"Two workers in the office, both they are busy with one client snd line up so huge and waiting time more than 25 minutes and dome ppl in the line left without doing anything because it in sin to keep waiting for nothing, i asked one of the workers, you have two computers why you not use both, they said we can’t use it for no explanation at all !! Saturday at 1:45 pm October 30th"

I updated my verification for Capital one credit card. After two hours, I called capital one they told me that canada post didn’t complete the verification yet. I submit photo id proof with address proof. I don’t understand what he did in the system. Service should be efficient and useful. Very bad service
The post office was temporarily closed on March 21, 2022 and was reopening at 3:30pm. This photo was taken on Monday March 21st at 2:14pm. Are they allowed to be closed temporarily like that? On a business day? No employee behind the post office counter?
I use this post office 2-3 times per week. The staff at this post office are all very helpful and friendly and really care about the customers.
Staff here is amazing!! Helped me sort out a problem with a moneygram would highly recommend.
They didn’t bother to update their reduced working hours on Google Maps
