May want to consider going to the Grant Park, Maryland, or Osborne locations instead if you have the option. Not uncommon to have to wait in a long and slow moving line up. Seems to be a significant knowledge gap between staff members, and some of them can be pretty indifferent, or even defensive, to reasonable customer questions and/or concerns. Hours of operation are 9 am - 8 pm on some days, 9:40ish am - 7:50ish pm on others....

If i could leave less then 1 star I would. Canada post direct mailing is a joke. I had used their services a while ago to promote my business, and I discovered that they were still working on getting everything delivered 4 YEARS LATER. Just goes to show exactly how unorganized these people are and what a rip off their services are. These things would never happen with a privatized business. Complete waste of time and money.

The Post office in the Rexall on Corydon used to have the best team of employees. They were friendly and helpful. In the past couple years, the store changed a lot. I have had only unpleasant experiences and the worst ones have been at the post office. I am now dreading having to pick up a parcel there, and every time I wish I could do it at the Grant Park office.

That old balding Filipino is racist, doesn’t even try to hide it. Tested it with my partner who’s white, he was friendly to her and treated me absolutely cold and unwelcoming. He also pointed to the violence will not be tolerated sign when he didn’t have what I was looking for (I am proudly a kind and gentle person). Been here for 20 years and it’s sad to see.

Terrible service. I've been waiting for my package for a month. When I try to find out when the delivery will be or where I can pick it up myself, I do not receive an answer. Nobody wants to help

Drove all the way out and arrived at 7:35pm on Dec. 2/19 to drop off a package only to be told by the guy behind the counter that he had already closed his till.

One man seems to be philipino not professional,,I know one lady who unfortunately passed away I wished she's still there.

Live down the street and never had anything but extra help from this post office while picking up and mailing items.

I thought the lady at this post office was lovely and helpful. Thanks for getting the right postage on there!
