No this is not my real name but I do go to this school. The problem I have with this is school is that the year advisors don’t do anything to help us. They are just THERE. They don’t care about what the students wants. Like for example, the Chinese students came over to this school few months back and a friend of mine asked if she could skip the “goals program” as she wanted to perform(dance) for them on their farewell day. But no. That year advisor(not mentioning specific names) said she( my friend) already had a role on that day and that she didn’t want to make our school “look bad”. I thought that students were allowed to make their own decisions. Also, the science teachers here are really bad. They don’t really explain it properly. Not saying all of the science teachers. Just most of them. We have a science exam tommorow and all they give us is a booklet about what “we need to know”. It doesn’t explain the questions or the answers to it. We have to search for ourselves. And everytime we ask our teacher to explain something, she talks about unnecessary things which don’t relate to our questions. She doesn’t explain it. She just starts listing examples but how are we supposed to understand those examples if she’s not explaining what it is? She gets embarrassed easily so when something happens to our class, she takes it out on us. Also, why would you cram up all of the exams in just one week. An exam after another and another. As a school in the whole state, teaching abilities here are pretty low. Like what is it with the school’s care of their own presentation. We go on excursions. It says “must wear full school uniform”. We walk a long distance so why can’t we wear our sport shoes? You guessed it. Because it will make the school look bad to the public. I have to bring this up too. Leather shoes are unnecessary. This adds to another huge cost of the students’ family. We have to have leather shoes and also sport shoes. Why? Because of safety reasons like when you do woodwork or food technology. WELL HELLO?! Not all students do these electives. From what I heard from others, sky high is lowering their grades because they take many days out of school. I will just end it here.

I currently go here and am gonna transfer to another school, the bullying here is a massive issue, and the school does nothing about it, a girl commited last term along with a passing of a teacher, they barely even recognised the girl, only a assembly about her but that’s it, while the teacher gets recognised IN THE ACTUAL WEBSITE, in my opinion this school is terrible, Mr. Avery does not help! I came to him so many times about bullying and he did nothing, I tried to commit but my mom found out and talked about it to both Mr. Avery and the councillor, I forgot the councillors name but they both ignored it and started talking about sleep, they only give people warnings, I got made fun of in-front of the whole class and the teacher did nothing, the school does not care about education but uniform, only Mrs yoo cares, in my opinion, but the school is that messed up that nobody else cares, I went to school in my sisters jacket due to forgetting mine, the school sent me to the office to get a new jacket, me and my friend have been bullied this whole year, by our whole class and even people from other schools, and most of the time I cannot go to school due to therapy and other issues, most of the time I get sick, the school tried to force me to go to school WHILE SICK, one day I tried to go to school but I just started visibly shaking and sweating when I got to the gate, I just couldn’t do it, but I don’t wanna leave my friend but I need proper education so I have to tranfer, the teachers force us to go on excursions that some don’t wanna go on, I find this school quite sickening in so many ways, there are holes in the bathroom stalls along with inappropriate drawings, you have to cover up the holes with tissues, there are people vaping in the bathroom, and it feels like I cannot get help because the teachers and school do not care.

If your talking about this school education wise then I’d reckon its okay to me, some teachers are a pain but it’s pretty common in a HS. But if your talking about this school in general then its a complete mess from my personal experience being here. Fights happen almost daily, with police almost as well always showing up. Most staff on duty rarely do anything to stop fights, suspensions given out left and right for stuff for many reasons, sometimes even messed up. Kids always vaping in bathrooms consecutively, the toilet hygiene is terrible, students always messing the place up rarely flushing, pee stains everywhere, tissues always ripped all over the place. Some classes are extremely dirty with gum almost certain underneath every table of the school, no air conditioning, students with no manners, and not to mention the ‘Eshay’ subculture among many year-groups. I wouldn’t recommend this school if you want your child to be in a safe environment, local or not.

The school in general is okay, they’ve updated the buildings BUT… no air conditioning. The deputies don’t do anything but sit in their offices, staff do not care about the eduction & grades but are more focused on uniform. Saying this from personal experience only because I enrolled for 4 months and left. Students constantly vaping in broad daylight sometimes in classrooms where teachers do nothing but tell them to put it away. Staff in the office were constantly rude and gave attitude when my parents would come in to sign me out for an early leave. The deputy principle taking care of stage 6 seems to have a racial problem and tends to target on specific kids. I had 2 close friends who were meant to graduate yet the same deputy did everything in her power to stop that from happening. Overall not recommended if your thinking of enrolling your child.

Went here in 2022 and its a trash school, only reason why its considered good is cause they try to cover it up by boasting about the high HSC marks, and what not. In reality its garbage, lets be real half the kids who go here nowadays only go for show. Most girls here aren’t learning nothing but to look pretty with their long eyelashes, wear their skirts like undies, and the lil flops only go to fight, bully, vape and find partners. Only the nerds represent this school as a whole. dont enroll ur kid here unless you want them to be around dropkicks lmao. Maybe in the past it was good but in recent years its turnt into hot garbage.

Absolutely marvelous school with probably the best principal I have ever seen in my life. Beth is it absolutely amazing person and within a few short months my son's life and grades completely turned around. He started excelling, became more confident, made good friends, after coming from a school with a huge bullying issue, Beth managed to gain his trust, build a report with him and help him feel safe so that he could focus on his academics and becoming a better person. I'd recommend this school to any parent! You'll never meet a better principal than Beth.

This ain't my real name. But Stealing and Theft is a big problem in this school and quite common among students, I had my money stolen before, and many kids had their own stuff stolen from their OWN schoolbags. Some of this is partly due to some compulsory rules in place. Such as you have to leave your bags down somewhere before entering the canteen, library, during sports, and unfortunately it’s probably not even safe to leave your own bags in the classrooms due to ways students can enter them.

Terrible school, have some backbone and discipline these "eshays". They're constantly causing a ruckus and harrassing people and what does this school do about it? Nothing, Nada, absolutely 0 punishment. You could walk around this school blasting music and most teachers will do nothing about it. In this school, bringing a knife and being mean to someone are equally as bad because they both get the same punishment, a few days of suspension.

This high school is really amazing experience because the principal view me as pleasant and a very polite pupil who looks around me.
