Pumped gas and the fuel gauge did not move. I pumped a small dollar amount in as I drive an electric hybrid so even a small amount of gas gives me great mileage. The car also calculates KM earned when I pump fuel along with the fuel gage; so I know the gas did not go in my car. When I went to speak to the attendant I received nothing but rude customer service; did not try to even understand that for a hybrid vehicle even a small amount of gas shows the fuel gage move as well as a secondary calculation on KM gained. He instead laughed that I only put a small amount of gas in..(sorry but not everyone drives gas guzzlers in 2019). I asked for a managers number and instead he gave me his own personal cell number. When I did finally get a hold of head office they were no help and were dismissive; they have no understanding of how hybrids work and proceeded to try and educate someone who drives a hybrid, and knows how their car operates. Their response: “that your gas gauge wouldn’t move at these prices”. Also defended the rude customer service explaining he was a “minimum wage employee”. Making minimum wage does not justify unethical and unnecessary rude behaviour towards a customer. I would understand if I had approached him screaming but that was not the case. If Chevron believes that minimum wage employees are likely to provide rude and uncomfortable customer service then here is a thought: increase the wages and train them better; don’t use your customers as punching bags for your distraught and unhappy employees.

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! On Saturday, March 14 I went there and prepaid 90 dollars of gas, I ended up putting 64 dollars, but I was charge for both the prepaid amount and the gas that I actually put on my car. I was told that I would get refunded on Wednesday, March 18. As of today I haven’t been refunded. Staff were useless helping me out in this situation, saying the bank is holding the money when it clearly went out of my account. Instead giving a number where I will be told the same thing. WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEFS!!!!!!

There was a problem with the pump, it would only allow me to select the high octane which my car doesn’t use. I went inside to talk to the clerk, who ran my card again and told me my purchase at the pump had been canceled. The following day I checked my MasterCard records, and I have been charged $50 which I didn’t receive, and also the $28.02 which I did receive. Repeated calls to Marpole Chevron to rectify the situation we’re only met with a busy signal. I’m now contacting my credit card company.

I revisited this gas station out of necessity. I am happy to say that they staff person tonight was a lot nicer than the prior staff member I based the following review on. (Thank you Nisha). Prior review: I like to put 94 octane on my bike and use Chevron a lot when traveling. This was the first one where I found the staff person to be unwelcoming. If I were to frequent the area or live there, I would use another gas station.

They have gas like you'd expect and everything your cars going to need...but at a price a little steeper than you'd pay at a automotive store. Staff aren't friendly but I wouldn't call them rude either. All in all I wouldn't drive out if my way to gas or wiper fluid here bit I wouldn't avoid it either

Everytime I'm in this area I stopped at this location because of the ease of access, the selection of products inside as well as the fast and friendly staff. For a downtown location that's very busy you always seem to be able to pull in and out in a hurry. If you're in the area check it out.

Chevron sells ethanol free 94 octane gas, a must for a car that requires premium. This station is pretty cramped, but works well as a pitstop when heading north on Granville (not accessible from the southbound side)

Be a member of "Journee" and get 7c/ltr off your gas bill once in a while. At this Chevron in particular (but never had a bad experience) staff are very friendly and helpful. Sadly NO washroom.

Good sized station with lots of available space. Attendants when I visited were not as friendly. However, there is usually limited contact so it is not very problematic.
