If I could give negative stars, I would. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! We were there on Monday to request an insurance quote for our cabin, since our home insurance is with CAA as the broker. The receptionist took our names and told us to have a seat. No problem. Waited a while and then a very nice woman explained to us that she couldn't do any quotes, not sure of the reason, and she gave us the card of a co-worker to call in the morning. Whatever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH NATALIE. She doesn't listen, is rude, and very hard to understand. It takes alot to get me worked up but when someone refuses to listen to what is being said on the phone, I have no patience for that. On more than one instance, the information that I gave her and then the information that she read back to me were completely wrong. So, I would correct her and she STILL got it wrong. In the conversations with her I was called a liar, without her actually saying the word, I was told that I was being untruthful about the property because she pulled the realtor listing. That's fine. Pull the listing. I knew they would but don't tell me I'm being untruthful about one of the buildings on the property or the wood stoves. It's a hunting cabin. No water. Was told that wasn't possible. I'm now in the process of moving my home insurance to another broker. Too bad because the woman that we had when we obtained our house insurance was amazing.

We visited the St Anne's location to book for our trip to the Maritimes. I had called ahead to make an appointment as well as ask a few questions to be well prepared for our meeting. At that time I asked about car rentals and there was no mention of them not being available. I mean how can you tour the maritimes at your leisurely pace without a car rental? At the appointment the agent told us that there are no car rental available and that I should've been aware of it as the person I spoke with relayed that information to us. (She didn't) She defended her coworker by stating that she was an old vet working there for 20 years and "she know what she is doing." She took a call while we were there, she made no attempts to apologize for the mixup, she then tried to book us on an Alaskan cruise or a trip to Europe. It seemed like she was in it for herself, she didn't try to offer us alternatives to make this trip happen. We went home and did everything online ourselves. We booked our flights and found 2 cars to rent. Selena Harrison shouldn't be in the hospitality industry as she is in it for herself not her clients. I will never go there again.

My wife and I would like to meet about travel insurance with a rep at the St. Anne's office. When we called the St. Anne's number we were sent to the call centre. They tried to connect us but didn't get anyone. I tried a second time to set up an appointment by calling the same number. Got the call centre again. He said he'd transfer me, nothing! I called the number on the back of my card, and again got the call centre. Cannot reach St. Anne's at all after four attempts. Finally the call centre said they'd try to Skype with them to let them know we were trying to get through. I lost it and said, forget it. I phoned again the next day. Call centre again. Today I phoned this afternoon to St. Anne's and again got the call centre. Cannot set up an appointment for Friday as we wanted to compare two insurances with them so we are just going to drive there and see if we can meet in person on Friday morning. Have never had this trouble before trying to reach St. Anne's. The personnel at the office are super and very helpful if you ever get through to them. Frustrating beyond words!!!

Even after trying for over two weeks I was not able to talk to any CAA agent to discuss my Home Insurance Policy which was due for renewal. The receptionist at St. Annes CAA office took my phone number several times and has told me that someone will contact me but I did not get any call back. Upon personally going to St. Annes office I was told that without getting an appointment I can not meet anyone as all agents are very busy. I have been a CAA client for over 15 years and this is the first time I have got such an experience. I tried to explain to the receptionist that it is important for me to renew my policy before that but she was not willing to give the required appointment. I even sent an email to the CAA @contact us. I got a reply that someone will contact me. Still nothing happened - no one contacted. Perhaps, the CAA staff is too busy and I really wish them well but their apathy has really perplexed me.

Booked a staycation for September. Had to cancel because the 3rd party company that CAA used to book hotel booked the wrong package and the hotel would not honour the package we paid for. Cancelled a month before the staycation date (well within the cancellation period) and I never received my refund. I reached out to CAA to rectify the situation and the CAA rep told me that I will receive a refund within 2-3 weeks. 4 week went by and I still didn't receive my refund. I reached out again and rep said they are working on it but ultimately it's the 3rd party company that needs to refund me. It's been almost two months since I've cancelled my staycation and I have yet to receive a refund. As a CAA member I am extremely frustrated and will not be using CAA in the future.

Helpful, obliging personnel.. We were looking for non medical masks.. May be a little more expensive than other places but worth every cent.. Like the Tilley for comfort, washability --u can purchase liners. Feel Pacsafe best for those with hearing aids as they don't tangle as easily as the smaller elastics. The part that goes behind the ear is wider so when you take them off, you aren't yanking the hearing aids out. They are very breathable and not hot.. Receptionist had quite the audience as she explained pros and cons of masks.. Speedy, friendly check out was a breeze as usual.. Always quality product.. Excellent Customer Service..

Another update: September/ 2023 I used CAA travel assistance to plan a trip to Disneyland. Selena the CAA rep was wonderful! She planned the whole trip, answered all my questions and the trip proceeded without any issues!!!! Thank you Selena! UPDATE: July/2022, Another positive experience with CAA! Thank you! Always quick, courteous and efficient at a great price!!!! I have phoned CAA for assistance starting my car three times in the last 6 months. Great service, reasonably priced membership, cost and time effective, professional, knowledgeable representatives! Thank you CAA! I would not be without this membership!

I called CAA during office hours to get travel health insurance for an upcoming trip. As I only got a recorded message, I left my name and call back number. Next day nobody called back. I called the office again only to be told somebody would get back to me within 3- 4 business days. Really? I escalated this to CAA leadership head office explaining my request. Only to be told they’ll try to get someone to call me back within the day. At the end of another day, nobody got back to me. As a CAA member, is this the kind of service you provide to your members ?

This location has a large parking lot. I have never seen it full. The parking lot is easy to access and to park. The entrance is eazy to locate and use, no stairs. Once you enter you are greeted by friendly staff. The staff will enquire why you are visiting and how they can assist you or point you in the right direction. They have clothes and travel supplies. They offer many travel services. They have friendly staff and a great amount of good travel advice.

A total mess with requested Canada Parks pass. Reception doesn't answer nor return voicemail messages left. Then central "contact us" email centre promises things that dont happen. Get there to StA branch. Zero stock. Have to go to KP branch. At rush hour and construction delays. Then no member discount given. I will be following up directly.

Customer service lacking as far as poor follow up. Dealt with a rep named Ajay (not sure of sp) at St. Anne's via phone. Asked for a quote, gave him all the info, and then....nothing. Had to phone several days later to complain and ask them to do their job at a bare minimum. Still waiting for said quote....guess it's another broker now.

Very rude employees. I went to park in the parking lot as I saw someone else do the same, one of the workers comes out yelling at me about it I told her “can you be nice about it” twice. She kept yelling which is unprofessional while she’s at her work place. Didn’t get her name but she needs to learn to MATURE! You’re an adult for sake.

Despite GPS and Google maps and smart phones, I like to have a map of the area that I'm travelling to. CAA provides that for me and the travel books provide valuable insight into the areas to be visited. Also with a map handy, we are less apt to end up taking a route that is dangerous or makes sense because it is GPS recommended.

I went in to pick up my online order. Staff was masked and so were customers including me. Gives me comfort. The staff person at the desk opened my very large box to enable me to repack to carry my items. She also gave me a bag for two very large items. Excellent service once again from CAA St.Anne's Store.

This CAA location is so extremely busy. Calling this branch is a lost cause. You will never get through to anyone. It is really inconvenient because the front desk isn't an option on their phone menu, so you need to wait on the line for a specialist to ask a simple question. Really frusterating.

Went to purchase CAA for my wife for the first time,I had to struggle for service, finally I was served and got the card, went back a year later for renewal and again.... no service, waited and requested service but I guess i was in the way, so this time I walked out the door never coming back.
