The staff have always been nice and friendly. The staff are every helpful but when it comes to product knowledge it's not that great. They are a bit pricey but if your looking for there monthly speacils then you will save a lot if dollars. They have a great range if wines, but there out off stick a lit of the tines I've been there. Compared to other bottle shops in the area there on our with the others in general.

Can be pricey but specials are good when you get them. Though at times I have purchased an item where the price has been completely different to the advertised price. That being said, it has usually been in my favour so I cannot complain about that. At least they actually open when they advertise unlike others...

Shocking experience last night with the security guard. He told us we had "one minute" when we walked in and was extremely aggressive when we were leaving. Reminded me of the ' no soup for you' episode in Seinfelt. Very angry aggressive person.

Store attendant refused service to someone with a valid medical exemption. Was extremely ableist. There should be no room for that behaviour anywhere, let alone Newtown. Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible service, attendant refused to let me in and claimed the shop was closed even though it was more than an hour before closing time and didn’t say why, what a joke.
