For a small mall, it's honestly all right I would have to say. Though, because of Covid-19, don't expect much from this mall. Went here to see if any shops were available, but unfortunately, almost all shops were all closed. From what I can recall, only Rogers, A Cellphone Case Store, Real Fruit, CIBC, Bank of Montreal, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Real Fruit, Service Ontario, and the Dentist. Other than that, none of the shops are open in the inside. Home Essentials is open, though, you have to go outside of the mall, walk around the mall, in order to enter it. Same concept with Canadian Tire. Aside with the pandemic, this mall isn't that bad I would have to say. People are quite friendly here, and it's easy to navigate around I would have to say. It's literally a straight line, with shops to your left and right. Something I would say is a little too boring of engineering, but it's perfectly fine with me for a small mall. It's a one floor mall, (including the basement which leads to Dollarama and the another item store), and it also has a third floor, which is just offices and management. Though, the mall may look boring now because of restrictions, I bet that when Covid-19 is over, this mall will be back booming, with some amazing updates to brighten it up. :)

Cedarbrae Mall 3495 Lawrence Ave East is one of the big shopping mall in Scarborough area located at the corner Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue East . Total floor area is 548,000 sq ft(50,911 m sq) Total stores are approximately 60 +. There are all sorts of shops here. No frills is one of very big shops all the food items are available here. Good Life is fitnesses centre.Canadian Tire is one of the very big Canadian chain store. In Canadian Tire all sorts of hardware, plumbing , paint, electronics, Crockery and motor parts are available, besides these govt office is also available. There are 02 banks are also here e.g CIBC banking service centre and BMO ( Bank of Montreal ) A very big parking approximately 2000 cars can be parked at a time.

This is an ok mall to go to when you need something quick and don’t have a lot of time to go the the big malls. No Frills is pretty good. They carry international and Asian food products which I like. The Canadian Tire store is not too bad either. The Winners store here is not great in comparison to other locations. I think Winners sends odds and ends and everything they could not sell at their other stores to this location. ☹️ They have many little cheap shops but they have Miniso which I call a high end dollar store - they sell their bags for 10 cents! I like shopping there regardless because they have a lot of little cute items at fair quality and not overpriced.

Despite the huge amount of space and upgrades in the overall look, it is lacking in the need to replace the older, cheap quality, low-grade stores here with upgraded, reputable names. Food court and washrooms definitely need to be re-vamped and improved for overall convenience. The food court is a joke, considering how big the mall actually is in space. Just overall, a lot of wasted space throughout it. They could use more selection and variety around to choose from instead of the few options only available all the time. Like maybe adding Subway, a pizza place, etc.

Okay, I'll give my frank review. This mall is actually great, and since it's close to my house, it's convenient, but occasionally the service and staff in some of the shops can just be really ignorant or unhelpful. I also once lost my presto card for the bus there it was on the ground near Dollarama, but when I went back to get it, it had already been taken; I contacted the lost and found people and service, but they did nothing about it, which was a little upsetting and I wish there wasn’t only one bathroom, but either then that I like it there.

I lost my iphone 13 in this mall and need the lost & found to provide me a document to prove they didn't receive any iphone 13 recently. Please NOTE, I am not asking them to help me prove I lost my phone in this mall (so they weren't responsible for my lost) , I just need a statement to say they didn't have any lost iphone. This is important to me because I am claiming my insurance. After illustrating my situation, the supervisor in the lost & found just told me they can't do it and hang up my call! I won't be there anymore :)

this mall is not even a mall. the stores are small. the owners of these stores barely speak english. management is tacky. mall is never cleaned. the washrooms are so disgusting its hard to breathe. food court is extremly small and terrible choices. roaches, mice, bugs... birds.. this mall cant be worse. when walmart was still in the mall maybe it had potenial but even that can't save it. everyone is grumpy and the demographics of this place is a shame. "locals" basically sleep in the food court. wont be returning.

