Brought my son here to get a physical and done forms signed for his new school and it was a horrible experience First there was part of the form parents were supposed to fill out which we didn’t realize because we thought the doc went through it with him, so he said I had to come back for another appointment so he could sign the paper, I asked if I could quickly fill it out (it took less than a minute) and get his signature before I left. He said no there was no time and I had to book another appointment in to do it (pretty sure this was just so they could charge bc medical again, they said my son didn’t even have to be there, but to book an appointment under his name) I also had my baby with me whose only a few months and he couldn’t just sign it there he had to make me come back another day? Ridiculous They charged $75!!!! .... and here’s the kicker ... that I paid that day, even the receptionist said she thought I did, then when my mother in law went back for the appointment they said they had no record of it and charged her $75, so now we’re at $150. They refuse to refund any money. In addition to that I dropped off my son and went to park the car he is a couple months shy of thirteen and they said it was ‘inappropriate’ for him to go into the appointment by himself. I had discussed with him if he wanted me to come in the room or him go alone and he wanted to go alone for privacy during the physical. So don’t tell me what’s appropriate and not with my own family. I was in the waiting room and he’s almost a teenager I don’t know how the other doctors are in there, I’ve heard a lot of people complain about reception, they were definitely ride on the phone when I called to try to move an appointment once, but Dr Reeves just lost a minimum of five people in our family, none of us will go there again. So enjoy the extra 75 you got out of us today there’s your gooses golden egg.

I have consistently had good experiences with Broadway Plaza family practice. I've been with Dr. Chu for a few years now and highly recommend him. He is competent and compassionate, and very patient with my 18 month old daughter. I really appreciate the receptionists as well, they are great at answering the phone or calling back in a timely manner. They are always warm and friendly. Whenever I need I get an appointment within a reasonable time even when my doctor is on vacation because the other doctors provide support. Dr. Miller and Dr. Parsons are two doctors I have also seen at this location, and they were both friendly and helpful, couldn't recommend this place more!

I personally have found this practice to be very good. I can usually get an appointment within the next day or two; the doctor is punctual and also has excellent bedside manner and quick to follow up with abnormal test results. I haven't had any issues with reception, the women I speak with have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel very lucky to be a patient here!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Yau! He never gives up on you and is always encouraging. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and always on time! I love that he gets to the root of the problem, not just surface, he deals with the issues. His MOA Sumin is also extremely efficient and always kind. I am so grateful to be a patient.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 5 years and have to say that the practice is fantastic. My Dr. (Dr. Bregman) is as compassionate and knowledgeable as any Dr I have seen. I cant speak for the other ladies at the front but Iris is great, she is professional and always finds the time/patients to talk to me.

I have been a patient of Dr Miller's for over 22 years. He is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and an amazing Dr./ human being. I am a new patient with Dr Bregman and found him to be an excellent doctor .I have been fighting cancer and a few other things and have seen many different doctors and he is the only one that seems to take any type of interest on helping me deal with this recomend him all the way

Dr. Chu accepted my husband and me as patients when our family doctor retired in 2019. He is an exceptional physician. We appreciate his knowledge, expertise and compassion. The Office Staff is consistently kind, understanding and efficient. We couldn’t be happier.

The receptionists are horrible. Extremely short with you always talking to two people at once. You’re going to be losing the doctors patients. The only good thing about this practice was Doctor Higgins and she’s on leave.

Dr. Timothy Hsia is a great doctor and great person to match. Really takes the time to care for your needs. Highly recommend. Staff at the clinic are very nice also
