrespect us just coz we work here, i am the manager and i can tell u to leave’ At this point, i just ignored them and went to my hall. But literally, THE WORST experience i’ve ever had at a movie hall. If the owner ever reads this review, you need to check the tapes, listen to the conversation and how he spoke to me and FIRE that dude. Most of the bad reviews are about the customer service or lack of organization at concession stands and you know the reason…. Easy fix… hire better management. Someone who doesnt pick up fights when simply requested to do their job.

I recently visited this movie theatre with high hopes of enjoying a movie along with some snacks and a cup of coffee. However, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the lack of basic items available. Firstly, I patiently stood in line for 15-20 minutes, eagerly anticipating a warm cup of coffee at Starbucks to complement my movie-watching experience. To my disbelief, I was informed that they had run out of milk and were unable to prepare any coffee. In a Starbucks outlet within a movie theatre, the least one should expect is a consistent supply of coffee essentials. As if that wasn't enough, I decided to get some nachos, only to find out that they were also out of stock. It's hard to comprehend how a movie theatre, which should be well-prepared for customer needs, could be lacking such basic snack options. Nachos are a quintessential movie treat, and their absence left me feeling utterly let down. The lack of both coffee and nachos significantly diminished the overall enjoyment of my movie experience. It's not unreasonable to expect a movie theatre to adequately stock these common items, especially considering the prices they charge for concessions. I hope that the management takes this review seriously and addresses these shortcomings promptly. The movie theatre experience should encompass more than just the film itself; it's about the overall atmosphere and the convenience of enjoying refreshments during the show. Unfortunately, my recent visit fell far short of meeting these expectations.

Birthday party for 9 year old. Do not recommend at all: we had the room from 520 pm but didn't get served food until 548pm; they requested a list of food preferences and I emailed a detailed list for each child; they brought the food and then started asking who wants what when each child is supposed to get only one item; one kid took two things so we had to order extras and that took another ten minutes; movie starts at 620 pm and it is now almost 6 pm so I ask for the cake; party room host forgets the knife and informs me they don't have any more plates so she brings pizza pizza slice boxes for me to serve them on; the food each child receives is a joke because the 2 pizza slices are the size of a toddler's hand; the chicken fingers don't come with anything else (just the chicken). My son was also not given the free ticket after the party so I have emailed them for it. Manager was a joke too and after I complained they took off the 3 chicken orders and one hot dog. That was their way of saying sorry for the problems. Killed a good sized spider in the room too and had to remind the staff to clean a table. Also, they charged $3 per kid for the party host that was literally not there the entire time. Never again!

I do really like this location. It’s next to a lot of fun places so you can watch a movie and continue on and do other things in the area. They have a lot of choices of the type of movie you want to see such as regular, 3D, 4D, IMAX etc . The only thing I didn’t like is I once went to a movie and I could hear people Talking in the vip lounge area throughout the whole movie . Hopefully that’s been changed, my fav is their pulled pork sandwich but I did mess 20 minutes of my movie waiting for it when it wasn’t very busy so I’m not sure I’ll be ordering that again unless I order it way way before the movie . The little gaming area is a nice added touch. The bathrooms are clean except A few times they ran out of toilet paper in some of the stalls. The washroom layout is also a little odd and I walked into the men’s thinking it was the woman’s because I saw my husband go into the men’s washroom on the other side of the snack bar so I naturally thought that where I was walking into must be the woman’s. So beware haha. The staff is usually good. I like the staff at the front more than the ones serving the food.

This cinema is not a good one based on our experience last night. 1. The facility is not well maintained. The washrooms are not clean. Hard to imagine, even in the women's washroom, urine splash is everywhere (my wife's experience). 2. Some audience are not well educated. I got chewing gum on my pants because someone put the chewing gum on the seat. I noticed another seat with a chewing gum when I left the theater. My wife got one on her shoe. What kind of people does that?! I have to draw the conclusion that patrons here don't have good manner. I've never have such experience in other Cineplex theaters across GTA. 3. The main entrance is poorly designed. It's hidden in a small square far away from the parking lots. No clear sign to guide first timers how to get to the main entrance. To enter the place, you have to walk through a pedestrian only walkway between Dave & Buster and a restaurant. We'll never go back this cinema even if it's the nearest place with Imax.

