UPDATE (Dec 2023): Happy birthday Carmen Drive Community Pharmacy team! Love coming here and each time walking away happy! We came in yesterday because I remembered the covid booster and thought to see if we can get an appointment. Didn't expect that you could make space then and there and also walked away with some great advice to assist with our travel plans. Not only that a whole lot of "prices" because it was your birthday. I think i walked away with more goodies than I bought. What a team you are and what an impact you have on the community as witnessed by the happy well wishers and friendly people who kept coming by to say happy birthday. Don't change a thing! She not only helped us find an appropriate strap, but showed us the correct way and even emailed a video for future reference. For excellent customer service I would recommend coming to this pharmacy. The staff are friendly and so helpful. I went there to get my flu vaccination. The pharmacy has an awesome notification system to inform you of the process leading up to the vaccination as well as phone reminders. I had a skilled pharmacist injecting me - didn’t hurt. It’s all in the technique.

Lovely community pharmacy! It doesn't have the product range of a big pharmacy chain (e.g. Chemist Warehouse or Priceline), but the staff are welcoming, professional and the store is well-maintained. I've been here multiple times and it's a much brighter experience than heading to a shopping centre pharmacy.

The staff is friendly and knows what they are talking about. Got my flushot here last week. Well managed and professional. I also love that this Pharmacy is so deeply connected to the area by helping the primary and Preschool in educating Kids and supporting other locals. Well done!

I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! They are the only place in all of Sydney to offer the recycling of tablet/medicine blister packaging. They have to pay for that box so I am very grateful they have done this. The staff were kind and attentive when I visited and processing my script was quick.
