My ratings are 10/10. Viona is exceptionally well in customer services and she knows what exactly a customer looking for. She went extra miles to guide us. She handled our case beyond working hours and she never said to come again tomorrow or another day. We asked so many questions but i never found her irritated answering all of the questions. She was friendly, courteous & very professional in terms of guiding and advising us to chose the suitable insurance plan. Both Viona & Donna are doing great job.

I don't leave Bupa is just because of this Cabramatta team, too! Viona Bui is a very, very helpful, supportive, professional staff member in Bupa. As a loyal customer, I had to considering to leave Bupa, only because of high living cost sharply going up and too much promotion of e-services. But I decided to stay at Bupa as Viona's suggestion and kindly service. Actually, I found the Cabramatta team is very friendly. I do appreciate their help.
