Loved the Busters back home in Grande Prairie. But, this location here was such a disappointment. I was craving a donair and went to the store at 9pm. I ordered the regular donair with cheese, lettuce, extra tomatoes and ease up on the onions with sweet sauce. The guy who helped me put on gloves with the til and debit. My order rang in and a different larger chubby guy with no gloves was eating and still chewing a mouthful of food. When with no gloves, grabbed the meat and started shaving it. Then threw some on the grill and the rest into a steamer. Then he grabbed a pita with his bare hands, sprayed the grill with a water bottle and tossed the pita on the grill over the water. It's, now he finally puts on gloves but proceeds to blow on them withnhis mouth also blows towards the veggies. Then he grabs the pita and tosses it onto the table and reads the screen. I remind him extra tomatoes, lettuce and only a little onions with sweet sauce. I see the tomatoes he puts in they're NOT diced and instead sliced in large half slices. He just puts in 2 slices. I get home which is not far and my donair is friggin cold! It's wrapped in foil and not in a little plastic donair pouch or bag. As MOST places do that because the donairs leak and drip. It's loaded with large thick peices of onions when i asked for just a little! The donair is not even with the contents inside. The cheese is not placed in the center and not melted. The meat is cold, the lettuce is cold. And it falls apart and difficult to eat because it's not in the small plastic donair bag, than wrapped in foil. Worst donair I ever had anywhere! This place makes Queen Donair look like the best around! Lol. When it's clearly Swiss Donair! Avoid this place and go to the 7-11 down the street and get a hot dog instead of this place. It was slow when I walked in, yet it seemed like a dirty kitchen, with unprofessional, caring cooks.

Just a heads up, don't ever order from BUSTERS pizza... Roughly two weeks ago I ordered through Skip and my pizza came totally wrong and burnt to boot. I contacted the location directly and the guy working had to call a manager to approve a note on my file saying I would get a pizza of the same value and free delivery since I wasn't getting anything refunded through Skip. It took him so long to get back to me that they didn't have a delivery driver anymore and pick up wasn't an option, hence going through Skip. Tonight its hot as heck so I decided to redeem my free pizza. A guy comes on the line and said because I gave them a thumbs down on Skip it affected their rating and they didn't make THEIR profit so I no longer am being offered my free pizza and delivery. I asked if I could speak to a manager and there was a long pause. I said "are you a manager?" To which he responded "I'm a supervisor" so I asked again to speak to a manager. "Oh I'm a manager too actually"... Like what, if you don't want a thumbs down then make your food right. If you don't want a bad rating, make your food right. This was the 106ave and 116st location but I will NEVER order from any Busters again.

I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE! January 2022 During this month, I've ordered twice and have always ordered the same dishes from day one. I'm a regular customer and for my wings order, I always get 2 ranch dip sauce. This 3rd order tonight, Justin, the supervisor told me he has to charge me extra for the 2nd dip. I told him even the owners when they're present, I get the extra sauce with no charge. I had to repeat myself 3x to him and he wouldn't listen to me. I think Justin is playing power trip and I'm tired of his poor customer service! I've had previous orders from him and some of them were prepared messy but I've never complained. I come pick up my order, there's no greetings, no hi nor hello, no smile, as if I'm disturbing him. Last night while waiting for my order, he was playing an Indian music and so loud but I never complained. He gave me the impression he couldn't care less whether I order or not so I told him never will I give my business to this pizza place ever again! I deserve respect as a regular and loyal customer for over a year now, since November2020! You're not the only pizza place in town!

This review is based in Dec 31st 2020 so keep in mind it was extremely busy sense it was new years eve. Ok the restaurant was nice and clean, the ordering process was great used the app that Buster's provides. Walked to the restaurant because it is close to my place. When we arrived everything seemed ok everyone wearing masks everything good, we were told just a few minutes because they were busy, not a problem.... It's new years eve. As the food was being cooked I kept looking in the back you can clearly see the cook kept taking his mask down and touching the side of his pants then putting the mask back on all well cooking food. I understand you are busy but during this pandemic that is unsanitary. I talked to the lady at the front she apologized for the employee doing this to his mask. She was very nice. Now for the food Jalapeno poppers were great! Donair was great! The poutines were great! The pasta we received had next to no sauce and the taste was not that great for that reason. I would go here again but I don't think I will order the pasta again. hopefully the mask situation is better next time.