Came here to watch the Eras Tour Movie in vip section. Was charged $46.60 for the Eras Tour cup and popcorn bucket! Didn’t know until the server handed the machine and that the items didn’t come with soda or popcorn. It was sold as EMPTY cup and bucket. I’ve since seen other people posting their cineplex experience online and people throughout Canada have been getting their eras tour cup for $9.99 WITH a fountain drink and $14.99 for the the popcorn bucket WITH popcorn. I’m not the only one that was charged for empty items because the people in my whole row was charged for empty cup and bucket. The accompany soda and popcorn was extra. So either there was a miscommunication from the server and management or this was an intentional scam as the pricing at other Cineplex locations had drink and popcorn included. Aside from this issue, the theatre seats in vip are comfortable and lovely.

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of VIP service at this Theatre. The staff were genuinely friendly with a high degree of service. Food was very good and the Chicken tocos and Quesadillas were surprisingly restaurant quality from a movie theatre. Moreover the cocktails were great also - all served and ordered from your seat in the theatre. Seats were comfortable, spacious, reclinable and also heated. I found the food and drinks a bit on the expensive side, but at the same time you are getting a VIP experience at the theatre. All and all, great place. Finally, I found that the theatre not to be crowded and was quite quiet for a Friday night. Also I found that the movie screen could have been a bit brighter and high resolution. At the same, time the surround sound system was very defined and life like. I would definitely recommend this VIP Movie theatre

Very convenient location as there's lots to do around the plaza, but the place itself is disgusting. By far the worst cineplex location I have ever been to. My fiancé and myself went to a 7:20pm showing and at first figured it was because of the rush- drink machines spillage, ice all over the floor, bathrooms poorly stocked with toilet paper everywhere (don't even wanna go into details of what I heard of the men's) We thought it happens as there's too many people to accommodate and they're trying their best. Two hours pass we leave our theaters and the exact same messes are there and just honestly gross. I even go to the bathroom and check the cleaning sheet to see if it was signed off and yep 8:45pm signed off and it's 9:02 pm and the bathroom is exactly the way it was. It's clear the staff doesn't care. Just a really gross space.

Best movie theatre there is. It’s always clean the staff do such a wonderful job at maintaining it. The movie theatre its self is rather comfortable, particularly the seats. You could be watching a 3 hour movie and still be comfortable by the end. The staff at this particular location are helpful, friendly and do their jobs well. The last time I went it wasn’t all that busy as it was in the evening in the middle of the week. Overall I’d recommend going to this theatre over a lot of the other ones. The prices for beverages and food are slightly high but that’s part of how they make money so I understand. It’s in a very good area, there are several places to eat, including servers fast food establishments if you are looking to get a bite to eat outside the movie theatre.

We went to VIP theatre. Surprisingly the big reclining chair was very comfortable. The reclining chair has buttons to set the heat or cool, set the foot rest, head rest, and also it has sliding table. The distance with the front row seats and back row seats was really wide. The service from the runners was extremely professional and fast and friendly. We were very satisfied with the service and also the movies. The sound systems is superb. The theatre itself was clean. We really enjoyed watching movie that night. We recommend this VIP theatre. We had been in the similar VIP theatre in Ottawa. But this VIP Cineplex Cinemas Winston Churchill is way much better in all aspects than the one in Ottawa. We will come back again. Recommended..

Going to the movies changed a lot since before the pandemic. Yes, you pay prime depending on which option you choose, but it's worthed! However, there are these people who go to the movies that give you stress instead of a worry free environment. I am talking about my experience, and while the movie is playing, there is this lady in front of me whom she's constantly on her phone, that brightness is blinding! And the fact that she was on her phone the whole time the movie was playing. They should enforce NO PHONE POLICY during movie time. Otherwise, stay home! Anyways, buying tickets and picking up the snack all is good. The place is a little busy, but it's expected, especially during the holiday.

