If you're looking for amazing cafe food with delicious bubble waffles for dessert, caffe W is the place to go! It's in an extremely convenient location (the 99 bus stop is RIGHT outside) and has such good food. Came here on Canada Day for brunch with my dad and the customer service was AMAZING. The man working was so friendly and told us all about how the sandwiches were made fresh. I got a vegan wrap (not that I'm vegan, it just sounded good!) and my dad got a breakfast wrap with a coffee. Afterwards, I had the chocolate bubble waffle and he had the caramel bubble waffle! It completely hit the spot and filled us right up ~ the plating was super cute and the portions were very large. The wraps tasted fresh and were flavourful, and the bubble waffles were made-to-order so they were warm and delicious :) I'll definitely come back!

Absolutely adored their royal waffle, mocha, london fog and cranberry turkey sandwich. The cranberry turkey sandwich was so good that me and my partner had to share a second one. One of the top 3 sandwiches of my life! The mocha was perfectly rich, the waffle had a great texture and the toppings were really well-balanced and the london fog tasted great. The management was incredibly nice, the cafe was really clean and their song playlist was perfect. Will 100% be coming back for more study dates!

I really enjoyed the coffee here! The sandwiches also looked good there were just ingredients I couldn’t eat in them. A friend had said the sandwich was good though! I got a latte and really liked it, the art on it was very cute as well, I would definitely recommend this spot to people, it’s a very good place to study as well and is in a cute area.

A cute and cozy coffee shop on 10th Ave, with a nice street view and convenient bus stops nearby. Their atmosphere is very nice, and their food is pretty great too. Though not a fan of their cold london fog, their cold chai latte is quite delicious, and I highly recommend it :)

I just went to one of the best and friendliest cafe ever! Mr.Poorie was a sweet and understanding person. He serves every customer with heart and care. As per what I ordered, I only got a large Chai Latte. It was sweet (like, real sweet) and you just feel like sipping on and on for a while... The vibe of the place is nice. And... the best part is, they have outlets! Be sure to bring your headphones if you like to zone in a little.

It’s a clean and organised space with nice music, wifi, outlets and tables to study or work and couches to relax with your friends. Visited this cafe with friends who came over to visit Vancouver, we ordered Royal waffle and a London fog and a spinach brioche which tasted delicious. The royal waffle was too colourful and looked loaded enough with a lot of toppings. Waffle was Quite heavy for one person. Server was too friendly and nice.

I got an oat milk latte and a breakfast wrap here! The breakfast wrap was tasty but not a standout, but the latte was incredible! Probably one of the best I’ve had. As another review I read mentioned, they get their beans specially roasted for them, so I bought a bag to take home. The owner was very kind and friendly and the space very chic and clean. Highly recommend you stop by and give them a try!

We visited here for the first time and it was very nice! It had a comfortable atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food!! Their coffee tastes amazing ( I love the fact they use paper straws! ), the turkey sandwich has a very rich taste and the tropical smoothie is awesome!! ( it has ice cream in it, so it i thicker than normal smoothies and taste really rich! ) The gluten-free apple pie tastes really nice too! Definitely we will come back again sometime!

The espresso is rich, with a good balance of bitterness and undertones of sweetness. The pastry was delicious with quality ingredients. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be returning for more delicious pastries and espresso.

Awesome atmosphere, and a great place to get lunch and a coffee! The cafe was very clean and well kept, and everything was reasonably priced! It’s also literally steps away from the 99 B-Line stop which makes it very convenient for the commute home from UBC. Bonus was that they even accepted American Express! I had ana amazing experience at this Cafe. People who work here and polite and respectful. I had caramel macchiato and it was yum. The coffee at this place has a distinct bitter after taste that lasts a few seconds which makes the enhances the coffee experience without being too bitter on your pallet.

Defintely a hidden gem. The interior (chairs, tables, decor) is comfortable and well spaced out. The food is simple, yet delicious and prepared with care. Lovely cafe with great music, fresh pastries, and delicious coffee and tea. A wonderful place to study or just sit for a while on non busy days. The beverages are great quality and come in larger sizes than other local places. Sandwiches are a bit on the smaller size but paired with a pastry it’s plenty to keep you full. They check vaccination status as an fyi.

The host was very friendly and recommended me the turkey cranberry sandwich which is absolutely delicious and flavourful. I’d highly recommend this place for good music too.

Very quiet place, great ambiance, and wonderful lattes. My fiance who doesn't even like coffee drank half my latte. The bubble waffles are good but they aren't the same as the ones you find in Asian cafes. The batter is basically pancake batter and it does seem like they use a bubble waffle iron, but they're not the crispy bubble waffles I think of.

Such a great café!!! The foods are great, the atmosphere is great, and the owners are so so friendly. Such a good place to study as well!!

Sin place for a quiet weekend morning breakfast! Ordered two bubble waffles with different flavor and we finished them all. Warm waffle with ice cream and whip cream turns out not too sweet, exactly perfect for the morning with black americano. Highly recommend.

Not sure why all the 5 star reviews? The coffee is terrible and most expensive too - $6.75 for a flat white??? The pastries didnt look great so I didnt try. Yeah - I enjoy a good coffee at places like nelson the seagul, nemesis, matchstick and beyond bread...those places are all great...this place, not even close.

My fav Caffe in Vancouver! The boss here is very nice and friendly. Always come here to study for midterm and finals, the lighting and musics are very calming and soothing, just at the right level for me to focus;)). This place looked cozy and it's quiet. It's a great place to study or hang out and chat with friends. They even serve gelato from Bella's Gelateria. Service is fast as well. I love the overall aesthetic to this place. If I'm ever around, I might just stop by to get another matcha green tea latte again.

This coffee shop is a little gem in point grey area. It has a great vibe and decor, and high quality drinks. i tried matcha latte and americano. Owner, Hamid, is very friendly and attentive to the customers. I'll be back!

Very cute small cafe. I had the flat white with milk, it had no sugar, but it was not bitter. It had great coffee flavor. The small piece of chocolate that came with the coffee provided a nice sweet contrast. I would come here again.

Got a caramel macchiato and a wrap and today they were giving chips and a chocolate with it! Both were good. Owner is friendly, inside is nicely decorated, furniture is comfortable, plenty of seating arrangements.
