Service is slow considering there might be 6-7 baristas most are going well to look busy but ineffective. Not usual to wait 10-15mins to be serviced. Most of the seating is outside and no split of the seating as is normal in Cyprus so it's very likely you will sit next to a table smoking, considering how packed in the tables are this ruins any enjoyment as all you can smell is somebody else chain smoking. Also sliding doors are open so even sitting inside you get quite a bit of smoke coming in.

Visited this Caffe during the weekend great location to seat & enjoy a cold drink, beautiful view. However this all came to crumbled when I order a latte Frappe to my surprise the waiter replied we don't have /do frappe here! Then asked for an Ice latte instead - was presented with a glass full of ice, milk and very bitter taste of coffee of which i have added enough sugar ( Danger) but barely succeeded in making in sweet. The worse part was like drinking bitter ice water, really deflated after this experience. Note that it did see later, another client coming out with a frappe one of the most consumed drink in the Island...

Prices are not bad if you compare with other coffee shops. Apart of a several kind of coffees you can have your quick breakfast or to taste a delicious snanks or your desert. The queues in this shop and the speed of customer service is ridiculously low for many months continuously. I am a regular Nero customer in other shops but when i go to the specific one its my nightmare. They most of the time have trainees by themselves serving or when a black shirt is there they move slow, speaking and chatting with each-other ignoring the customer. I have been managing coffee shops and number 1 priority is customer and speed. Nth like that there. The funny thing is that i once applied to manage the place and the operational manager and store manager who interviewed me are definitely not making their job correctly. Alex D. Limassol

Popped in for Iced cappuccino, ordered 2 with less ice. They both had one third coffee and two thirds froth. It was very bitter and so I asked for a little more cold milk to make it drinkable, the serving person just argued with me saying I had asked for less ice. He just carried on arguing saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. In the end I said please just give me a little more milk in it and forget about it. He did reluctantly. He should not be arguing with customers, the customer service is very poor. Shall not be going to Caffè Nero again.

You start waiting in the long queue, then when your turn comes, they ignore you and take the order from the next customer. You end up refusing their services because no one apologizes. Hey, guys, "a lot of work" IS NOT a reason to ignore your customer who waited for his turn patiently. Never coming again, never advising anyone to come.

It’s a great location where a digital nomad can work quite comfortably. There’s a table with plugs and sea view. The internet isn’t the best, I recommend using your own data. There’s no AC, it’s all open, so you technically sit outside enjoying the breeze. It’s a chain, so I can’t comment much on the offer. You will find better coffee in lots of independent coffee places around here, but whatever they have is quite satisfying.

Not written any where its self service so u can just sit and wait hours and no one will tell nothing. We took freddo cappuccino and grand frappe milkshake both are tasteless like im drinking cold water with sirup and coffee is very bitter. Only thing why i gave it 3 stars is for its location. Συνήθως έχει αρκετό έως πολύ κόσμο τα σαββατοκύριακα και τις αργίες καθώς και τα απογεύματα. Είναι πολύ όμορφο το μέρος δίπλα στο πεζόδρομο και τη θάλασσα. Δεν υπάρχουν σερβιτόροι οπότε πέρνεις ότι επιθυμείς και κάθεσε όπου επιθυμείς. Αυτό που μου μου αρέσει περισσότερο είναι ότι χρησιμοποιούν φρέσκο γάλα.

Coffee is decent, the main problem is the very long queue. It makes the branch off-putting. In addition to that the seating area is constantly over crowded to the point where there is no privacy to have a conversation. The tables and sofas are so close together you feel you are having a group coffee date with the entire branch.

The place is by the sea with beautiful view. We went there to enjoy the view, the sun and the coffee. That morning the staff was busy and seemed confused, service was very slow. I ordered caramel latte with fresh cream and cinnamon but I received just regular latte with cream(no caramel flavour, no any cinnamon). It was my first time experience in this caffè but honestly I was disappointed.

WORST COFFEE SHOP ON EARTH. Terrible service waited over 25 minutes to be served just to get a fruit cooler. Felt ignored. Awful awful awful. Rude staff. Not even a smile. Worst coffee shop on the PLANET. Avoid.

Ένας όμορφος χώρος δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Στον χώρο αυτό μπορείς να πιείς τον καφέ σου και να απολαύσεις ένα σνακ, χαλαρώνοντας στους καναπέδες με θέα την θάλασσα και την μαρίνα. Είναι self service, όποτε ότι θέλετε να παρετε, πρέπει να πάτε μόνοι σας στο ταμείο. Σχετικά με τις τιμές πιστεύω πως είναι κανονικές, αλλά αυτό το μαγαζί μας προσφέρει και θέα. Αξίζει να πάτε!

It is located at a nice spot by the sea on Molos, Limassol. It is beautifully decorated like most of the Nero cafeterias I've been to and offers friendly and helpful service. Good quality of goods offered. I'd like there to be more vegan options.

Absolutely unacceptable and appalling service. Asked for a sorbet icecream due to allergy to only find out later that all their icecreams include milk and it was my fault for not making a big scene before paying so they could actually understand why I asked for sorbet and not all icecream flavours. Their customer service simply cannot be described.

The cafe is in a good location, a bit noisy, but with great coffee. However, everything is very slow, it takes a long time to get anything... You have to place your order at the counter and stand in long lines to get a coffee or juice.

Είναι κρίμα επειδή αν και τόσο ωραίο μέρος μένουν τα τραπέζια πολύ λερωμένα από τα ροφήματα και τα φαγητά. Οι υπάλληλοι δεν προλαβαίνουν να τα καθαρίσουν. Επίσης αρκετές φορές τα περνάνε μια φορά με το πετσί που είναι μαύρο από την βρωμιά. Ίσως να βοηθούσε να υπάρχει περισσότερο προσωπικό έτσι ώστε να προλαμβάνουν να καθαρίζουν καλα.

