Terrible service. I bought Vicks Vaporiser and went to return as it didn't work after the first use. They refused to return or exchange. The reason behind that was they are downsizing they don't accept the return. Terrible customer service as they are trained to repeat the scripted words. Never give them a single penny business again.

I came to pick up my prescription and was treated very poorly by one staff member. Such a sad experience considering I have been a customer for many years and all it really takes is 1 staff member to abolish the relationship built. Because of the way I was spoken to and felt belittled I will never revisit this establishment.

Conveniently located next to the GPs. It even has an entrance from inside GPs which is a ramp and not steps which is great for the elderly and wheelchair access. The staff at the store are friendly and helpful. They have bargains now and again which always a bonus.