I’ve been coming to this mall for years and seen many changes and I have always had a good shopping experience at this mall If I bring mom I always leave her with Jenny at diamond nails Jenny is good with the seniors and mom is happy From jysk -nofrills-canadian tire I can manage to get what is needed for a good price Ps- you can have a bad day anywhere PLEASE don’t take it out on the vendors Everyone has a job to do LIFE is hard enough we don’t need to make it harder for others

An average sized mall where you can get most of the stuff you need if you are living just around the area. It got the modern cozy look and felt bigger after the renovations. It never ran out of people, and since it is close to a public school, expect a lot of students in the food court at lunchtimes. A couple of apartment buildings and residential housings nearby make this their everyday go-to store. Parking is huge but gets crowded especially on weekends.

  • Nicole Butterfield

Good mall. Not as much variety as stc, but it has what it needs to get your shopping done. The dollarstore is great. The food court can get busy but the staff try to get through everyone quickly. The no frills is great. The Canadian tire is great as well. Lots of deals on toys. The security at the mall are very helpful, same with most employees. I loved how they do March break activities and things like that to entertain the kids of the community.

Cedarbrae Mall is one of the main shopping malls in the Scarborough area right in the intersection of Markham and Lawrence! When I used to live in Canada, I would always visit this mall, and I cannot believe the mall has been expanding over time for the past decade! Great renovation! Wonderful atmosphere! Great architecture and well-maintained! Highly recommend visiting Cedarbrae Mall to everyone to enjoy shopping!

  • Rebecca Martinez

Depending on what you need or expect, this mall might be fine. If you're looking for budget items (Walmart, Dollarama etc...) It is sufficient, and never very crowded. Unfortunately, it is an older and smaller mall, and the stores reflect that. Even the Winners and Walmart are smaller with terrible selection. The rest of the stores are hit and miss, but I rarely find what I need and customer service is lacking.

  • Faizal Garasia

This mall is a good place to do your groceries, shopping or evening dining. They have a big place and plenty of stores to choose from. Parking won't be a problem for they have lots of parking spots. The place is not so crowded, you will get the chance to walk around the mall worry-free during these pandemic times. This mall will be one of my choices to go for my essencial needs when I am in the area.

  • Lathea Marshall

What can I say about this mall that already hasn’t been said? This is the senior citizens mall.. where they kick up and enjoy every bench in the hall and nearly every seat in the food court. I mean, nothing against old ppl ( I love em), but you’ll see them just sitting from 10am- closing with a coffee and newspaper. Every time I pass a bench I feel like I’m being rated by the elderly creep squad-_-

  • Koji Nguyen

A cozy mall for economic shopping. Not hard to find parking but construction in the front can give you quite the detour from one side to another. Winners, Nofrill, Miniso, Dollarama and other small stores are available if you want to save some budget. Food court has KFC, McDonald, Tim and 2 Asian stores to pick from It’s not as lavish as STC but still decent enough for Scarborough area

  • pri ant

One of the worst managed "malls" in Scarborough. This shouldn't be called a mall in the first place. Management is cheap and does not invest any money into fixing this place nor do they invest any money into hiring competent staff and security to maintain the place. It is basically a place where elderly goes to chill at the food court and make a mess in the washroom at this point.

  • S A

they may say bad things about this place but frankly its pretty good. Don't have high expectation for this place as it is primarily made fore groceries, hard wear at Canadian tires and cultural items. Other than that they have the fast foods that you expect McDonald, taco bell and timmies. This mall does the job if you wanted a nice place to shop then go to stc

  • Vraj shah D to d O21

The Mall management seems not to be bothered about how Canadian tire has gone from bad to worst. Heard that the new management has screwed it completely, their entrance from the Mall is closed, with the temperature falling, it is imperative for them to open the mall entrance. I hope the mall management opens up the mall entrance for Canadian tyre

  • Wilbur V

The place is very small and there isn't much to do in terms of shopping for name brands. They have a tiny little optometrist I went to, and they also have a mcdonalds there (which is usually why i'm there in the first place). The parking is a little weird but it's a good place to go to if you don't have many other options.

  • Ramandeep Khipal1srwyeq6700000000oozb

I went to apply my daughter’s health card. Sanvra attended me on counter 2, He answered all my random questions with having a smile on his face. He made me aware about my missed ticket number that I missed by mistake as I was busy filling the form. This visit was satisfactory. Thank you for your service and guidance.

