I had a very poor experience at this dental clinic and wanted to let others know to be cautious. I had three fillings done with Dr. Emma D'Souza a few months ago. All had some problems: I had to come back for one to redo the polishing. The other two were also done quite poorly in terms of how they sit on a tooth. I didn't want to bother writing a review then, because I thought that it could be just my personal perception. But recently one of those teeth started to hurt and the filling has to be redone all together. Also, I had a cleaning scheduled for today and I had to take half day off work to come, but they took me off their schedule because the hygienist I was booked with left their clinic and they didn’t even bother calling me to notify that my appointment got cancelled. When I asked the receptionist why they didn’t notify me, they said it was up to the hygienist to notify me. I believe all these occurrences make a point about how the clinic operates. I personally would not recommend to anyone.

I have been under Dr. Souza's care for several years now and I am very excited to see her established with her own practice! She is an outstanding dentist that really cares about your dental well-being. She is an easy recommendation if you want a dentist that is efficient and has high attention-to-detail. I've had two visits so far to Burlington Family Dental Centre. They were both for cleanings that went very smoothly and completed within the allotted time. No complaints here! I noticed during my second visit that the office has received an updated. Her newly renovated office is very nice. The reception area feels more open and modern and creates a great aesthetic appeal. Great work! Finally, I would like to give an overall thank-you to Dr. D'Souza and her staff for always providing me a pleasant experience from beginning-to-end. I will try to floss more; I promise! Thanks again! :)

I'm like most people where the thought of going to the dentist is one that makes me whine like a kid going to school on a Monday, with my internal dialogue moaning on repeat: "But I don't wanna!" However, mouth hygiene and such being important for my health, I did for the first time in an embarrassingly long time. It was not fun. Or at least the procedures weren't. Everything else was an absolute delight. Each member of staff I interacted with. The guidance I received. The effort they put in to get me answers on my insurance and work with me on possible scenarios of coverage and payments. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the office. Everything (but the actual dental work) made it comfortable to be there even knowing what was ahead. Do yourself a favour. If you have to go to the dentist (and I'm sure you do), go here.

I can’t thank Dr Lee and his staff for a wonderful experience. His bed side manners and treatments are number one. He takes customers care to another level and it’s a high standard to achieve. I appreciative the service and explanation of each treatment. Also he discusses cost and what’s covered. I live in Mississauga and make the trip to see him in Burlington. I’ve taken my mum and he did everything to make sure that she was taken care of her. My mother ended up getting surgery at the hospital as she had other heath issues that prevented Dr. Lee from preforming the procedure. His honesty and advice was so valuable in making sure mum got the best care. I can’t thank him enough and will continue coming to him! Btw his staff at the front desk are so nice! I wish more places had customer service like theirs!

Had the best experience at Burlington Family Dental Centre. Very professional and friendly staff. Lisa the hygienist was amazing. Very knowledgeable and thorough with my treatment. I was made to feel comfortable and she clearly explained the process. With regard to Zoya's comments about her experience, it is very hard for me to believe that a clinic of this caliber would do a job that would dissatisfy anyone. It is important for us to be mindful of the mood we're in when writing a review. I have been a patient of Dr. D'Souza's for a long time and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist.

From reception to follow up, I couldn’t ask for more. Dr Maini has been my dentist for decades, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The whole staff is consistently friendly, caring, and professional. Safety, up to date equipment, and relaxing surroundings are also a norm. Dr. Surya has joined the practice, and she now provides the same high quality and personal care I have been used to with Dr. Maini. Each dental hygienist I have hadhas also maintained the same combination of personal attention, quality and professionalism .

My Mom and I have followed Dr. Emma D'Souza from clinic to clinic, and we have definitely become her groupies! I don't trust anyone else with the care of my teeth. She always discusses treatment recommendations with me, listens to my concerns/needs, and puts me at ease for dental appointments. In addition, she also has a fantastic team at the clinic! They definitely make going to the dentist not as daunting as I've experienced. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for amazing dental care.

If you are looking for a Dentist I highly recommend this place of practice. I was terrified to get a filling. Dr. Emma D'Souza made me feel so comfortable, convincing me to try a filling with her. I visited Dr. Emma who was highly recommended for my teeth which was neglected for at least 4 years because the other dentists did not good care of my teeth. Coming to Burlington Family Dental Centre was a life saver not only for me but for my entire family. They did just a good job with my cleanings, the fillings were painless and i feel taken care of. So far Dr. D'Souza has proved to be the best.

Dr. Emma D'Souza has been treating me for TMJ with the use of Botox and I'm very pleased with the results. Emma is very knowledgeable about TMJ and puts you at ease immediately, she also has a gentle touch. The staff is welcoming and caring, making your experience pleasant. I'm happy to recommend this team to anyone looking for great dental services.

I've followed Dr Emma D'Souza's for many years and it was my first visit today to her new office. I really like her new location and all her staff. It felt very comfortable and I am happy that she keeps looking into new tools and technology. Although I don't really want to share my favorite dentist, I would recommend this Centre to anyone.

I'm going to miss Dr Maini, but, Dr D'Souza seems to be a lovely and very competent dentist! They have been responsive and informed of my care going forward! I would definitely recommend the BFDC. And today I had Dental Hygienist Lisa who did a great job of checking in with me! She is a lovely person and we had a great appointment!

I always wanted to straighten my teeth. Dr. D’Souza thoroughly explained the Invisalign procedure and within six months my dream came true. She made it easy by explaining the procedure and showing me before and after pictures. I am so happy with the results! I am so happy I found Dr. D’Souza!