I went to watch Tiger 3 with my brother yesterday at 230pm. I was served by Theresa and as soon as I came she had a big line up at the register. My question is when it is busy why do not they hire more staff. She explained her partner had gone for break. Not a good time to go if it was getting busy. Some white person assisted her which was nice. Popcorn was a bit salty, and I ordered pizza. It definately is not the same as it used too be. Hire more staff on a Tuesday!! i waited over 10 minutes for my pizza. Why staff still wearing masks and touching their hair during the shift? Hair should be in a pony tail. Girl with glasses and long hairtelling me goodbye, I didnt even say hello.

We went to see Insidious on July 8th at 10:30. It was packed with teens. It was strange that two security guards were standing inside the theater. Then we understood why. The teenagers started to be very annoying and disrespectful. Screaming loudly and making nasty jokes. We decided to leave and ask for a refund. The manager Jakash was very understanding and professional and immediately gave us 2 courtesy passes to watch the movie some other day. At least we got to eat a hotdog and watch 7 minutes of the movie! Moral of the story: do not go to the movies unless it is a 19+ theater or a weekday. Never go a Saturday before the summer break ends. Thank you Jakash did your job well!

Worst experience ever at a theatre. They were out of all bottled water, including vitamin water. Was told that we could fill it ourselves using the pop dispensing machine. Great! Was handed a small cup, asked for a large one because we were going into a 3 hr movie. Was yelled at by employee stating if I wanted a large glass I would have to pay for it, and he continued to yell/talk down to us. I told him I didn't mind to pay for the cup, I just wanted a large one so we didn't have to keep going in and out of the movie. He continued to berate us until my partner left. To top it off, when we filled the water it was orange from the machine. Just an overall terrible experience

  • LaToya Reid

WARNING ⚠️ This location has gone downhill. Twice in two months had very bad experience with teenagers and the theatre does nothing but offer a refund. Teenagers throwing drinks at people and running around during the movie. Completely unsafe to go here with your kids. Scary a large chain like this has no cameras inside. They also are very aware of all the issues and have no real solutions to make customers feel safe. They should have workers in the theatre through the whole movie. Movies aren’t cheap and I’m sure they make enough money to pay for staff to monitor. Security on Friday and Saturday is useless.

  • Mary M

Had a great time in the VIP section. There ample amount of parking available. Once inside there’s a small arcade to enjoy as well. The vip section is completely separate from the main theather. The bathroom is clean and modern. Once inside, theres a bar & lounge area. The theatre room itself had temperature control (cold and hot) recliner seats! You must arrive earlier if you want to order food from your seat. The menu has a variety of options, Tuesday is Taco night! They bring the food, popcorn & drinks to your seat. Overall, really enjoyed the experience watching a movie here.

  • Peter Ayache

Went to see Mission Impossible last night and just before movie started fire alarm came on. We evacuated when they announced but I tell you had to hit emergency door so hard multiple times to open. Once outside the staff looked that they were never trained for emergencies totally dazed had no clue what to do. They asked us to go stand by pizza place then one staff said no that's us we were told to go wait there. I do not think management ever trained anyone of these kids on any procedures. No one knew anything. Once fire department left we went back in to see movie.

  • Hannah Baker

was sitting with my friend near the movie doors and one security guy called another security guy on the walkie talkie and then told us to leave because were not allowed to ‘sit’ there;;; ??? the movie theatre got rid of all their benches, which is RIDICULOUS by the way and honestly ruins this PUBLIC space, and when a chair is available to sit on especially since im on my period, im asked to leave… hilarious that the first ‘security guy’ couldnt even tell me to leave himself, but had to call over his buddy… like… i go to this theatre all the time but SERIOUSLY???

  • Tanieya Augustine

Security needs to be placed quite more. There is a lot of fights that take place inside the theatres. Your safety and watching a movie in peace isn’t something you’re gonna be getting in this theatre. There are days you would go and try to watch a movie in peace but then you end up with people arguing with one another, right in front of you over something either silly or you have kids, sneaking and alcohol and causing a drama. There’s so many instances I wasted my money and my time going there just to walk out wondering why did I even show up again?.

