I had to take my car in for (what I thought would be) a private quote. Camille, the director, looked at the car on the spot, called to check for parts and gave me a quote within 5 minutes. He was also very kind about my two young children who I had to bring along, cautioning me to watch them closely as we crossed the road to where I had parked my car, explaining trucks often fly by. I ended up going through insurance, and CNR were excellent about everything: they contacted us, assessed the car quickly when I bought the car back (Camille remembered the vehicle from my previous visit), and were able to offer me a booking for repair quickly. When I indicated I needed time to arrange a car, Camille told me he could arrange one, as the insurance company of the party who hit my car would be billed for it, and all I would have to do is drop my car off for repair and drive away in a loan car. I asked how long he would need the car for, and he said three days: it was exactly three days. The car was immaculate when I picked it up- it had also been cleaned and detailed, and I would have been in and out in less than three minutes, except I had a enquiry about my husbands car and a scratch which we wanted repaired: Camille talked me through the issues with the paint on that enquiry, We will be happy to bring that car back when we can. I thoroughly recommend CNR, the service and quality of their work is excellent.
