By far the worst location in Winnipeg. First incident, they switched my locks and gave a random stranger from within my condo complex my mailbox key (without verifying their ID to see if they lived at my address), and I was then locked out of my box for over two weeks after I returned from vacation. During this time period, I was missing cheques, bills, etc, and had to sit on hold for hours as they refused to tell me who had my key (even though they made the box change without verifying the other persons ID). Second incident, I dropped off a pre-paid package with a model to return to Bell MTS, and they gave me an invalid tracking number and never ended up sending it back to Bell. I just received a $230 bill from Bell MTS for the un-returned equipment. They need to clean house at this location and start fresh - It's a total disaster!

If I could give 0 stars... because this is the real grade of my experience. I got there and asked for 1 Xpresspost prepaid for Toronto (send documents) and another prepaid for documents return. The cashier gave me one big envelope (for sending) and a little one for return. However I asked for a medium one and she said she didn't have (I thought it didn't exist). During the address filling, I realized I needed another little envelope and then, I heard by another customer that a medium enveloped existed however there was a lack of it at that CP unit. When I asked for another little envelope I was asked to go back to the end of line again. Awful place, will not come back never in my life. Best people are on Kenaston's unit in Sobbeys.

Worst experience ever! I don’t like to leave reviews, but I have to do this one. I lived nearby for 2years, always had awful experiences with this location. At least three times I came by within regular business hours, no staff here, then shoppers staffs always gave me excuses such as staff called sick, traffic etc. Today I came at 5:50pm to pick up my package ( Tuesday, not holiday, regular office hour is 9:00-19:00). I was in the line, there were three or four people ahead of me, the Canada Post staff just told me to leave because he was tired, he did not want to work anymore. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews ever but in this case I just have to, I always have good experiences with canada post. But I Recently started going to this one and every time I go there the same girl is working the one with shirt blue hair. She’s the most Miserable and rudest person. I always have constantly problems with her. At first I thought maybe we just got off on the wrong foot and maybe that’s why, but since talking to many people in the area she’s like that to everyone. Why do they keep her employeed I have no idea

The lady that works at the front desk (not sure about her name, the one with the short hair) needs training ASAP. She is always grumpy and not very helpful. I had received wrongful information from her at least 2x. If you are not happy with your job you should go look for something else to do. My recommendation is to take the extra drive to Sobeys on Kenaston or the one on Bishop... Do not go to Bridgwater if you have any questions or need help with anything. Way better service at other locations

I don’t often leave reviews but I had a pretty awful experience today when trying to send a package out. The young person with short hair that was working wasn’t the nicest when telling me their system was down for packages which is fine, not their fault at all but her tone and when I was asking for clarification on a few things they were very snarky and somewhat aggressive. May have been having a bad day but best to not take it out on random people just trying to send mail.

Important update there’s 2 ladies that act the same they have pink and rainbow hair. They have tattoos and are super rude beware of these 2 thanks everyone. New update there’s a new employee and he knows nothing goes by the name Chris avoid him at all costs if you can. He’s a headache and can’t get anything to work .

Supper aggressive service from Lindsey. She saw me coming but waited till I ring the bell to come to the cashier. Told I want to double check she entered the number correctly. No response. Just continue with her work and gave me the receipt. Never going back.

I am glad to seeing I am not the only one feels that short hair lady with tattoos are aggressive and disrespectful to people. And the Indian student who works there are way better, I was checking if he is work then I decided to do my shipping.

I was a little nervous when I saw the other reviews but I'm very happy with the service. The employee (I think his name was Ashton? If not I'm very sorry) was friendly, professional and efficient.

Usually quick and easy - staff folks are great, some have communication challenges though. Not a 5* because hours are very limited - they should do 12-8pm during the week and 9-8pm on the weekend

The staff work there name Gurtg always gives the best customer experience, he is patient and professional. Highly recommended!

What kind of canada post opens at noon on Saturdays. what a waste of time

Worst service ever, especially a stuff called Lindsay, super aggressive.

The short haired girl there is pretty rude and abrasive.

So fortunate to have a Canada post so close to home.

Quick fast easy . Both guys were really helpful.