Pretty bad experience with this location. I live in a building with numerous suites, so I put in the instructions my phone number with a must call note. I receive no call. And then when I called them to find out where my order was, they try to argue and say I had it. First they argued if I didn't get my order, why did I wait so long so call? Then they tried to say the phone number and address I put in were wrong, despite my confirmation email showing I put both in correct. THEY put it in wrong. They finally decide to actually believe me and deliver me my order. And then the food is subpar. Both pizzas have a wrong topping, even though when they tried to blame me for putting in the wrong info, they confirmed I also put in the correct topping I wanted. All on their own, they mistyped my phone number, my address, and put on the wrong toppings, while blaming me for it. Will not be ordering from this location again

Wow. wow. wow...Wish I could give more than 5 stars!....I somehow got my order super messed up by Skip the dishes and the order was slated to go to my work.... which is downtown. Living 20 minutes away, this wasn't gonna work out very well. Skip said I couldn't cancel my order and that I would have to forfeit (Pay for the meal, but not get it delivered) I called Busters to try to figure out something and the owner was so incredibly awesome. He went WAY out of his way to help us out. Not only did he convince the Skip driver to drive the distance, he also put a few extras in our order just to help us feel better about the mix up. I cant remember when we have had such incredible customer service. Highly highly recommend!!!! Yay Busters!!!! (boo Skip the dishes)

Sorry I have to write this. The food was quite unpleasant. Found some type of wire mesh fried into a chicken drumette. The pizza was way over cooked (Too dark). So was the cheesy garlic bread, super dry and no garlic flavor. The service picking up there was nice and friendly. But that should be a normal thing. What is happening to the standards of good food? Does no one care or put some pride into preparing food any more? As a cook myself, I always ask myself before serving, "would I eat this?" Anyways, They can have my 50 bucks and I will not be returning and do not recommend.

Some friends of mine ordered from them for game night and it was so good, so the following weekend I ordered from them. There was a menu item that wasn’t available which I ordered through the skip app and the manager called me and offered me not only an alternative but also a free pizza on my next visit (which I don’t intend to claim, the alternative was just fine and they did nothing wrong but the service was above and beyond). The pizza is great and their tzaziki is awesome. Probably my favourite donair pizza in town because not only do they offer tzaziki as a sauce but they crumble the donair meat so you’re guaranteed meat in every bite. Definitely going to make them a regular pizza place.

We love the donairs from this Busters, always delicious consistent. We have had their pizza as well and previously really enjoyed the crispy crust and perfect amount of toppings. However this time with the Greecos and donair pizza’s they were both lacking in sauce, as in hard to find. With a donair pizza, no sweet sauce, not really a donair pizza and the Greek pizza just tasted of spinach (also very very little sauce) and it was very wet and made the crust very soggy. Had this been our first experience with Buster’s, we would not order again. I’m giving 3 stars because previously was so great.

Stopped in yersterday for a donair and curly fries. By far the worst food experience I've had. The donair was bland. The meat was rubbery and the sweet sauce watery and flavorless. The curly fries were not seasoned either, so very bland. I told the guy working and he apologized but didnt offer any kind of refund or anything. I will not be going back to this place and making sure my friends and family know not to waste their money here. Update*** Today all three of us who ate during the visit yesterday have experienced symptoms of food poisoning. I wish I could give this place negative stars.

Great location, excellent food and service. Mark the owner is a kind, polite hard working individual. We run a small business near by with bunch if hungry guys and this busters location is our new "go to" Donair and pizza joint. Tried the pizza for the first time today and was blown away. Love how they add just enough pizza sauce to perfectly compliment the toppings. They have parking in the front and rear of the building so if u drive by and don't see any stalls in the front, just keep going around to the rear. Highly recommended.

Don't order from their online platform. Placed an order through the website, and an hour later it still hasn't been delivered. Called to check and had to redo the order, as the online order hadn't been received. Thought they discounted the order for waiting an hour for the online order that never processed, turns out they rang in the wrong size for the reorder, then corrected it and sent both size pizzas (S and XL) back at the original price, charging full price for a mix up in their system not processing an online order.

This is the best Buster's location to go to! Why? Because they wash their hands and wear a glove before they make your food! The worker advised they practice handwashing regularly as the owner, who is a nurse, reinforces this practice. I live far from this location but I will come here instead. Other locations that I have been to will take your order, manage the cash register, and then go straight to making your food without washing their hands. Watch out for this next you go to Buster's! You'll see what I mean.

ordered for delivery, wish I had tipped more on the app for the driver, he was a really nice and friendly guy. Donair pizza was actually quite good, I'm usually very picky with donair pizzas. The other one I ordered was the Bust Max, it was alright, a little bit too salty for my liking, probably because it had quite a lot of olives. you can also see the boxes are quite drenched so maybe they're a bit too greasy. Overall a pretty good place for busy nights with little to no time to cook, close to our place too.

My husband and myself have been ordering from All hours Donair for years until we discovered this GEM of a place ! Hands down the best ! The man or anyone we speak to over the phone is so nice and forth coming. Not to mention, the delivery man who has come to my building maybe 4 times this week already, is such a hands down man ! I have ordered from this location a few times and have loved it. We ordered a chicken ranch pizza tonight and it tasted off like the meat was old. I bit into one piece and there was a disgusting flavour, I spit it out immediately and it looked like a small dark object that felt like a piece of cardboard. I'm not sure if it was rotten meat but it was the most disgusting thing I've ever found in my food from a restaurant. We threw out the pizzas, we were completely turned off from them.

we ordered multiple individual pizzas for our hungry healthcare staff working short on staff. Individual pizzas were awesome and kept everything COVID compliant in the hospital setting. I play it simple with cheese and tomato - then dip it in creamy garlic sauce. Crust/dough was so tasty - fluffy but still had a nice crisp to it. Cheese was delicious. Absolutely no complaints! Definitely will order again from them. Thank you buster’s for feeding hungry healthcare workers!

