Very reluctantly sharing this after experiencing a arrogant .overbearing and condescending attitude of the pharmacist on duty, today ,27th November, Damia Pekaz. My family and I have been a customer of this pharmacy for well over 20 years and enjoyed the friendliness, understanding and helpfulness of the staff.Today ,Chloe and I were trying to locate a missing script which was not in the files.Chloe requested the pharmacist if I could be given the medication now and a script would be provided by me within seven days.The pharmacist came over and repeatedly asked me when I would submit a script.I reiterated that within seven days.She continued to ask me again and again,'When.....when ? as if I did not understand what she had just said.However, she refused to issue the medication because she felt I was rude when i said ,that I've told you within seven days.and reminded that she was the pharmacist. However,I took the dispensed medication and asked Chloe to give me the remaining scripts on file since I am no longer willing to see this pharmacist again because of her attitude and change my pharmacy instead. I wish to thank Wally and Raini and other polite and helpful staff who have served me and my family well in all this years.Thanks to Chloe for her apologies and thinking that there was a misunderstanding.....it wasn't... I will miss you all .This lady pharmacist needs to reflect on her attitude.

My mum has rented a sleep apnea machine for the last 3 months In these 3 months my mum has spoken with JUDY and everytime my mum has gone JUDY has been very demeaning towards my mum because my mum does not speak or understand much English. JUDY is a tall women who would put her face infront of my mums face and say DO YOU UNDERSTAND? and when my mum would say yes she does understand JUDY would say are you sureee??? But in a very sarcastic way and with a loud voice. Everytime my mum went she was very nervous but the only reason she had to deal with JUDY was because JUDY is in charge of the sleep apnea machines. I work in a chemist myself and we are taught to be polite, empathic and very punctual towards our customers. My mum has told me this today because she has not been able to forget about the way she was treated!!! and I am very disappointed with the customer service she has not been able to forget how she was treated from JUDY. AND SHE LAST SAW JUDY IN SEPTEMBER I will be making a formal complaint to the manager as well. NO ONE should be treated like this especially a customer who comes in to better their health. VERY VERY DISGUSTED IN JUDY. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF THE MANAGER KEEPS A CLOSE EYE ON JUDY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE IS PROVIDING.

Best customer service from any pharmacy. I had an issue with PBS for my daughter's EpiPen - an error made by the prescribing GP, and the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to ensure that the scheme pricing was implemented even after the sale - which is something that they really didn't need to do as it wasn't their fault and they are only dispensing the medication. Their amazing customer service and genuine concern for this pricing issue is greatly appreciated. The wait time can sometimes be lengthy, but it's very understandable considering that they're in a high traffic area with a lot of customers with varying needs. We have been to the chemist several times and have always been provided great service for both over the counter times and always prescribed goods. Thank you for your help!

I cannot begin to tell you just how good this pharmacy is. I have now been looked after by two of their pharmacists. Gus and Walid. The staff that provide not just counter customer service, but in store customer service have the kindest hearts and most warming personalities. If you are in need of medical advice or medication that can be provided over the counter this is the place to go. If it’s prescriptions you need filled the team behind the prescription level medication counter, this place is even more the place to go. Gus and Walid, the pharmacists I have dealt with have gone above and beyond. This isn’t just a family run and owned business, they treat you like family. Thank you for reading this.

poor service I had a print out offer from Chemist Warehouse and asked the young lady if they honour it as the Riverstone branch said they do but checked again anyways and she confirmed they will after asking her manager, went to pay and the RUDE lady at the counter asked me why buying 3 ? mind you this was Optifast breakfast bar boxes !!!!!! and she refused to price match them even though I have print out from Chemist warehouse and the other lady confirmed yes!!! she blankly refused to do so only because she can I guess!!! very RUDE never ever shopping from there. and I will be complaining to the ACCC.