  • Dawid Czerwien

Overall great experience. The tickets prices are reasonable and the food was tasty (The food is also brought to you). This particular location has a clean and modern lounge, with a bar, seats and even a pool table. The actual theater is relatively new meaning the seats all work perfectly (The seats have buttons that can heat or recline) I heard some people complaining about the VIP in other locations because the seats were not working properly so keep that in mind. All in all I recommend this location its definetly a great time.

This cinema should be avoided at all costs. - video quality was dull, dark and out of focus. - sound was terrible. Volume was too low and sounded like a main speaker was damaged as there was an annoying high pitch sound during dialogue scenes. - during quite scenes we could hear the audio from the cinema next door (very distracting) - Too much light in the room. - food from Outtakes was bad. Churros was cold and dry. Bacon poutine was missing the bacon. I recommend finding another cinema. This one is terrible.

  • Sneha Makkar

VIP every time - it’s a little expensive but the service and food are unbeatable - they have a great menu and I ordered flatbread pizza and truffle fries the last time I went which was for guardians 3 - I always use the VIP because the chairs are so comfortable and amazing but I never tried the food until then, it was truly an awesome experience to be added on to what I already thought was great. (Plus if you’re 19+ they have a great selection of beers if you wanted something special to drink on a date)

  • Kristiyan Todorov

I can't believe this but we went to watch a movie last weekend and the whole building had AC except our auditorium, coincidently the movie we were watching was Sound of Freedom.. When I asked the manager if they can turn on the ac, they said yes yes we will do that but it will take 2 hours for it to work..im sorry but we live in the 21st century and no AC takes 2 hours to start cooling especially when the whole building is cool. Completely disgusting with what they are trying to do here..

  • Sara Kha.

We watched the Rocky aur Rani and we really noticed the quality of the sound was terrible along with the picture brightness was very dark. The movie overall was a very colourful movie but we felt the brightness was very low and were disappointed with the fact that the sound system/speakers were at the front of the theatre and not as loud as I have experienced at other theatres. We had a better viewing experience at the Pickering vip theatres, these theatres just seemed much older

  • Erich B

Updating with a second visit. I requested a refund for a ticket I bought for someone who did not make it, and the refund process could not be easier. Even when I was dumb and used the wrong card to receive the refund the manager helped me overcome my error with swift professionalism. Great service is how specific locations of a chain stand out. Nice to see there is a VIP theater in this location now, great for a night without the kids. So happy to be back.

  • CV

I was sitting in this theatre, about to enjoy the feature movie when the fire alarm went off. Everyone was asked to leave. We waited outside while fire trucks arrived and investigated. 20 min later we were still waiting outside so we left. I called the theatre management office 5 times the following week on various days and left multiple messages asking how obtain a credit for the movie we did not see. No return call, no one ever answered the phone.

  • Krista Horton

Strongly discourage the 4DX theatre to anyone that does not like a thrill ride with forces stronger than Doctor Doom/Hulk at Universal. The sounds, winds, etc... were fine. The seat effects were so intense that it distracted from the movie. I'm surprised nobody has gotten whiplash or fallen out of their seats with how ridiculous the jolting and jerking was during the movie. So disappointed!! Love effects but this was simply irresponsible.

  • Brent Hogenbirk

This location is pretty clean most of the time. Save yourself some money and get the movie tickets from Costco. You might have an upcharge if you're watching a movie in 3d or imaxx. But it's still worth it because you avoid spending money on the overpriced popcorn and drinks since you get a coupon with the Costco ticket. The main reason I give a 4 star is the fact that they charge you $1.50 per ticket for buying a ticket online.

  • Nasir Meraj

Came out for a bunch of flicks, most recently the Bad Guys, Avengers Endgame and Spiderman NoWayHome. It's a good theatre, but the problem with theatres is the smell, the flatulence, sticky floors, bathrooms. Bring your own reusable water bottle, drink little, don't need to even snack a bunch, spare your wallet, health, and dental bills. I enjoy soda, and candy now and again, popcorn, even still, gotta take care of you.

