Today March16th I was there at 3 pm to pick up my parcel .at the time I don't see any customer on counter. Only one cashier .when I walked closed to counter. I just said Hi i would like to pick up my parcel ! Then a cashier's say louder to me .you have to waiting twenty minutes *^* I asked back have to waiting twenty minutes ? Yes ,up to you ! What happened ? Is this a right service for customers ? I don't mind waiting longer if too many customers when busy. But i believed no body want to waiting twenty minutes with no customer and nothing on the counter.

Maybe not this Canada Post. But the customer service from head office is rank. I ordered something. It's shipping through Canada Post. I have been waiting patiently all day for my package. I check tracking randomly. And it says that a notice has been left. They never rang my bell. They never tried to call me. Nothing. Just left a notice. I complained to customer service and they told me, and I quote, "we deliver to mailboxes, not people" so keep that in mind before you choose Canada Post.

The worst post office. I live next to it and go out of my way to mail somewhere else. The ladies here are rude and condescending. Thanks to them I bus to another post office. Really wish someone re train them or something as this is clearly an issue all the time.

Would give zero if I could.. worst customer service and they honestly don't seem like they have any training. Save yourself an hour of waiting to get no help and go to a different canada post. Myself and 4 other people left unhappy in one visit..

The lady at the front is extremely rude. I will be filing a complaint as this is not the first time for me and obviously many other people. Kindness goes a long way and her attitude is reflective to the whole company.

I have been going here for the past three years. Busy location! I can generally find what I am looking for, and receive the information I need. Staff for the most part are friendly and helpful.

Lady at the post office counter said to me "your not coming here are you, well your going to have to wait . I need to go to the washroom." And then just left me standing there for 10 minutes.

Out of all the Canada Post locations, this spot is my favorite. The people are friendly and fun to talk to, and they mail my items out without problem. Thank you!

Small department, but the staff tries to create comfortable conditions. The consultants are friendly and will always advise if needed.

Terrible experience. Dealing with an employee named Simone. Very rude and disrespectful. She needs some customer service training.

I have used for 3 years or so. Staff have always been pleasant. Sometimes it is busy and might be a short wait.

The hours are absolutely not accurate it’s very frustrating to take the time to come and they are closed
