Please send this review to whomever manages this particular post office as this employee deserves recognition. Today I was there with my 1.5 yr old baby to send a package. I had to write the addresses on the package and had a bit of a hard time keeping my baby close to me while I did so. She wanted to run around and get into things. Nav was so kind to keep her entertained while I was busy and it made the experience easy and less stressful! She didn’t have to do that and it’s certainly not expected. It was pure kindness. I’m not sure if this is where I should leave this comment, but it’s all I could find. Thnak you Nav!

The service here is typically very slow. Despite there frequently being a line here there is only one staff member running the till. Usual post office services are available. Parking is poor and be careful crossing the parking lot in front of the store - there are often vehicles parked in the fire lane in front of the store, blocking access for passing cars and reducing visibility for the other drivers.

I used to receive great service from this post office. Unfortunately they hired some new workers and one of them just has a very lack lustre attitude. I send and receive quite a lot of mail regularly, so I'm familiar with both procedures. On more than one occasion this new employee has had an "I don't care" attitude, which makes going to this post office such a hassle.

I went there to drop my parcel for return, the girl name NAV was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards all customers. No greeting first of all, she handled my parcel in such a rude way and without eye contact while I was still talking say turned her on me. I afraid to go there in future . She needs to learn some etiquette and customer service.

They simply refuse to answer the phone. Been waiting on the line for 25 minutes now. Canada Post lost one of my packages and their suggestion was to call the post offices in my area and see if they had it (instead of me physically driving around to each one in the neighbourhood). Looks like I will have to drive around to each one after all.

This review is specifically for PO .In the midst of very difficult circumstances, Sheryn(Po manager) here provides absolutely first-class customer service every time . I can not thank her enough for the support and professionalism she shows. Many thanks indeed.

Asked if I was able to send a package and she said I'm unable to send due to safety reasons. The website said I could mail this product out so I went to a different canada post and asked them the same thing and no problem there..

The worst Canada Post service , they made me pay for an envelope that I didnt send, I ordered the xpress service (11 days to Mexico) and the lady at first told me that they do it "fast" when I ask.

The worker was on break for longer than the sign said. I had to get other employee to find them. Very unhelpful in finding my package.

It's GOOD place to sending money abroad by Money Gram .it's safe and secure for us, and It's my opinion, I don't know about others.

Works great. For those complaining of wait times, try when it is less busy. There is only one person at the desk.
