Unfortunately my experience with Campbell dental did not live up to my expectations from reading these reviews. Due to covid restrictions, I chose to try out this dentistry closer to home. Everyone was very friendly and the dental hygienist was actually very good and gentle (therefore not a one star rating). However the cavity filling with one of the dentists was far from satisfactory. I experienced post op sensitivity right after the filling only when pressure is applied. Waited a few weeks as instructed and when the condition didn’t improve I went back to the doctor. A layer of desensitizer was applied without much investigation (even though the sensitivity was only triggered by pressure but nothing else), and was told root canal may be required if persisted. Unfortunately there was zero improvement with the desensitizer and I had no intention of going through root canal if can be avoided. At this point, I decided to take the hour drive back to my old dentist in Toronto for second option. He did a series of tests ( bite test, ice test) to rule out cracks etc, then he replaced the filling with temporary ZOE filling and asked me to test that out for some time. The sensitivity went away immediately the filling was replaced. The temp filling had been since replaced with new composite filling, with no post op sensitivity whatsoever. The previous composite filling was most likely not properly bonded was what I understood. Not sure what caused the faulty filling, whether it was workmanship or any other reason. I’m back to the former dentist despite the hour drive. I can’t image embarking on an RCT at this place after a simple filling failed like this.

I've had an awesome experience here. Both my Dad and I have had very serious dental histories that resulted in both of us being nervous at the dentist. Our experiences with this clinic have put our minds at ease, and the results have been amazing. I've seen Dr. Brad Campbell for a few procedures and he's been kind, gentle, and very professional. My Dad has recently been in hospital and needed a new set of dentures while he was there - Christine Lau was professional, patient, and very communicative with both of us. Lilia, at the clinic, has helped to administer all of this and has been a life saver. I really can't say enough about the awesome staff at this clinic! Absolutely amazing experience every time - could not recommend them highly enough!!

Our family travels from Toronto to Oakville; have for well over 30 years, just to have Dr. Campbell and his amazing team look after our dental health. Although we are surrounded by dentists in our TO neighbourhood, nothing could compare to the extreme professionalism, skill and absolute devotion to patients as the Campbell Group. I trust Dr. Campbell and his team with my whole being as I have had alot of work done on my teeth and am not exactly the most relaxed patient. Their referrals, follow-ups are exceptional. Even when other specialists did work and I called for assistance/input, Dr. Campbell was on it and then some. His support team are like a welcoming family. I, we would highly recommend them.

Welcoming and efficient front desk a staff and THE BEST Hygienists!!! Many hygienists have been with the practice for many, many years, a sure sign of happy staff and a well run practice. While every Hygienist that I have experienced is lovely, Christine is my favourite - thorough, precise and she had the lightest touch. Dr. Campbell is always friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. He works well with specialists and ensures my family’s dental health. We have been patients for 20 years and appreciate Dr. Campbell’s entire team.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! I’ve been going there for close to 30 years… I strayed a couple of times for convenience and I have nothing but regrets about it. I returned to Dr. Campbell’s office and have never gone anywhere since! I now travel all the way from grimsby, simply because they are incredibly honest, knowledgeable, kind and meticulous, as unfortunately straying taught me there are many dishonest dentists out there. I've been coming to Dr. Campbell's dental practice, before it was Dr. Campbell's dental practice, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The entire staff is amazing and a treat to deal with. They know us by name and make every effort to help however we need. Dr. Campbell in particular was amazing, when we were having issues with an Orthodontist and provided us with real 'family care' until the situation was resolved to our satisfaction.

I have been a client of Brad since he took over the practice twenty years ago. My experience each visit is allways positive and friendly. I have experienced each one of his staff to work on my teeth. Amazing dental group! I have been a patient of Brad Campbell's for many years. All staff are friendly, efficient and keep up to date with the latest techniques. They have recently updated their office and it is new and modern. I have regular dental work, implants and scaling/cleaning and I would highly recommend Campbell Dental Group for any dental work needed.

Dr Campbell’s dental clinic is one of the best in Oakville. I have been a loyal patient for 30 years. The entire staff is friendly and polite and the dental care is outstanding. I highly recommend them. I moved away from Oakville several years ago and I am now living in Stoney Creek but still rely on the Campbell Dental Group to take care of all my dental work.

Staff is fantastic. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel more than just a client. Nancy my hygienist does a great job and is always gentle on me. I was recently seen at Campbell Dental Group for an emergency appointment. I got the needed x-ray within 5 minutes of my arrival. I was given several treatment options by the attending dentist and within 15 minutes, I was feeling much better. This is a fantastic dental office. Highly recommended!

Very happy. I have been a loyal client for over 40 years now. I miss the fish tank in the waiting room. Even fish on the TV would help as rather boring otherwise.
