Super knowledgeable staff who have worked for Canada Post long term and know the products they offer. Far superior to the retail locations in drugstores if you’re doing more than just sending a letter or package.

The phone number on the site brings you to a customer service rep for Canada post and then tells me there is no way for me to contact the post office on Provencher directly. Quite annoyed

Debit / credit machine never works. Guy at the front desk is full of attitude. Unless you’re paying with cash & don’t mind dealing with that kind of personnel, go elsewhere !

If it says back in 10 minutes, it's going to be more like 30-40. Don't bother waiting... Go to another post office.... Have had issues with this post office several times