  • Mayank Jain

Great cinema as usual with Cineplex! Staff is really courteous and helpful. This place has a lot of parking to all sides but of the plaza and cinema hall. Has almost 24 screens if I didn’t count wrong. Screens films from all around the world. You can use Scene points to buy the tickets and food or otherwise earn scene points with your purchases of tickets or food. Lots of choices of showtimes and foods/goodies.

  • N KS

Theatre is nice it’s convenient and lots of movies are played in terms of options. The 2 star is for the fact that if the theatre is sold out and is full the least the cineplex workers can do is put some fresh air. It was a 3 hour movie it was sooooo hot in the theatre no fresh air nothing I felt like I was suffocating and I wasn’t the only one a lot of people removed their jackets or sweatshirts!!!!!!

  • Ajay Adigopal

First time in a movie theatre , after 5 yrs being in Canada. Saw Captain Marvel in IMAX experience . It was amazing. Free refills for soft drinks , lot of options for snacks , The staff were very friendly and co operative . The whole location was spacious, Plenty of walking and sitting space. Good parking spots available, Nearby landmarks, Dave and busters , Hilton suites , sub way restaurant,

  • Don Juan

Good place for VIP cinema. I like the food and drinks. Good location and lots of parking. Came here twice during the holidays and the machine to accommodate gift cards are NOT working. We’ve been told that twice within two weeks span that GC are not acceptable. We got this GCs from the holidays to enjoy them. Can you fix this ASAP, extremely inconvenient to patrons! Managers heads up!!

  • Leslie Clouter

Love the VIP. I wish there was a way to order drinks during the movie after it has started. We would have had to leave the theatre and miss the movie. We went without. What was the point paying for VIP? Chicken cesar wrap needed seasoning. Unfortunately I think they forgot to add the dressing. More attention needs to be paid so customers are not wasting their money. Friendly servers.

  • Ricardo

My favourite Cineplex location!!! Friendly staff, delicious food/snacks, amazing auditoriums filled with comfortable seats…there is nothing but great things to speak of at this particular location!!! A big shoutout to staff member Dorinha, who always delivers outstanding customer service!!! She is always helpful and takes pride in her work!!! Dorinha’s a winner, no doubt about it!!!

  • Alan Johnson

It's good, I like it but some woman who looked like a biker was eating her popcorn so loudly I though a pack a hamsters was sitting behind me. So I turned around and said hey large Marge can you please chew with your mouth closed then she gave me grief about assuming her gender and I told her I wasn't even assuming she was human. But the movie was good

  • Tanya Bhardwaj

Worst cineplex experience, there were no cold drinks in the machines. They were out of service. No cleaning at all. Floors were dirty, and everything was spilled on floors and not cleaned out, and the worst part was while watching the movie, the sound was so low that it was hard to hear the sound of the movie. Management should work on their services.

  • Jaspal Singh

April 2023 5* Visited the place for movie night this week— you can easily guess it.. 3D Mario Bros Movie. The place is nice and seats are very comfortable. Sound and video system is new and good quality. There are different food options available in the complex. Enjoy your popcorns and drink with movie. There is small game arena so you can enjoy it.

  • sana salam

Victoria at the popcorn section was extremely rude and dismissive. First she told us that she will be popping the popcorn after that she was totally dismissive , rude and arrogant. I really hope you can teach her customer service skills because we come to this location all the time and this one employee really needs some basic courtesy training .

  • Edward T

The VIP experience is awesome. The seats are so comfortable with room in between people. Elbows no longer touch and you can lift your feet up. Food is ordered from and delivered to your seat. And the seat even comes with a table that can slide out in front of you to put your food on. I had an amazing experience and will definitely do it again.

  • Robert Miller

I just think it's insane that after you pay probably too much for a movie ticket they completely gouge you for a bag of popcorn and a drink. Under staffed and the staff that is there are completely incompetent . The worst is I asked for layered butter and that's an extra cost. Why? It is no extra work or product just done in a different way.

  • Mark Goldberg

This was a great theatre. Truly a hidden gem for the VIP experience. Couldn’t find tickets at my normal theatre so opted to go to this one. Comfortable seats with full recline and even a heating option. I don’t live that close by, but I wish I did so that I could go more often. Would recommend it if this theatre is a solid option for you

  • Ali Al-Hasani

Watched a movie here and there were a bunch of punk teens who thought they're cool by laughing loud during the movie. I guess this isn't the movie theatre's problem. However, before entering movie, there was a puddle of some sort of drink near the drinks fountain and 3 hours later, it was still there. The theatre also ran out of nachos.