  • zeal F

This mail has the essentials, but not too many stores for the amount of space it takes up. It's only one main floor, and a couple of stores on the lower level. Good for grocery shopping, home improvement/decor shopping, basic clothes shopping. Not good for high quality brands shopping or any kind of sports shopping.

  • Kathy Hendriks

I like that this mall has a good Winners and Canadian Tire store but not a very nice mall to shop. They used to have a good Toys R US and Extreme Fitness but both are gone now. I rarely go there anymore. The mall needs to be renovated and add better chain stores as opposed to cheap independent stores that sell junk.

  • Peter Breeden

Has a food court, service ontario, dollar store and many specialty shops. No frills on the West side and Canadian Tire on the East side. Parking for the disabled and automatic / push button entrance doors. Shops are also outside the mall in the large, extended parking lot including lcbo, beer store and so on.

  • Mary C

This place had major renovations through the years. Smaller mall compared to others but has great selections. There's No Frills and Walmart for your grocery needs. Not a lot of options in the food court, but I don't really come here to eat anyway. There's McDonalds and Tim Hortons if you need a quick bite.

  • Star Marchment

This mall is super gross. The food court is small, the stores here are all just yucky dirty off-brands, the biggest draw is a grocery store and a warehouse outlet that is a big almost empty room full of broken ghetto trash. Really not worth it to come here.. THERE'S ONE BATHROOM! IN THE WHOLE THING!

  • Suneet Sharma

This mall is highly recommended especially for those that are financially tight and located next to fit4less, one that really stands out is the ministry of transportion for those that need driving license and a new health card. food court is available if you want to dine in with friends and family.

  • Davor M

Very clean place, the shops are well kept, good balance of boutiques. Parking is all around, close to Cineplex as well. Great place for some last minute shopping, or in some cases spending the whole day. Whatever's is your jam... Worth checking out (especially since it's not too busy with people)

  • Cristina Zapanta

There was a renovation of the mall not too long ago and it looks a lot nicer but the spaces haven't really been filled with many desirable stores. You can come and get what you need at Winners or CanTire, but this is not a place that goes beyond your basics. I come for the GoodLife gym.

  • Taiseer Ahmed

Meh, there are a good amount of stores here but nothing that really attracts you in at the moment. Their biggest store currently is Canadian tire and Food basics and that's about it at the moment. Not sure if they are putting anything else in . Also their food court is fairly small

  • Ryan Rubio

Nice local community mall nice to see what they are doing with part of the former Walmart space by having a known credible national retailer like winners in there rather a fly by night retailer like they did after Walmart. Now all they need is a decent food court with more choices

  • O De Parfoom

It's not the place for those who research companies before continuing to support specific brands (based on values/ethics), but many people would honestly find great deals here compared to other malls. It's definitely budget friendly, I personally enjoyed my experience at Winners.

  • NaeNae

Old fashion mall, old stores, and not eclectic at all. Doesn’t allow pets unfortunately, so pet owners stay away otherwise the security guard will chase you around the mall… it’s act more like an unprofessional indoor plaza rather than an mall surrounded by the young generation

  • omkar Janjala

I would rather say it is one of The Best place which has Canadian Tire, No frills, Walmart, Beer store, couple of banks, Good life fitness, Service Ontario ( all services available). I hope this could be the best place to get all the things done in a single go,..

  • Emmanuel Okwunwa

There are many major stores, like Walmart, Canadian Tire, and No Frills. The food court is small, but features some diverse fast food restaurants. Atmosphere of the mall is bright, open, and airy. It is not a large mall, but it has most of what you might need.

  • Varunan M

Decent mall. Kind of ghetto and not a lot of variety. Mostly a collection of random stores. Has a Walmart, Canadian tire and no frills as of Nov 2016, so its good for getting what you need. Not a fun shopping experience and a small and bad food court.

  • Niluxy KS

Great mall with diverse stores and items. I have been here few times. I have visited winners, ardene, no frills, service Ontario, and stitches. Clothing stores have a variety of dresses at affordable prices. Service Ontario is quite busy. Thank you:)

  • tanny k

This mall isn't what it used to be with A&P grocery store and Simpsons and I get the feeling in decade or so it will exist no more and condominiums will be built there. Malls are dying because stupid consumers think online shopping is more fun.