The staff are the most slowest people I have seen in bars. If you order food, the queue increases to 10 people. Among 3 people, 2 of them are always doing something not connected with the customer service - washing floor, putting food from one place to another. Founders of this cafe! You are loosing revenue because this issue!

Male staff was rude and simply didn't care and didnt want to be there. The honey chicken wrap was soggy but edible. Would only go back because they sell coffee pods.

A nice place for coffee or a light meal, on the seafront promenade in Limassol. Friendly staff, good beverages, and decent prices. It was cool the day I went, so we ate inside. But in warmer weather you'll want to sit outside, facing the sea. Cafe Nero is a chain with restaurants in other Cypriot towns.

Appalling experience poor service and very slow and coffee latte had no taste it tasted of water because there was too many ice cubes. I asked them to redo it properly. You have to order and wait in the queue and no service at the table. I would not recommend. The croissant didn't taste good either

Same great taste as all Nero coffee shops. What I like the most? The fact that I know they even if I drink a specific coffee in Cyprus or abroad the quality and taste will be the same! Moreover one of the best views from Molos. Simply grab a coffee and enjoy the amazing view that it offers!

Fantastic spot and view, shame for the extremely slow service. Only just wish an independent coffee shop took this spot…

Maybe the most amazing location directly at the sea. We always enjoy the view and the tasty coffee plus cookies or cakes. The staff is pretty busy in the rush hours, still fast and professionell. The toilet situation I dont really like there. Everything Else is fine and clean.

My favorite cafe in Limassol, great views and great staff. This one gets busy on hot days so get ready to wait to get your order in. Staff are very kind and are always wanting to help. The internet (Feb 2020) was really bad if you plan to go here for work from a laptop

We visited about half a dozen Caffe Nero’s in Paphos and Limassol and I can say by far we had the best experience at this one. The manager on duty (or perhaps it was the owner) was incredibly friendly and kind. The coffee was pretty good too …

The toilets here are filthy.Soap stinks, no tissues, door is broken, toilet is not working,smells like... you don't have to know.. Coffee nero is one of the most expensive franchise. I dont recommend this place here. I wish I had 0 star option.

Great spot to hang out at, at any time of day. I visited at night, the seating atmosphere is laid back, music is nice, overlooking the sea, and nice crowd. The staff are friendly and helpful working round the clock.

Another caffè nero experience, same as always in the heart of Molos in Limassol. Friendly stuff and perfect location. A nice gateway to ease off your mind or catchup with some friends. Overall I would recommend 100%

Location is very nice and relaxing. I loved the nice outdoor seatings, really confortable. We had two smoothies, very tasty. A bit pricey. Portions were huge, maybe they should consider to offer medium sized drinks.

The view is certainly beautiful. But the staff are unfriendly, and so are the frozen desserts. I haven't seen that anywhere else. I don't recommend it.

Drinks were fine but they need consistency with Safe pass. Went in ordered drinks - did not get asked for safe pass - sat down. Went back for an extra drink after about 10 mins and got asked for safe pass

Σήμερα όπως κάθε φορά ήρθαμε με το σκυλάκι μας και μας έκαναν πρόβλημα να βγούμε έξω με την δικαιολογία πως η εταιρία δεν θέλει να εισέρχονται στο χώρο τα κατοικίδια πλέον. Πραγματικά πολύ λυπηρό!

Worst service ever ! It is a shame because it is great spot with good products... but you can’t be slower.. 4 trainees on a Sunday.. you come for breakfast you have it a lunch time..

Nice bar on the sea, but the service is inexistent, the waitress seems sad and angry with the world, they clearly don't want to work. Tables are dirty and the floor too. Very bad!

The wrap I got had very little food in it. 2 slices of tomato throughout the wrap and very little chicken. Staff were friendly but for food I will not be going back.

Coffie is good but the staff are more interested in making jokes with each other. They can't even smile at you. Won't be going there again.

What differentiates Caffé Nero from competitors is the location and decoration . Always best locations and you feel home and relaxed.

Great cafe. Free wifi and good work spot. The coffee is good to with very fair prices. My cappuccino was 3 EUROs. Very popular spot.

Terrible slow service, seems to be consistently an issue of late. Spend your money at an independent further down towards the marina

Beautiful location right next to the beach, the service here is slow. coffee is ok. there a place to seat outside and also inside.

No so much variety but the decoration inside is very cute and relax for work or chill with friends. Is very nice the localization

I had there relaxing and beautiful experience. Drinks and desserts aren't crazily expensive and I've really enjoyed it.

Popped in here for a salted caramel iced coffee and snack when out for the day in Limassol. Delicious and very filling.

Beautiful setting. Not convinced by staff as they got the order wrong.

Ειναι βρώμικα! Οι καφεδες βγαινουν λαθος συνεχεια! Πως γινεται σε παγωμένο καφέ να μην μου βάζουν παγάκια!!;;;;!!

Good coffee, Loos are disgusting! Coffee was perfectly made but they are very slow. Avoid if you’re in a hurry.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία.Στο μόλο της Λεμεσού ωραίος απολαυστικός καφές.Το μείον για μένα είναι το self service

Very bad place. If u want to eat dry sandwiches and 2 days old sweets...it's your place. I don't recommend.

Άθλιο μαγαζί οι σόμπες δε δουλεύουν έξω . Ούτε μέσα έχει ζέστη . Απορώ πως δούλευει αυτό το μαγαζί ακόμη .