  • Brad M

If you're trying to decide between this and the other VIP in Etobicoke, choose this one every time. You have about twice as much room, the chairs are much more comfortable and they're temperature controlled. Amazing experience front to back. After I went here the first time I pretty much swore off regular movie theaters indefinitely.

  • Kurt Hess

Great theatre. I always choose VIP. The VIP team is always pleasant. The lady who checks your ticket going into VIP has such a bubbly personality. The only thing I can say that this theatre can work on is the drink machine area. It is always a mess. Sticky floors. Machines can be empty of some flavors. This is not looked after well.

  • Prabhakar Kumar

The washroom was a disappointment with visibly dirty floors, unclean sinks, and broken amenities. Lack of soap and paper towels compromised hygiene. Overflowing trash bins and unpleasant odors added to the unsanitary experience. Management should urgently address these basic cleanliness issues for visitors' comfort and well-being.

  • karamjeet kaur

Eat from outside if u don’t want to face rudeness. The staff for right side corner for food are always rude as hell they don’t know how to serve or take order. Hey if u don’t want to work stay at home don’t ruin someone else mood. The place is always out of everything no drinks no butter why u guys are open for nothing.

  • Tomas

Good cinema, clean and easily navigated. The seats are a bit small but I am quite a bit bigger than average so it's to br expected. Food was a little pricy for just popcorn and coke but it's how they make money so it's understandable. Lots of parking available and wasn't super packed on a Friday night. Great location

  • Stephanie Figas

Went to watch a movie in VIP. For the second week in a row they’ve had love music. Nice idea, but the music can be heard inside the theatre which takes away the sound of the movie. I pay theatre prices for theatre experience, that includes sound. Kinda sucks when the sound isn’t being shown up by a live performance

  • Debbie R

We saw mission impossible movie and got the DBOX seats and loved it! If you have vertigo or motion sickness do not use these seats there are motion seats that move with actions in movie. Better buy txs in advanced. Concession always pricey. Theater is very clean and very busy. Arcade is inside. Try out dbox seats

  • Richard or Sidney

First time to the movies since the end of the pandemic. This Cineplex had no original Coke in any dispenser. The men’s room was absolutely disgusting and unkept. Additionally, the cost for a popcorn bundle is over $20?, crazy. For the two of us to go to the movies cost the same as 6 months of Crave.

  • Michele Russell

Great experience, as always, at the Cineplex Winston Churchill. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food is surprisingly good. Very comfortable seating. The only negative is the volume of the pre-show trailers - it could be reduced considerably and still grab the attention of the audience.

  • Barbara Mitic

A very pleasant experience, from the admissions ,to getting the food to the auditorium which was clean and had comfy seats. Picture quality and sound was great. It made me remember why I loved going to the movies so much (haven't visited for 5+ years) and realize that we should go more often.

  • Krunal Katira

We watched the movie in VIP, which I must say is definitely a luxury experience here. The full recliner seats and the food were extraordinary. The only concern for us at the end of the movie was to get out of cineplex . It was midnight and heavy rains, which became a maze run for us. …

  • H.H. H

We’ve been going there for years, nice place and surrounded by restaurants and fun places. Prices are good, the place is always clean and the staff is friendly. Kid’s friendly too with lots of games. Easy parking and very big. Also there’s several hotels walking distance from there.

We go to this theater for their VIP experience. Servers are amazing and food is really good for this type of venue. The only issue I have is the "Starbucks" coffee area and their machines. The staff rarely clean the machine after making a frothed milk coffee, which isn't great.

  • Emma

One of my favourite theatres to go to! Always a great experience and they have a variety of viewing experiences. I love the IMAX theatres and the 4DX ones—such unique viewing experiences with great image quality. Love collecting Scene points and redeeming rewards here as well.