  • marcus besai

Its not your typical mall like Scarborough Town Centre. Its a big centre for the community around the location to go and purchase all life essentials and basic appliances. If your looking for the "mall experience" cedarbrae mall is a really

  • HELEN S.

I usually visit this mall for Canadian Tire shop. Other retailers do not seem to carry good quality products. Even Canadian Tire is not very good at updating what it has or not. For example, I check a screw extractor #5 available at this

  • Max Model

Somebody really needs to speak out on what's happening at Diamond Nails in the Cedarbrae Mall location. To start off, this is the worst costumer service I have experienced in my entire life. I got my nails done and it came out bumpy and

  • Sarah T

Jenny Diamond Nails. Extremely poor service, work was incomplete, messy, a quick mess is the result. They are not good at doing nails, waxing. Please avoid this location for nails. Horrible experience. Paid for a really awful service.

  • Empress 137

Convenient mall with grocery store, food court, banks, Service Ontario, dental and medical offices. If you just need to do basic errands this is a perfect place. One star off due to poor parking and traffic flow near the grocery store

  • Soheni N.

Has almost everything you may need in a small space like Canadian tire and no frills, as well as a variety of different clothing and shoe stores as well as an electronic store (the source). Food court is also pretty decent.

  • RSH DVP

Has a lot to offer with a diverse community and variety of brand names. Service Ontario opens early and is quite busy. No Frills is convenient and affordable. TTC Transit access and free parking are available.

  • Bobby Chapman

I love Canadian tire. ..the rest of the mall to the no frills, is mostly shoes and clothing . I guess that's helpful if you need them. The beer store and the lcbo in the parking lot are also handy.

  • Noortaz Chowdhury

Good place to shop. It's a very small mall, so you can easily get a quick look around. But there was no clear signs where to find the washroom! I had to ask one of the staff to get direction.

  • Atomic Blonde

I don’t mind the mall, it has no frills, Jysk and Canadian tire and Dollarama. It’s small and kind of old. Service ontario inside too. Scotiabank, beer store, LCBO across the parking lot.

  • Tanzina Afrin

I love this mall but some irresponsible job made this mall down. How come this type of display stay month after month in this type busy mall. Mall authorities should focus of this .

  • Phil Shady

This use to be my favorite mall when it had toys R us and EB games. Now I wonder why it’s still around? Edit: their last hope is Canadian tire, hopefully they’d make CT great again

  • Mariam Amira

There's a miniso with TONS of Sanrio items and that's all I care about ❤️❤️ overall there was a lot of changes in the mall to make it better and it's a great place to shop ☺️

  • Sai Bharath

Near to bus stop, in walkable distance. Stores like dollarama, Ardene, mobile shops, food courts are present in the mall. No frills, scotia bank and LCBO are situated nearby

  • Gopinath Sam

One of the grand mall located in Scarborough with lot of shopping options. With options at food court this mall is sure a must visit spot for shopping and weekend getaways.

  • Rudi Jock

When it was open, it was thriving. Good flow of customers and hardly any issues with parking. They even have roof top parking almost mid mall (entrance close to No Frills)

  • Meagan Kelly

Like this mall. It has some pretty good stores, but needs a book store. I don't like the busyness of STC hence why I go to this mall, but have to go there to get books.

  • phani indra

Serves good number of people because of location. It is not a so good for shopping. I only like service Ontario and JYSK store here. Even Walmart here is so small.

  • Debbie Micieli

WHY DID YOU GET RID OF WINNERS AND PUT ANOTHER STORE SELLING LUGGAGES LIKE YOU HAVE THEIR ALREADY. MALL WAS GOOD CAUSE IT HAD A WINNERS ....DISAPOINTMENT!!!

  • Darren Dwarka

Love this mall and its new improvements, Im curious to know if there will be a gamestop since there was eb games in this mall a long time ago

  • Shah Ahmed

Small but Good mall. Nice atmosphere. Food court is a bit small, sometimes it's hard to find seats and it smells like urine all the time.

  • Junaid Ibrahim

Wide range of shops, including walmart. Has a timmies, mcdies etc. Can get anything/everything you need. Good parking too :)

  • M Haque
