As is the case with all MLCC's, here too responsible law abiding citizens are forced to place their personal, private information at risk, by having their ID's scanned, and stored on systems, the security of which as not been proven nor guaranteed at all. As you can expect from a institution enjoying an absolute monopoly, and staffed by unionised members, there were plenty of staff standing around doing nothing inside in the cool air conditioned environment, while clients have to line up outside in heatwave conditions, just to buy 6 beers. Perhaps it is time to deregulate liquor sales in Manitoba and allow private vendors more freedom to enter the market, and allow them to get their own security who can actually protect responsible law abiding citizens from criminal elements, as opposed to focussing on inconveniencing and potentially compromising the privacy of the law abiding responsible individuals of society. I have long stopped buying wine from MLCC. I now have my wine delivered. For certain products though, you have no choice but to visit a MLCC outlet. This should change.

I'm not to sure what the employees name was but I've never had one go this far to help me. I was looking for a specific kind of alcohol that day and I guess they were out and he looked up what other locations had in stock and gave me general directions as to where to go. Very helpful I will ONLY be going to this liquor mart from now on.

Love this location — friendly, knowledgeable staff. If they don’t have something in stock, they usually track it down at another location and will ensure it’s put on hold for you to go and get it. Great neighborhood Liquor store. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place, great experience until just now. I was asked for ID as soon as I stepped in the store. So did They change the rule now ? Without ID, you cannot enter the liquor store ? Then why didn’t they ask the person in front of me ? And

This location is very neat and tidy. No I would say one thing about this location is that the staff aren't as knowledgeable especially when it comes to wine. I used to come to this location and there was a really great person that worked

Great staff, attentive but willing to give you space if you are just browsing or know what you're after. Pricing is as expected for the province's monopolized liquor model, but lots of variety and selection to choose from.

Well over 18 and have to show id. Poor selection and high prices. I think it's time to make liquor sales public and get rid of this mismanaged government monopoly. Too bad Pallister resigned he was about to fix it.

I really like how they don't follow you around and have 5 different people ask you if you need any help. However if you do need help there is someone you can always ask. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I wanted alcohol. They have alcohol. This one was on my way to where I was going to drink said alcohol. MLCC is the only game in town and they set the prices, so really no choice to go there if you want alcohol.

I always enjoy coming here. The staff are always so friendly & willing to give you some advice or insight on pairings or recommendations. Very rarely do they not have whatever it is I'm looking for.

This Liquor Mart is very professional has all the stuff you need I have been there plenty of times their sales all the time at the liquor mart worth going if you live in the area

It's a regular liquor mart There is always good parking and staff are friendly. Always clean and orderly. I've gotten good advice about picking wine for a party (pre covid!)
