Absolutely awful experience. After picking up the vehicle and driving 1 km got a flat tire and noticed there was a nail in the the tire. Called Gavin at the office who told me it was my responsibility to fix. Explained it’s impossible for a nail to get in tire and cause this issue in one km. Very rude and not accommodating to assist. On top of the inconvenience on a Saturday of trying to find a garage to fix the tire last minute Budget also refused to add on additional km for the driving to garage to have it repaired. Will never rent again from this location.

I asked if they could pick me up from the train station that's 6km away from their business and they said no. they said it's too far away and they only pick up people close to their business. 6 km is not far! so I had to cab it. you think the service would be kind enough to help people out as I'm sure this happens quite frequently with passengers on trains as budget car rental is the closest car rental to the trains location. every other car rental has the service of picking up and dropping off customers. this place doesn't.

Stay away from this dealer - we were told we’re 2nd priority because we’re on the phone and when we arrived on site, Suhel was adamant that we are not a priority. We used a a “cus” phrase after being placed on hold, yet again for 5+ minutes for the 4th time. We decided to come in store so we could be a priority, Suhel advised he does not care of our opinion but to call Budget customer service ( after he’d advised we’re 2nd class via phone ). I just wanted to know if we could pick our car up early?? Definitely won’t be back.

stay away from this location. Want $750 security deposit which it doesn't say when you book in and the guy there, Bushra Khurram, didn't want to help saying i should go somewhere else with lower deposit. My credit card only max $500. Don 't think they need any business by the way they treat you there.

I broke down in Ohio on my Wayback home to Ontario Canada. I hitched a ride to the Toledo airport exhausted, upset and a little scared. A wonderful young African-American lady was so kind and helpful. THANK-YOU! I wish I got your name but you know who you are.

Employee at the counter has all his friends coming in getting a “12% discount” because he knows how to “cheat the system” while the rest of us pay full price. Nice. Mention “Suhal” like the rest of them to get the discount

This car rental. Got the job done. The Lady was courteous and friendly. The pricing was a bit higher than expected. But she did make adjustments for me to get unlimited mileage as needed. I would use their service again.

Very unorganized, rude, and unhelpful staff. Mohammed kept me on hold for 15 mins, then explained that they close in 15 mins and can't help me today. I was only down the street. Do not waste your time with this company.

Use them several times a year for our business...no problems. Oh by the way you need to call in advance of your move day. Don't call day of and expect a vehicle. you need to book ahead.

I've been using their service several times in the past two months and it was a pleasant experience. No issues at all as I was booking online and have my car ready on pickup day.

So frustrating to not be able to put someone on a reservation without them physically present even if you have a driver's license. Need to reconsider this policy!

I've never felt so compelled to keep renting from the same place. Gavin here kept our loyalty all summer long. An outstanding guy, wonderful customer service.

Used them reserved a larger truck, but the one we needed was not available, the manager gave us a smaller truck with unlimited mileage instead.