Cincotta Blacktown to me means FAMILY. Every time I step into there I feel welcomed and never have had a bad experience… the amazing Pharmacist Badria/Walid/Gus/Sedrik always made and make me feel like part of the cincotta family every time I go in or even when I call. All I need to say “hey it’s Ayse” and already they know who I am on the phone…even Lydia Jess and much more that I can’t recall names are amazing bunch of lovely people at this place… I will never go anywhere else even if I moved out of the area. Cincotta Chemist has been my go to chemist for many years and even before when it was previously owned by John Fegents Chemist. I have come to know many of the professional, highly qualified pharmacists and long term staff during this time. They really treat all people with the utmost respect, always happy to give great advice if needed and relate to people with the most friendliest manner. Called them in the morning for the formula, the staff said only have one left and hold for me on the counter to pick up the same day. When I got there in the noon, the staff said the one on the counter was reserved for a lady who called yesterday so couldn't give it to me!!! I don't know that was a coincidence or what, I drove 30mins just because you said you keep it for me, but in the end it already booked for someone else. What a rediculous mistake!! And never go there anymore!!!

Visited Cincotta Blacktown store to purchase medication for my mother.The pharmacist on duty by name Mr.Santu was extremely helpful and a thorough gentleman who provided exceptional customer service.He went beyond my expectations to ensure my request was met and was very patient in explaining the recommended instructions for the medicines purchased.Will definitely visit the store again for the outstanding service and unbeatable prices.

The worst customer service ever. I and my son visited the Cincota Chemist Balcktown on the 2nd of February 2019. As a collector and a big fan of perfumes and similar things, I am well aware of prices around Sydney. I bought around $120 of perfume but the lady with hijab delivered the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 15 years in Sydney. The guy was I would say just Ok. Will never visit this store again...

Very very poor customer service. Bought a pair of ear plugs 18 hours ago and without even opening realised it was too small for the person I bought if for when I came home. Went for an exchange to a larger size. Pushed around 3 people for a decision, showed them proof of purchase without any positive outcome. Very disappointing considering a $10 purchase. Will never go there again.

My experience here was fantastic. They answered the phone when i called unlike other chemists where it rings out, i spoke to the compound pharmacist placed my order via text message and a few hrs later they called to let me know it was ready for pickup! Added bonus was that they charged less than another chemist i went to previously. Thanks guys, i will be back.

Very professional, friendly and courteous staff. Have dealt with most of the chemists (Badria/B, Gus & Waleed to name a few) who give excellent customer support as well as the other staff. Would like to say a big thanks to Lydia for trying to locate my glasses that I thought I had lost but actually fell in the car. She was so helpful, patient and kind.

CDC has the most reliable and efficient staff. Courtesy dwells in CDC. Wollie, and the other pharmacists have excellent knowledge in medications. Since opting for CDC as local pharmacy, I have never needed to keep running to the doctors because of the ocean of knowledge in medications the staff at CDC share. Couldn't be happier. Lydia is SO LOVELY!!!! My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that my purchase was put in a plastic bag even though it was already in a paper bag and I was distracted so didn't get a chance to say no thank you and it was already too late. Can you please consider not offering bags for one small item, or at all unless requested?

Everytime I come here for prescription the wait time is so long. I'm literally here for 1 prescription medicine but every single time they stuff up the orders and I end up waiting on average 20mins. Its so ridiculous. Apart from the fact that they are open after hours, this pharmacy isn't useful for anything else.

The pharmacist decided what was best for me without asking what or who the medicine was for. Absolutely useless, unhelpful rude and arrogant person, not a professional person much less a pharmacist, hope next year when he is due for license renewal he fails at communication skills.

When do you need a script for Robitussin well in this chemist you do according to weekend pharmacist ..... staff during the week are lovely they go out of there way to help you BUT THE WEEKEND STAFF DURING THE DAY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DIFFICULT. Lost me as a customer

Has everything you need (except rapid antigen tests right now, sign out the front!) Only thing is, the wait times are a bit excessive. Also their current trading hours are reduced from 9am-8pm. Apart from that, the staff are helpful and friendly.

Great service!! I had to buy my iron infusion pack and my script was incomplete. The pharmacist was so helpful and pleasant, he sorted it out for me. So refreshing to walk into a pharmacy where people are nice and actually care.

Very rude behaviour of the staff. Waited outside for around 40 minutes for just one ointment and was having a severe back pain. After waiting for that much i was still told to be patient and to come later that too very rudely.

Open till 10pm. Just be careful of the chemist lady with Muhammad in her name as she stuffs up all the time. Otherwise this is my favourite chemist with good price, veriety, casual ambience and helpful staff

Cincotta Chemist asks for scripts when the product in question DOES NOT LEGALLY REQUIRE ONE. Avoid this business and make sure you shop at privately owned businesses instead of large franchises!
