I rang to pick my medication. The staff told me she needed to get to the computer. Then they put my call holding 10min. So, I drove to the store to get my medication without hanging off the call. They were not busy only 2-3customers waiting for meds. 4-5 staff were over the medication counter Until I got to the counter, my call was in holding. I feel like staff didn’t want customers coming. So, I collected all my prescriptions. I am gonna move to local pharmacy not that arrogant chemist chain.

** The reason why it takes so long to get your scripts, is they want you to wander around the store to buy extra things - that's their modus operandi ** A nice big store, but of course like all chemist warehouse's have no customer service with sullen, sad staff and creepy security guards who follow you & look in your bags if you don't look rich. Never go there again.... I think he was disappointed he couldn't see anything in my bag! won't go there again.

Been happy with the place for almost 8 years but the last time my husband was there encountered with a very rude pharmacist. That sure put me off. There is never a need to be rude and thinking of oneself so high and mighty , should not be working in an industry that one is daily face with people!

Had the coolest shopping at the chemist, and I gotta give a big shoutout to the security guard! This dude's on top of his game—hooked me up with a basket, checked if I found everything, and was just super polite. Major props for making the shopping extra smooth and friendly!

Staff were all super helpful and patient as I dealt with an issue with my prescription, they were able to sort things out with my prescribing doctor and were very understanding all the while!

I always find no matter what time of the day you have to wait 20 min or longer for a script, so slow even 5 people behind the counter and 2 people waiting.

A jungle inside, but service was up to scratch and they had what I needed. Can't ask for more than that can you?

Rude chemist, long wait times so customers buy other stuff on the shop. I only use them as the last resort now.

Always here for prescriptions and for purchase other items. Easy access , kind staffs and not busy anytime.

Big, Spacious and Stocked. Good parking all the times. Friendly staff.