We walked into this location and ordered a super cheese donair, donair poutine and cheesy garlic sticks. We waited 30 minutes for our food. We got extra cheesy garlic sticks for the wait. The donair meat was dry and my poutine was swimming in gravy with no donair meat like I had asked for. We stumbled upon this hidden gem in downtown Edmonton tonight. The building and decor are brand new so great vibe, awesome place to eat in or order a takeout. We tried their pizza and let me tell you the crust is amazing. The sizzling chicken pizza is out of this world. They were generous with the cheese. Poutine was my second favorite. It tasted fantastic. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. I cannot wait for our next visit to try their donair

Was a little hesitant to order from Buster due to previous bad experiences with the North Side location but certainly glad I ordered from here tonight. This gives Roadrunner a coyote to chase here, my usual. Easy to order, friendly staff, timely delivery and can’t complain one bit on the value. The worst Buster's pizza donair I have had in my life. Meat was cold and the amount of sauce used was unbearable. Might as well been all sweet sauce. Ive been to multiple busters location from Edmonton to Vancouver Island and this is the absolute worst. I don't usually go in and complain, this time I did. The woman working didn't do anything to fix the situation. Never returning here. After one bite rest went to the trash

So yummy! This was part of their under $10 beef donair poutine fries with a canned drink. The crispy golden fries on the outside, and soft taste of potato on the inside made it oh so yummy with the cheese curds!! I'm definitely going back there again!

I've not payed Busters enough attention for their Donairs. But with my 2 visits (at seperate locations) I think this may be my go to place in the future. The prices are fair, the serving size is generous for the price, and most important of all the Donair is good. A few service issue (12 minutes for a Donair... Wrapped the Donair incorrectly, and no napkins in the bag for a saucy Donair...OMG!!!) -1 star

We order from this location often, very amazing staff and great service. We were given a free drink when the wait time was longer then the expected wait confirmed in the email. Even though this location is busy and the wait time can sometimes be 30 minutes it is absolutely worth it. The wait is never due to slow staff but rather due to how busy.. which is a great sign. Will continue to support regularly.

I had a free coupon from busters.I went to couple of their stores which they refused nd said that their store is not participating with this offer But anyway I went to this location the manager said the same but he offered me free pizza .even though it’s free pizza it was filled with lots of cheese and enough toppings . Two words…good job I got pizza and wings from this joint yesterday. They were super quick, order palceing was efficient and very easy. Had 3 different pizzas all of them fantastic. The buffalo pizza especially. The large size was more than enough and we had leftovers actually. We all enjoyed it and everyone is saying this will be the place we order from again. Thanks Buster' for great food.

I typically get a donair and fries and they are consistently good. I order and then wait to you take it home. They don't have any bathrooms for customers so I don't suggest planning to dine in. Nice people, though.

Ordered Busters for delivery because I had seen the good reviews. The fries were good, nothing to write home about though. My pizza was not great. The base felt like it wasn't cooked long enough and the cheese on top was over done. I only managed two slices of my small pizza before I decided to throw in the towel because it just didn't taste good.

This place is amazing food and amazing service. Sometimes they can be busy but it's certainly worth the wait. Last week they weren't open yet and my husband and I wanted donairs the gentleman said I can do that and let us in. Thanks for your service!

i recently ordered from this delisious pizza place, and i was extremely satisfied. the cheese was melty, the crest tasted good for bread and the tomato sauce felt naturel. definetly worth it. my only minor issue is that it took a while to make, but you can't rush awesomeness! would recommend the Greeco or Meatsa!

When they make the pizza correct it is really good. And good price. But I have had issues with the last two times with my pizza. Last time the pizza was very doughy and undercooked and the time before that they made a mistake and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Other than that they are good.

Their pastas are one of the best pastas in edmonton and is a must try item. Have been eating the pasta with the meat sauce on almost a weekly basis and never once got disappointed. (Bonus tip add chicken with the pasta it's awesome!)

Worse donairs ever tasted they dont even cook it u get the wrap so cold its like was in the fridge . The fries is cooked in a very old oil i can tell from the taste and the look of the fries

This Buster's is always super consistent with their food and service. Quality food for your money and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Added bonus: they have gluten-free pizza.

Just had a jumbo donair and now I am very full! It was delicious and a large amount of food for the price I paid. I'll warn you now though, once you pick it up you can't put it down!

First time coming here and man! This is GOOD pizza! Crust is crunchy while the dough is soft, my fave! The lady who works at the front is super nice! Be nice to her if you go in!

Buster's is a Canadian franchise as I understand it. Everything was ok from service to food. Their location, though, seems to be closed for indoor dining?

We’ve had their donairs, salt and pepper wings (the best!), hot wings, donair pizza, Hawaiian pizza, Max pizza all were amazing.
