Like the rest of the bad reviews, customer service is very poor. If U allow your staff to act unprofessionally, demand people use sanitizer that isn't approved by the "canadian board of health and medical standards" and then act condescendingly towards customers, you will continue to lose customers like you did today. I walked to my local store 4 blocks away called "jak's" on grandville and 10th ave, where the employees are courteous, outgoing and professional all the way down to their attire. I purchased the same product at a cheaper price and was treated with respect and class. Allowing ur staff to sit on a stool and surf the web instead of actually representing your establishment with pride and with real customer service is embarrassing and reflex on management and ownership. Poor scores today Broadway liquore store. You have Much to work on if u want to be in the same league as jak's.

Wow. I frequent this establishment quite often, they always have an excellent selection of craft beer. A week ago I spotted a solo rye ipa from Driftwood, my fav brewery and beer type, this was a no brainer. The store manager was a bit hesistant on selling it to me because it was a bit old, but we made the decision to go forward. Unfortunately the beer was not at its best quality, not sure if it was age or what, still drinkable just not the best. But anycase I let the manager know, and upon my recent visit I was knocked off my feet. The store manager contacted his driftwood rep and they sent me a goody bag, driftwood tshirt, hat, two bombers! Wow I was not expecting that. Broadway Liquor and Driftwood have gone beyond the call of duty. I am deeply touched.

Great store love the location and it’s super close for me. Terrible customer service however. I frequently return empties to the store, and one particular staff member makes me feel terrible every time. Just today I tried to return 24 cans, 2 wine bottles and a 2L bottle. The staff member literally stood beside me and watched me count it out and then told me I could only return 24 items. I had to walk out of there foolishly holding 3 cans because of this unreasonable strict limit. What ever happened to customer service? I should feel good about returning items, not dreading entering in case she is working when I need to use the service...

This place has been my saving grace several times since I moved to the area in June'2017. Great beer selection. That walk-in beer cooler was my hangout on the hotter days this past summer. One time I had to wait outside on the sidewalk for about 20 minutes after arriving there and finding a "back in 5 minutes" sign. I was pretty choked that the employee took so much longer to come back but then he gave me a complimentary beer bag cooler to make it up to me. Now that's a sweet, honest business I'd like to support and remain loyal to!

Horrible customer service!!!! Some lady with multi coloured hair screeches at you when walk in the door to sanitize your hands. Actually thought I did something wrong being yelled at like that. No one offers to help, they just stand there and stare at you. I was the only person in the store with 4 staff. When you go to till no one says hello or how are you. Not even a thanks. Definitely won’t go back here. I can see why it was empty.

Great selection of local craft beer. Lots of sours, stouts and pale ales. I visited mid December, part of their COVID plan involves not handling the beers yourself, but working with staff to get your selection. I was putting together a large selection as a gift, the staff member who helped me was personable, friendly and very patient in getting me 18+ different cans

Good selection of beers & wines and knowledgeable staff. I have never had any complaints about customer service, if anything it has been very good. I usually go there to buy drinks for gifts or for gatherings (prior to Covid-19) and the staff's recommendations have been well received by all recipients. I continue to support this local liquor store!

This was without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had. I actually put my items back on the shelf because the lady was so rude and disrespectful to me. I have been working in customer service before and I know that you need to treat your customers with respect. Something to think about for the future.

Had a lot of fun shopping here. They had a great selection of drinks, some I'd never heard of before. There was a tasting going on when I visited and the staff had a great sense of humour. Very enjoyable experience. They made me feel special on my birthday. Lol

The staff all seem to really like their craft beer and it shows with their great selection of beers. Prices are a little above BCL's for stuff you can actually get at a BCL, but odds are you'll be getting the fun beers that you can't find at BCL anyways.

I like stout, especially Imperial Russian stouts. These tend to be available around Christmas time, but the breweries usually have them during the winter months. BC Liquor does not do a Good Job of making BC craft beer available in their

Excellent curators of a very fine selection of drink. Ken and crew do a really, really good job of keeping fine craft beer / wine / spirits available. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, always helpful. Solid work all round.

The staff here are very friendly and nice. If you ever needs boxes for moving, this is a great place to get them. They flatten the boxes for recycling so you can pick up before they put them out. Just ask nicely.

Good selection, good pricing. Customer service is poor. They will not bag my purchase in my own bag. BC Liquor Stores and the Granville Liquor will with a smile. Don't know why they bother putting a Tip Jar out.

Poor customer service. The lady working there yelled at me as I made the terrible mistake of not seeing a very poorly visible "off limits sign". Also witnessed treating a trainee poorly. Not a good front face!

This place have a great selection but it is more expensive for the same gin or beer than BC.Liquor stores. This is why I removed a star, it is not only $1.00 more expensive it is a lot more expensive.

This my local spot. Great selection and eclectic staff. My dog loves getting treats from them. They have great sandwich board content. kinda pricey - but it's good to support private liquor stores.

Very helpful customer service and all around good kind people working at this store. Just popped in quick to get some drinks and was very pleasantly surprised by the help and conversation.

Staff are super kind here, usually have some great recommendations. The beer fridge is absolutely packed with goodies, and usually their Spirits are in stocks in similar fashion.

Such an amazing selection of craft beer year after year. This place is a Vancouver sleeper. The guys who run it are beer sommeliers.