  • Rodolfo José Reyes Gomez

Barely any washrooms for a place with such a large capacity. The volume levels of almost all theatres are way too high. The lights are never turned on at the right time right after the movie finishes making it impossible to see in the dark while you try to leave.

  • Steve Taylor

Experience was good. Many smaller theatres in the complex, but we went to one of the larger "regular" theatres last weekend and it was great. Super comfy chairs, very clean (first matinee I think), fast lineups for popcorn. Good spot, easy parking too.

  • Kabir Chohan

The IMAX theatre at this location is always clean and it’s a massive theatre, not sure of the exact amount of seats it has but when you walk in before the movie starts and you look up it’s absolutely huge. Great place to watch movies overall for sure

  • Stanislav-Andrii Herko

A good movie theater, been coming here for a year now and never encountered any issues. Good screens and good sounds, makes for a good cinema experience. Just wish the lobbies were tiny but more clean, sometimes it feels like nobody cleans in there.

VIP section $42 reserve online and sit in heated reclining chairs. Served at your seats with amazing servers! Free game of pool before our movie started. Perfect place for a date under $100! January 24, pool no longer free. Had a great time again.

We checked out the new VIP lounge the first week and it looks great! We were there one of the first days it was open, so you could tell the staff were still new and trying to figure things out. Our server was very nice and working hard, but

First time to this location. I definitely enjoyed my experience here. Did V.I.P with the nice recliner couches, which also come heated and cooled. It's definitely worth it. The cinemas were cleaned and the staff was friendly. Even when we

The best movie theaters by far!! The VIP has reclining chairs with seat warmers and fully ajustable, a great bar and dining area, washrooms are super clean, theater is kept spotless and the food is good. Won’t go to any other theater now!

  • Don C.

Have not been here in a while. Saw early showing of Killers of The Flower Moon. Got followed to the washroom by a pack of about 10 teens. One nearly kicked stall door in, when I came out, they circled me. This place has gotten dangerous.

  • Michael Armata

Haven't been to the theatre in 15 to 20 years. Turns out I paid $25 for more than 30 mins. of commercials? Even everything the commercials were generic. I won't be back to the theatre, it's a bad experience before the movie even starts.

  • Inderjit S

Nice cinemas, seats are comfortable but you can't recline like the ones at Cineplex Erin Mills Town Centre. There are arcade games and few food choices. The washrooms are usually clean. There is lots of parking since it is by the mall.

  • Chadwick Dewey

Standard cineplex experience. Well kept and clean. The only concern is the crowded theater during peak hours. To avoid the noise from unsupervised children and teens, I recommend going after 9 pm for a more enjoyable movie experience.

  • TRACY D

I went for VIP movies, good customer service, there is a bar to hangout while you wait, it has more comfortable seats than regular, you get served from the comfort of your seat, and a lot of options for drinks and food in the menu.

  • Jason Merone

It's pretty awesome as theatres go these days! Came here for a work function as well as a VIP movie, and both times, it was a positive experience. The burger I ordered was pretty good as well. Would love to come back again.

  • Robert Slater

We absolutely loved the theatre the only thing I did not like about it is the seats are very small definitely not fat people friendly as I am a bit on the heavy side and was very uncomfortable but would go back regardless.

  • Jay Smith

Have been watching movies here since it opened in 1999 as AMC. Theatres are conveniently located near where I live so have seen a lot of films here over the years. Concessions way too expensive these days, only drawback.

  • Megan Alexis

I will never go to a different theatre ever. This is hands down the best theatre I’ve ever been to! The VIP seats recline, are heated, and are so cozy. The food and drinks are fantastic. It’s such a great atmosphere too.

  • Dale D'Souza

Celebrated my birthday in the VIP lounge. A pretty good experience overall. They need to work on their menu (update) and Foodservice skills. Not enough time to order food and no second orders. Lost sales if you ask me.

  • Gulshan

Love that VIP theater. The seats are very comfortable. Wednesday is their date night. Apps, Dinner and dessert is for 45 bucks. Have your apps in the lounge ,and enjoy your dinner and dessert in the theater .loved it

Do not take rear seats.. unless you bring a Telescope. I have run Multiplexes in the past and I can tell you their larger screens are too small for the size of the room and filled with rows upon rows for better ROI.

  • Mufaddal Poonawala

Comfortable seats, but I doubt the fact that halls are cleaned regularly. At the last row, you can see food particles and gunk behind the seats. Normally we would not mind, but the smell is bothersome for 2+ hrs.

  • Justin Mohareb

One of the oldest cinemas in town, which is primarily due to the way movie theatres have short lifespans. It had an “imax” and vip theatres, and a Coke Freestyle machine, which is worth another point on its own.

We went to watch the meg 2 on Tuesday August 8 . Our group was a group of 26. Theresa Barbie and a man named Bobby worked the ticket taking area. They were fast and efficient. We all enjoyed the movie. Great job

  • Kris Baynolds

I had amazing experience.the lady on front was so nice .she helped us a lot .and I will definitely Recommend this place 100% .because we went visit different location and it was definitely different experience

  • Dharm Preet Kaur

We had an amazing experience here. The VIP cinema is fantastic, we went to watch Uncharted and the staff was very friendly. Washrooms were also clean and the bar was also nice. Overall, it was all very good.

  • Ian

Growing up I never realized it, but this is an enormous theatre and the staff are generally doing a good job. What else can I say, if you want to get the big movie experience in Oakville this is the place.

  • yongsuk jin

I've watched "Napoleon" tonight at AUD #23. The screen brightness was too low to see the spectacle war scenes and the actors' facial expressions. So disappointed! Is that Cineplex's beam projector problem?

  • mahtab Shaikh

Do not go this location for a while. No food at concession. Took my cousin to watch Barbie for her birthday spent money on Dbox tickets just to be told upon reaching concession that there is no food.

  • Avtar Singh

This is the only place with IMAX theatres with VIP Theatres near me so i go there alot. All staff is very nice. And it’s got nice restaurants and recreational stuff all around it. 10 outta 10.

  • Rocky

I've been going to this location for years and I've never had a negative experience. The staff are friendly, the food is good and the quality of IMAX is worth the cost. It's great to be back!

  • Vasiliy Pakhomov

I went here for the Barbie screening in VIP and it was AMAZING!! The service is spectacular and don’t even get me started on the seats… just everything was perfect…. Like Barbie …

  • 李金砖

No iced coffee, men's washrooms are filthy and smelly, with limited spots, and the seats in the last row cannot be laid down. I don't understand why this is happening at a Cineplex theater

  • cindy Dancer

VIP seating is very comfortable and great having drinks and food service to your seats. Aucostics were terrible all through our movie we could hear the movie playing in the next theater.

  • Antonio Marino (Goal4Life)

Service team provide top quality customer service. Theatre and location is always maintained very well and service options and food quality excellent. Great spot for kids and families.

  • John van Popta

We took in Oppenheimer at the IMAX, at this Cineplex. It was loud and thrilling. A great movie in a great venue. Recommended.though I found the brief nude scenes tacky and unnecessary.

  • Julie Strong

We had an excellent experience in the VIP theatre - servers were AAA, friendly and efficient. Also special thanks to Laurie & Emily who helped me find my keys at the end of the night.

  • sridhar akuthota

Good place to watch a movie and also it has kids gaming zone which is good. I feel they still should improve the sound experience. The sound is not enough for good action movies.

  • Thomas MacLean

Pretty good theatre, but the parking is horrible for this entire plaza, it's like a 3 min walk from the closest spots, further for others. Sucks when it's bad weather.

  • Neha Mishra

So far this is the best cineplex I have been to. Until now Scotiabank Theatre and Cineplex Queensway was my preferred locations but now I think I’ve found the “one”❤️

  • Shan

I went for movie with my family but staff treated us so bad and throw racist comments and manager himself laughing and staff was worst and unhelpful. Worst experience

  • Hardeep Grewal

Visited VIP auditorium a couple of times and has comfortable recliners love heated seats. Since it's VIP, you can order the food while seated comfortably.

  • Imran Javed

Overall good. 4 stars as I found sound not of a good quality in their standard cinemas. They might do this to attract their premium cinemas like AVX etc.
